In houseboat Towels should be provided of white colour because brown Towers were provided to us which seems unhygienic.You should pay attention on yours drivers whom you are providing to yours customers. Plz give them guidelines that they have to drive not too fast,deep cuts should be avoided, no long phone calls while driving. One thing i want to say that we have to drop Jammu instead of katra so taxi operator demanded 1500/- extra for this. When i calculated extra distance then found that for only 50 kms extra they charged rs 1500/- which was little disappointing.
