About Golfing in Mauritius

Mont Choisy Golf is one of the most popular and favourite Mauritius golf courses and happens to be the only golf course with 18 holes present in the north of Mauritius Island. Also, there are golf courses with 18 holes in the east like the Ile Aux Cerfs Golf Course. Avalon Golf Mauritius is the only ‘in-land’, 18-hole international standard golf course here which makes it special. Mauritius also holds Mauritius Open Golf Tournament for professional men. It started in 2015 when it was held by Heritage Golf Club at Bel Ombre. For the next three years, it has been played at Anahita Golf Course in the Four Seasons Resort Mauritius. There are also the provisions for various recreation activities, live music, cocktails, outdoor seating etc at some of the clubs like the Heritage Golf Club.
