Most divers fly into Veer Savarkar International Airport (Sri Vijaya Puram / Port Blair, code IXZ), then take a 1.5–2.5-hour ferry to Havelock (Swaraj Dweep) or Neil (Shaheed Dweep), the main diving islands. Mr's 5 days trip to Andaman

Overall Experience: While the itinerary ultimately covered all the promised destinations, the first few days of the trip were highly stressful due to poor breakfast service, below-average accommodations, transportation discrepancies, and lack of support from both the booking partner and local agent
s. 1. Breakfast Service (First 2 Days) Day 1: My flight timings changed, and I requested an early breakfast, which was denied. While I understood the policy, it set a disappointing tone. Day 2: We had an early morning checkout to travel to Havelock Island. We were provided a packed breakfast consisting only of low-quality bread, butter, jam, and a packed mango juice. This was highly unsatisfactory. 2. Havelock Island Accommodations & Itinerary Delays Resort Quality: The resort provided on Havelock Island was extremely poor. The rooms felt like below-average huts, resulting in a terrible experience. Service Delay: It took almost an hour of arguing to get our room changed. Lack of Local Agent Support: Because of the room change, our itinerary ran late. The local agent asked why we were running late and insensitively suggested we should have gone on the tour first and changed rooms later. It is unreasonable to expect guests to go out without freshening up first. 3. Transport Issues Havelock Island: We were initially given an Alto to travel to Radhanagar Beach, which did not match what was promised during booking. After confronting the agent, they upgraded us to a Scorpio for the return journey to the resort. Neil Island: The driver on Neil Island was incredibly rushed, constantly forcing us to hurry through our sightseeing because he had another group of guests waiting for his next trip. 4. Discounts and Financial Discrepancies We were promised a 40% discount on water sports activities, but this was not honored. We were forced to pay the full price/whatever rate was quoted on-site, with zero assistance from your team. 5. Booking Partner & Coordinator Support The resort provided on Neil Island was very good, and the final legs of the trip went smoothly. However, the travel partner we booked through provided almost no assistance during the trip. It felt like we had to figure everything out on our own, and we were left entirely at the mercy of the local agent. Conclusion The lack of coordination, poor initial accommodations, and unhelpful local support made the first few days of our vacation incredibly uneasy and stressful. I expect a formal response regarding the unhonored discounts and the standard of service provided

Gaurav's 6 days trip to Andaman

I recently booked a trip to the Andaman Islands through Island Retreat Holidays, and it was an absolutely seamless and memorable experience. From start to finish, the coordination was top-notch. A huge shout-out to Ms. Shivani for her exceptional planning. She managed every detail of our itinerary—
from the ferry bookings to the hotel stays and cab transfers—making the entire trip wonderful and stress-free. The ground support was equally impressive. I’d like to give a special mention to our driver in Port Blair, Mr. Akhter, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests. We also appreciated the assistance of Mr. Raju, who helped us plan our activities at Elephant Beach, and Mr. Chand for his support at Neil Island. The professionalism and hospitality shown by the entire team were outstanding. I highly recommend booking with Island Retreat Holidays to anyone planning a trip to the Andamans, and I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends!
