we have done 6night and 7 days trip to Thailand that is krabi and phuket. The hotel which they have given me in krabi was andamanee resort and spa which was extremely pathetic with poor staff and service. there was only one women who was doing everything. she was rude at the same times not at all h

They should learn what is called hospitality.I wont suggest anyone to go at andamanee resort if you are in krabi. vibe was 0 /10. on the other side hotel in ohuket was extremely wow. hotel named naina resort and spa. hospitality was great vibe was 10/10. staff was too polite. It was very difficult to leave that place while going back home. food was good . truly amazing. Travel agency have given us very good service everything was on time also they have cleared all of our queries. they used a app called ON TRIP and that was very easy to use and understandable. all the cabs were on time the service was on point. i will give 3.5/5 star . only because of annoying and pathetic andamanee resort and spa. Please remove that particular hotel from you list . Thank you
