Review for TRIPPRO: Vietnam Family Trip in May I recently booked a family trip to Vietnam through TRIPPRO, and it was an incredible experience. TRIPPRO's customer service was outstanding, from the initial inquiry to the end of our journey. They tailored the itinerary to our preferences, ensuring a well-planned and hassle-free trip. The accommodations recommended by TRIPPRO were excellent. We stayed in family-friendly 4 star hotels that were comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. The staff at each hotel was welcoming, and the rooms were spacious enough for our family of three. TRIPPRO organized a variety of activities and excursions that were the highlights of our trip. We explored the vibrant streets of Hanoi, enjoyed the breathtaking landscapes of Halong Bay, and immersed ourselves in the history of Hoi An, Mesmerizing Phu Quoc island. They also arranged family-friendly activities like a bicycle tour and a visit to a local village. Transportation arrangements were seamless, and the local guides provided valuable insights throughout our journey. TRIPPRO's attention to safety was commendable, ensuring all destinations complied with safety standards. Overall, I highly recommend TRIPPRO for a family trip to Vietnam. Their exceptional customer service, meticulous planning, and dedication to creating memorable experiences made our trip truly special. We look forward to future adventures with TRIPPRO.

From the outset, her responsiveness on WhatsApp was commendable, ensuring all our queries were promptly addressed, setting the tone for an excellent customer service experience. One of Jenna's distinguishing traits was her attention to minute details. She effortlessly catered to the dietary requirements of the vegetarians in our group, leaving no stone unturned to ensure their culinary needs were met during the entirety of the trip. Moreover, her proactive approach extended to coordinating the seamless web check-in process for our flights, alleviating any potential travel-related stress. Considering the diverse demographics of our group, which included several senior citizens and a large family, Jenna astutely crafted an itinerary that struck the perfect balance between exploration and relaxation. Her flexibility in accommodating the varying needs and preferences of our group members ensured that the trip was enjoyable without being overly demanding. The flawless execution of the trip was a testament to Jenna's meticulous planning. Every aspect of our journey, from transportation to guided tours, was flawlessly orchestrated. Punctuality was never compromised, with driver guides consistently arriving on time, contributing to a sense of reliability and trust in the overall experience. The pinnacle of our trip was the enchanting Halong Bay cruise, which Jenna enhanced with her thoughtful arrangements, including specially curated vegetarian meals. Her dedication to ensuring that every individual felt catered to and included truly set her apart. Jenna's remarkable assistance and support were further highlighted when one of our group members inadvertently left their phone behind in Ha Noi. Her prompt and proactive approach in liaising with the airport authorities and facilitating the retrieval and shipment of the phone to our hotel in Ho Chi Minh, free of cost, exemplified her commitment to going above and beyond for her clients. A memorable conclusion to our trip was Jenna's thoughtful gesture of gifting the group with Vietnamese coffee and tea, a heartfelt token that exemplified her thoughtfulness and appreciation for our patronage. Throughout the journey, Jenna's prompt communication and readiness to tackle any unforeseen issues instilled a sense of confidence and assurance. Her proactive approach and dedication to ensuring an enriching and stress-free travel experience solidify her as the go-to person for any travel-related concerns or complications. When we (as a family) thought of visiting Vietnam & Cambodia we had not much idea how to plan the places and where we need to start. Enter Hannah (from Viet Aurora Travel) who was simply amazing to chart out a decent itinerary for us. Hannah is a lovely human being and her passion and sincerity in providing us support with the entire itinerary is truly commendable. Our itinerary covered Hanoi to Halong Bay to Ho Chi Minh. Thereafter to Cambodia (Angkor Wat, Tonle Sap and other wonderful temple tours). We had requested for multiple changes, adjustments, queries, lot of clarifications and Hannah was simply patient and very very prompt to answer every questions. Not only she designed a super itinerary but did follow-ups each time and ensuring there we no hurdles at any point of our journey. For example when we had to start very early in the morning for a tour visit, Hannah had called up the Hotel authorities and packed breakfast for us. This kind of commitment and service were fantastic. The tour guides, the hotels, cabs that were chosen were excellent. More than the scenic places, its the people and their warm culture that made us feel very comfortable and memorable. Special mention to tour guides (Mr. Chung in Halong bay), Ms. Tweny (Cu-Chi, Mekong delta) and Mr. Khoun Vuthy (entire Cambodia) who was a gem of a person. Thank you Travel Triangle, this is my second experience with you and you have not disappointed. Thank you once again for creating wonderful memories for my family.

The service provided by Bamboo Hut was excellent except in one or two cases. The cabs, bus, guides were in time and were superb . The food were good except in Sapa hotel where Lunch were provided for 2 days. Cruise in Halong Bay was good, which could have been better. However food provided in Cruise was excellent. Marble Mountain is accessible by LIFT, which facility was not provided by Bamboo Hut. We could not climb the steps because the steps were very high, hence we could not visit Tang Chon Cave. I hope Bamboo Hut will take care of these points for aged tourist.

It would be very difficult to put how amazing the trip was into words, but I will give it a shot. While we were planning the travel I had contacted Jenna and she was always there to respond promptly and suggest us the best options and itinerary based on our preferences. She mentioned that making sure that this is a trip to remember is her responsibility, and I can vouch for the fact that she did just that. All the travel plans, hotel accommodation, important information was relayed to us upfront and she made it a point to check in often. We had chosen for the private tour and all the support staff were also very helpful throughout the trip.
