The first two hotels were amazing i.e. adishakti and times square. Decent hotel in Thekkady. However would have preferred ac hotel in munnar but was suggested it won't be required Vagamon hotel experience was worst. It was hot there and rooms were too small. Both cab drivers jithu and Anish were amazing. They made sure we visit everyplace and cover as many locations as possible. they stopped at good restaurants for munching and snacking. Both made us feel safe and acted as our big brothers. I would suggest them to everyone i know wanting to travel to kerela. Namit also planned the trip very well. He picked up my calls and tried to give out a resolution. But at times i felt I was not up to mark and I felt that he could have handled the situation better. Kerela agent arun never contacted us during the trip and neither picked up the phone for sikara ride. Although he made the required arrangement properly. Overall me and my friend's had a great experience with trip sailor ..looking forward for more such trips in future. I think jithu as our cab driver was amazing and the first two days he gave us an amazing time. Anish on the last day took us to adventure park and motivated us to do the activities as it was our last day.

Dont get fooled by seeing there is no 1 Rating or 2 Rating for the agent - You will not be able to submit the feedback if you select 1 Rating or 2 Rating. My Rating: AGENTS - 0 Stars HOTELS - 5 Stars DRIVER - 0 Stars CAB - 0 Stars CLEANLINESS - 0 Stars KIRAN and SHEZAD - 1 Star NEVER EVER TRAVEL WITH THIS AGENT, YOU WILL NOT HAVE A PEACEFULL TRIP This is my second time to Kerala, the first on was very memorable one which we enjoyed every minute of it. Sadly i cannot say the same about this trip, the night mare started the very minute we reached Ernakulam. Day 1: According to the agent, we are supposed to be aware of locations/landmark/language before travelling to a place. Our bad, we got down 4Km before Vyttila Junction due to some miscommunication with the bus driver. Me, my 2 year old son and my wife were standing in a place unknown asking for help from the cab driver to come pick us up. But the cab driver responded "I am supposed to pick you up from Vyttila why did you get down in wrong place and asked us to take an auto to Vyttila", we called up the agent and they too were not supportive and told it was our mistake to get down in wrong place. We somehow took local help and reached Vyttila Junction and boarded a very dirty cab, we were already disturbed and did not want to create any more problem so we just planned to adjust. Now the journey to Thekkady starts, we started from Cochin at 11Am and we reached Thekkady at 5Pm. It took us literally 6 hours to reach Thekkady from Cochin, the driver was clueless about the route and never crossed more than 30Km speed. Moreover the driver has never been to Thekkady nor Vagamon (our second destination) and had to rely on Google Maps to drive. And for people who have been to these place know the mobile networks are so bad. Again, the agents were helpless, except saying it was our mistake we started late. Day 2: We started to Vagamon at 10 from Thekkady, again the driver was lost took us in some off roading and told us he cannot drive in such roads and we should hire a Jeep. Someone who has been residing in Kerala did not know what kind of vehicle should be used in what terrain and we coming from outstation should be aware was his perception. Somehow with lot of struggle we reached Vagamon hotel, yes the last 900m road to the hotel was bad but what can we do? Shouldn't the driver and agent know about these when they suggested? Most of the time i had to get down and walk. The nightmare was not over yet, once we reached hotel the driver said i cannot drive in these roads you guys cancel it and take another cab. AGENTS AGAIN WERE NOT HELPING, they kept saying our cab will go only in main road and not in off roads. So am i supposed to take my luggage and walk 900m everytime we went for sight seeing with a 2 year old baby? After a lot of arguement, the agents said we cannot do any sight seeing today and promised we will cover all tomorrow and asked us to stay in the hotel. SO DAY 2, NO SIGHTSEEING Day 3: This went well, we went to all places in our itinerary. But that does justify anything the AGENT and the CAB DRIVER did, we literally had to beg these people to take us to the sight seeing. If we hadn't fought, we would have just stayed in the hotel. Day 4: We checked out at 11 Am from Vagamon, our bus was at 8Pm. Google maps said we should reach Cochin by 3Pm, but with the driver being slow 3:30 become 4:30(Google ETA) and the driver ETA was 5:30Pm. Since our bus was at 8, we requested to take us to LULU mall so that we can spend sometime there and then board the bus as there was ample time, our AGENT (Shezad) was like its not possible as we will only reach by 5:30 so it will be difficult to get back by 8. So their idea was to keep us inside the cab driver slowly so that we reach late, and the DRIVER said his shift ends by 6Pm, so he will drop and leave. Again after a lot of fight, they said ok we will take you but we are not RESPONSIBLE if you miss the bus. The driver didn't even offer to wait, instead off loaded the luggage in LULU mall and drove off. We reached the Bus stop on our own. ONE OF THE WORST AGENTS I HAVE BOOKED MY TRIP WITH, both Sales Agent (Kiran) and Trip Co-ordinator (Shezad) were of no help. Cab was dirty, cab driver was one of the worst. Maybe they are good with Munnar and Allepey destinations, never try any other destinations with these people. Finally, i will just say NEVER EVER TRAVEL WITH THIS AGENT, YOU WILL NOT HAVE A PEACEFULL TRIP

1. Received a call back from only one travel agent. Hence i had to proceed with them only. In the last minute some other agent called and quoted a lesser price. It felt like an auction. 2. I was informed by the agent that the 2nd installment of payment if not made on time the trip would be cancelled by Travel Triangle and the first installment of 10k would not be refunded. I don't understand this policy since already the payments are collected in advance and how can the T&C say that it will not be refunded, trip will be cancelled and stuff? Are you threatening the customers or what? After all its a trip we are planning to have a good time and not all customers are rich enough to forego the 10k and just cancel the trip. 3. We weren't informed about the timings and token system and the crowd in Periyar Tiger reserve. We had to waste 3 full hours there just waiting to get tickets. I dint google about anything because i assumed that the travel agent is there to assist with the itinerary and timings. We were disappointed about this part. 4. The cab driver was helpful during most part of the trip. However during drop in Madurai, since he had to drive back to his place for 7 hours he rushed us up too much. We were understanding of it and did leave early from Thekkady. But i made it clear enough while booking the trip the drop is in Madurai. 5. The patio had very good reviews online. But we dint like it. The room given to us was not clean. And the restaurant had both veg and non veg with heavy smell of meat. So we had to spend extra inspite of breakfast being complimentary. Vagamon stay in Winter vale, Vagamon meadows and Thekkady jeep safari

It was very good, the cab service was very good out of the whole trip. It was very long 7 day trip and the driver @Sanoj was very good with no qualms. The hotels where fair, the property at munnar had poor food and the hotel in vagamon was very poor all round. Apart from this the overall trip and service was very good.

Had a wonderful experience of a tour of Munnar/ Thakkadi/ Vagamon/ Allappy at Kerala, India having booked and received competitive bids through Travel triangle and then professional booking and resolution of issues at hotels by Comfort Destination . The travel agent Mr Robin was prompt and very effective, delivering all as promised. Requirements included an English speaking driver and additional touring of Kochi towards the end as my train to Goa was in the night. Booking on the Southern Panorama luxury houseboat was the icing on the cake and I got an overall good deal, due to the tourist season just having started in the 1st week of December and boating at Periyar sanctuary just reopening on the day we visited. However High water levels at Periyar due to unexpected long seasonal rains meant seeing lesser animals on the banks of the lake . Vagamon is yet to develop to its full potential and not recommended yet. All in all the professionalism shown by the booking agent, the driver Mr Shihas who took us around in an efficient manner that suited our speed and needs, all contributed to the excellent experience, this making it a memorable one. Thank you Comfort Destination & Travel triangle. Boat ride at Allappy, boat ride at Periyar Reserve, Stay and waterfalls at Munnar and the elephant ride.

Princy's 4 days trip to Kerala

We planned for 4days 3 nights trip to Kerala with family members. The hotels arranged for the stay was really impressive. we even had delicious meals arranged by the hotel staffs. On the first day we stayed at North centre, Ernakulam the service was really good. Second day the house boat they promised was swapped for whatever that was available at the time which was bit disappointing yet we managed to have great time even though the service in houseboat was not pleasent. Staffs were not friendly. On the third day we stayed at Falcon crest resort where the service was extraordinary. Such a pleasant place to stay. We faced a few problems. The cab arranged for us initially met with an accident right before we started our journey so at the last minute our travel agent has to arrange whatever available. The itinerary given to us and the one given to our cab drivers differed in a way that our itinerary included sightseeing in vagamon in the package where as the one given to the cab drivers only talked about dropping us in the falcon crest resort and picking us up the next morning. So they demanded extra money to take us to sightseeing. We contacted our travel agent regarding this issue, he said he will sort it out i don't have to worry and he asked us not to pay extra so we promised the cab driver that this issue will be sorted out. So they took us to sightseeing we had a good day and the next day due to certain reasons ( i really have no idea what ) the travel that took 5 hrs usually according to the hotel incharge and cab drivers, took 7 hrs for us there was no traffic too the cab drivers spoiled our entire day on purpose we didn't get to go for any sightseeing still we didn't make a complaint and yet kept asking the travel agent if the issue regarding itinerary was sorted. Our travel agent said they spoke to concerned person and it's not necessary for us to pay any money. But this was not sorted out for the cab drivers or atleast according to them, they didn't receive any call regarding this. So they purposely made us to reach the railway station on the neck of the moment. Our return train was at 9.45 we reached the station at 9.15 and the driver started demanding for money. We contacted our travel agent and suddenly he was out of reach. We called him multiple times he didn't just pick up the call. Then we reached out the agency which provided cab driver. His response was not proper so we had to call another travel agent from namaskaram travels who finally picked up and said the same thing as said by my travel agent " dont worry mam you don't need to pay extra we will sort it out" so we made the travel agent to speak to the cab drivers but still they haven't sorted it out.. there was no time left and we had to leave if we had to catch the train so we spoke to both the travel agent and cab agency and left the drivers leaving the issue un solved. In the meantime the behavior of one of our drivers was not good. On the night they dropped us to falcon crest hotel they got drunk and passes mean comments on few our family members ( ladies ) and that one guy continued to follow them from the parking till outside of their rooms .. the men in our family stayed with them the whole night for protection...This was brought to our notice only at the end of our trip so we couldn't raise any complaint earlier. That driver's name as provided by travel agency is added below for reference. Driver: Mr. Nisar KL 41 H 1597 Mobile - 9745274646 Mobile - 9400184600 Kindly take this to your consideration and kindly do a BACKGROUND check on the drivers before allocating them. And i felt that the travel agents where not responsible enough. Even when they had enough time to sort the issue out they didn't. So kindly dont show this kind of behaviour to others. The only best thing about this trip was our stay at Falcon crest resort. The ambience and hospitality they provided was extraordinary.

Travel agent didn't provided proper details of trip and at the last moment he changes sequence of visiting the places, and because of that we had to waste 2 days of our holiday in Munnar. And when we discussed these with travel agent, there was zero support from them, ruining our last 2 days of vacation. Vagamon
