Everything was well and good arranged by Neha side ......only problem I faced is by bus boarding and dropping for delhi to manali and manali to delhi about time scheduled and mostly pal travel bus sevice from manali to delhi totaly bad bus was not good no cleanliness was there seats were not comfort

That said, I believe the travel agent should take more care in understanding the client’s needs and clearly communicating the reality of what’s being offered, rather than overselling. Transparency builds trust and is more valuable in the long run than just making a sale.
