hing that disappointed us was the customer handling and conflict that happened which showed clear lack of customer focus and satisfaction. We were promised two physical sims, we clearly told our phones don't have esim facility. , We got only 1 sim and it didn't work until we raised a complaint with Matrix. I had to purchase another SIM. Please don't promise anything that you cannot fulfill, this is my feedback to you. There is one specific person named Tarun who esp. was very rude and argumentative. He lacks the ability to listen to customers and solution, which is key to success in this service industry. On the other hand , Ayush was very professional and handled the conflict well
