Our recent trip to Vietnam was an incredible experience, meticulously organised by Tom from Wonderscape Travel and Kanchan from Travel Triangel. Their attention to detail ensured that all arrangements were top-notch, allowing us to fully enjoy the beauty and culture of this remarkable country. Here’s a review of our journey, which included visits to Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, and Ho Chi Minh City. Trip Overview The itinerary was well-structured, providing a perfect balance of cultural immersion, scenic exploration, and relaxation. Each destination offered unique experiences that enriched our understanding of Vietnam. - Hanoi: Our adventure began in the bustling capital city. We explored historical sites such as the Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, where we enjoyed delicious street food. The guided tours provided fascinating insights into Vietnam's rich history and traditions. - Ha Long Bay: The cruise through Ha Long Bay was undoubtedly one of the trip's highlights. Surrounded by stunning limestone karsts and emerald waters, we engaged in activities such as kayaking and exploring caves. The onboard meals were exceptional, featuring fresh seafood that showcased local flavours. The breathtaking scenery made this UNESCO World Heritage site unforgettable. - Da Nang: In Da Nang, we visited the famous Marble Mountains and enjoyed some leisure time on pristine beaches. The city’s blend of modernity and tradition offered a unique perspective on Vietnam's development. - Ba Na Hills: A visit to Ba Na Hills was a memorable experience. We took a scenic cable car ride to the top, where we marvelled at the Golden Bridge and enjoyed panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The French Village added a charming European touch to our adventure. - Ho Chi Minh: Our trip concluded in Ho Chi Minh City, where we explored vibrant markets. Conclusion Overall, this trip to Vietnam was a fantastic experience made possible by Tom's dedication and meticulous planning and all the help from from Kanchan. Their efforts ensured that all arrangements were optimal, allowing us to focus on enjoying our adventure. We returned with wonderful memories and a deeper appreciation for Vietnam's culture and beauty. Thank you, for making this trip such a success! All the facilities provided to us were top notch and we were satisfied with the services. Best memory of our trip was Ninh binh tour. Another special mention to the hotel manager at Hanoi, he was really welcoming in nature.

My trip to Vietnam went very smoothly with many good memories. Thanks to Jenna from SVietnam team who had planned this trip for my family and was always available for any support we needed before or during the trip no matter how late at night or how early in the morning we needed support. She was very patient in listening my requirements and went out of her way to make all the arrangements very good and convenient. I went to Hanoi, Ha long bay, Da nang and Phu Quoc during my 11 days trip and all 4 places are worth the visit. THANKS JENNA AND SVIETNAM TEAM!! It was a great experience traveling with Travel Triangle and VietAurora. I would like to split my feedback into two sections: **Good** and **Areas for Improvement**. **Good** 1. **Outstanding Travel Arrangements**: The travel vehicles, guides, locations, and Halong Bay cruise were exceptional. Our stay in Danang was equally remarkable. 2. **Cruise Upgrade**: Our agent upgraded our Halong Bay cruise to a balcony view, which made our experience truly special as we spent quality family time on the water. 3. **Punctual Pickups and Drops**: Every pickup and drop was on time, saving us valuable time to enjoy and explore. 4. **Thoughtful Birthday Surprise**: We visited Vietnam to celebrate our child's birthday, and our agent, Hannah, sent a wonderful cake to mark the occasion. It made us feel incredibly special. 5. **Safety and Care**: Hannah ensured our safety and well-being throughout the trip, from the start until we returned to India. 6. **Excellent Coordination**: The coordination and communication from the agent were seamless, making our trip stress-free and enjoyable. **Areas for Improvement** 1. **Early Check-in Request**: We arrived in Hanoi at 10:00 AM, but the standard check-in time was 2:00 PM. Despite requesting early check-in, it was not arranged. This cost us 4–5 hours, which could have been better utilized. 2. **Ba Na Hills Trip**: On our way to Ba Na Hills, we spent an hour shopping for pearls. This was unnecessary, as we had already shopped earlier during the trip. That time could have been better spent exploring Ba Na Hills. 3. **Ocean View Request**: While I did get an ocean-view room in Danang, it was on the 4th floor. I was expecting a higher floor (e.g., 16th) for a better view. 4. **Exit Day Vehicle Issue**: On our last day, I requested an earlier vehicle for shopping before heading to the airport. This was denied by the agent, who suggested booking locally instead. While I managed, this could have been better coordinated to save time. 5. **Limited Trip Planning Support**: The agent often asked us to check with the hotel reception for nearby places to visit. I expected the agent to provide a comprehensive itinerary, detailing must-visit spots, optional activities, and chargeable add-ons to help us make the most of our trip. 6. **Currency Suggestion**: I was advised to bring USD, but in many shopping areas, payments were required in VND. This led to additional currency conversion fees, which could have been avoided with clearer guidance. Overall, it was a wonderful trip, and I appreciate the efforts of Travel Triangle and VietAurora. Addressing the above areas would make the experience even better for future travelers.

Wonderful experience, great guides and support provided. Only fond memories created, would definitely come back for more international trips. Halong Bay, Hanoi streets.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience during our Vietnam tour, thanks to the efforts of your team. We truly appreciated how you listened to all our requests, no matter how small. A special mention to Emily, whose patience and dedication in fitting everything we wanted into the itinerary did not go unnoticed.   We particularly enjoyed the company of the guides during our journey. Although there were some language barriers, they made up for it with their consideration, especially Mi Lô, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful, given that we were traveling with a child. Hong was also fantastic, sharing a wealth of information that enriched our experience. Our parents were especially pleased with the arrangement of Indian food, which was a lovely touch, though we enjoyed the local cuisine as well.   However, we did face a few hiccups during our trip that we believe could have been handled better:   Hotel Arrangement in Danang: We stayed for three nights in Danang and found the sleeping arrangements challenging, as the queen-sized bed was too small for three people. While we managed, we felt that an option for a twin room could have been explored to avoid this discomfort.   Danang to Hue Journey: We were surprised when the driver took a different route from Danang to Hue instead of the scenic Hai Van Pass. As tourists, we expected the scenic route to be the default option rather than the regular one. Although we appreciate that your team promptly arranged the scenic route, it came with a surcharge.   Hanoi Airport to Hotel Transfer: Upon reaching Hanoi airport on the night of the 23rd, we were informed that the car couldn’t take us directly to the hotel entrance due to the weekend night market. This put us in a difficult spot as it was raining, and managing all the luggage with a child would have been a real hassle. Fortunately, there was no night market that night, but prior information could have allowed us to plan better, possibly choosing a different hotel location.   Despite these issues, we had a great time in Vietnam, thanks to your team’s efforts. We hope our feedback helps in improving future experiences for other travelers.   Thank you once again for all your hard work. We truly enjoyed our time in Danang, where the city’s vibrant atmosphere and serene beachside ambiance created a refreshing escape. My An Beach, with its pristine sands, clear waters, and gentle waves, was the perfect place to relax and take in Vietnam’s stunning coastline. Our visit to Hoi An was equally enchanting. The lantern-lit streets, vibrant colors, and the gentle glow of lamps reflecting on the water made the city feel like a scene from a fairy tale. The rich cultural vibe of Hoi An created an unforgettable experience. The visit to Paradise Cave and Phong Nha Cave was absolutely awe-inspiring. The magnificent natural formations—stalactites and stalagmites that looked like intricate sculptures, formed over millions of years—were unlike anything we had ever seen. These caves felt like a hidden world, full of mystery and wonder. Although we were initially hesitant to visit with elderly parents and a young child, we are so glad we did. Exploring these breathtaking caves together created cherished memories. These moments—the tranquil beaches of Danang, the magical atmosphere of Hoi An, and the breathtaking beauty of the caves—made our trip to Vietnam truly special and unforgettable.

Our vietnam tour was as planned. All the places were covered as in itinerary. Sophie from bamboo hat tours and Harvinder were always available whenever we had any queries. Hotels, food and cab/bus daily tours were good. Only didn’t like the hotel at Hanoi. Rest everything was perfect.

Hanoi - first day going around the town, second day tour to caves, luxurious Aspira cruise, Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, Scuba diving, Sun World, Dragon Bridge, Hoi An tour, My Son Sanctuary, HCMC..and the list is long 5/5 stars for everything So smooth, luxurious and comfortable trip. We returned with only beautiful memories, lots of shopping and a great time that we had to cherish forever Thank you so much for this wonderful time! ❤️❤️ Jenna went out of her way to make my trip the most memorable one. Had an amazing time. Everything was well organised. Sight seeing Food etc. In Da Nang Nana took good care of us. She clicked our group photos too.
