1) Agent was polite and continuosly followed up for the same which I liked. 2) One hotel booked was good while the second one (Star of Kashmir) was totally a a disaster. Food was pathetic in the later one. 3) Driver was very good and interactive. He kept us telling about the prime locations. He has a very good driving experience. We enjoyed the journey with him. One issue we find was that wherever we were stopped by the driver at the locations for further rides, like Pony or union cabs, those prices were way too higher as compared to the normal ones even after bargaining when we discussed with the other visitors. That is a place of disappointment as we spent more than Rs. 25k in such things which I guess is way beyond the limit. So, as a tourist I expect to be dropped at a point where nominal rated are given since tourists don't have any idea about the prices. They are trapped most of the times. Kashmir itself tops my bucket list of travelling since my childhood. I always had a curiosity of visiting the valley and interacting with the locals. So, that dream of mine came true. As per my expectation, it was beautiful. People were warm. They were good at serving the tourists. I found the Sonmarg 'The Best'. Its picturesque landscapes with the snowcapped trees made be spellbound. I couldn't find the Baisaran valley as per the expectation. I guess it wasn't the right time to visit there. But the lower meadows and valley of the Pahalgam was just beyond the words. It was so so beautiful I can't even spell. I wish to visit Kashmir again very soon.

Kashmir is a nice place to visit... but one thing I need to mention here that doesn't matter how many things are included in your package you still need to pay extra everytime in kashmir as a tip and that tip is equally as the booked amount for anything Witnessed the fresh snowfall in sonmarg.

Zero star to travel agency , they will push hard and attend your call till you give token and later they said hotels communicated before token are sold so ask to change. They did not give good hotels later , every hotel we asked either that is expensive or it's booked from there side. They do not clearly communicate about extra payment we have to make at every place and throw the terms and condition paper to us. When raised concerns no one will entertain and will say this was already told blah blah.. Never go by there words on phone call but just check terms and conditions on paper Sonmarg, gulmarg, dudhpatri

Thank you for sharing the Kashmir journey. The hotel you offered was nice, and we are receiving excellent service. The cab and driver Bilal that you gave are below average; if we had any questions, he would always answer "no" directly, with no aim of making the customer pleased. It is acceptable for him to stop wherever he pleases, but when we ask for anything, he merely refuses. We had to spend more than three hours traveling to Sonmarg to get him to fix his car, so we arrived at 9 p.m. Please don't provide this driver Bilal to anybody else so they don't ruin their trip. Although there was some early uncertainty, Breezy and Ayesha did a wonderful job planning the package.

My experience with them is gud I am satisfied wth their service except the hotel experience in sonmarg.. Hotel name is Heritage. They have served cold breakfast even at 8 am and also room was stinking. Bit was not 3 star hotel

The trip was planned very nicely. Overall, it was a great experience. Some things which can be improved are: 1. Guidance to the tourists about rates at various site points. We paid around 7-8 k extra because we didn't have experience of pony rides. We thought government rates are the fixed rates but you can negotiate upto 1/3 of the government rates 2. Hotel in Sonmarg - food was good, room provided was not so much, smaller room and no proper heating. 3. Houseboat Stay - Heating was not proper, room heating wasn't effective enough and electric blanket also didn't work much. Rest everything was very good. They took daily updates and even tried to help us wherever we faced problems.
