Overall, the package was certainly the best and we appreciate the arrangements. However, one thing was quite disappointing. As per the itinerary, our journey from Havelock to Neil Island was supposed to be by Makruzz Premium Class, but we were given tickets for Green Ocean 1 Economy Class instead. T

his was not fair. If the Makruzz tickets were costlier, we should have been informed and asked to pay the additional amount. Changing the ferry without informing us was not appropriate. Such changes affect the travel experience and spoil the mood of the trip. I am not sure how you plan to compensate for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. Beautiful sea & beach. Complementary photoshoot. Hotels of Havelock & Neil island. On time vehicle arrangement.
