Kasol is a beautiful hill station of Himachal. Famed for its high peaks and low lying plains, Kasol Hill Station boasts of immense natural beauty. The serene and sometimes fierce River Parvati flows through it, giving the small town some of its resilience and stability. The best part about Kasol is that it is still relatively untouched by modernization; not a lot of tourists come over to the town so you are sure to have it all to yourself for a little while. It is one of those must visit places in Himachal Pradesh that can take you away from reality, and transport you to a world of peace and tranquility, interspersed with only the occasional sounds of a car passing you by. Make sure to visit Kasol at least once, when you are in Himachal Pradesh.
