Located at an altitude of 2740 m above the sea level, and situated at the foot of Zojila pass, it is also best known as the gateway to Ladakh. Sunny's 5 days trip to SrinagarThis was my 1st Solo trip and it went well.. Stay: My stay at Srinagar was very good. Pahalgam stay was good. Gulmarg was ok ok. I was not happy with houseboat stay as facility was very less with multiple power cuts and limited time of heater availability. Cab and Driver Can was good for solo traveler but I was not so happy with driver as he was continuosly on his personal call and was hardly guiding me on trip. He was late at couple of instance and I hv to wait for long. Travel agent. Was happy with travel agent. thanks Nahida for giving me good deal and happy with travel agent service.. however just keep hotels and driver reviews, as it impacts overall experience.
