My family and I had an amazing 7-day holiday in Sri Lanka with Travco Adventures. The places we visited like Sigiriya, Dambulla, Kandy, and Nuwara Eliya had the perfect atmosphere and cool weather. Our driver was very nice and showed us around the most throughout the day, taking us to temples and picturesque views. It was a unique experience that we will always remember. We will definitely be coming back to Sri Lanka and Travel Triangle for our future holidays with family and friends. Thank you for a splendid vacation!

Overall experience was good but very uncomfortable , driver was professional, humble and knowledgeable, car was decent, though we didn’t get what we had paid for and definitely we’ll never opt for travco in future. Since my wife is in her final trimester we requested the the travel agent to cut-short our trip skipping sigriya , dambulla and bentotta and keeping 2 days at one destination so that we don’t have to hop from one hotel to another every single day. We covered colombo, kandy, nurwa elliya and ella in 8 days. But the room provided to us were not what we paid for. Both in kandy and nurwa eliyya on first day there was no view/ balcony and we were forced to adjust on day one and were provided the promised room on day 2. UpOn confirming with the hotel reception we were told that the travel agent was told about the unavailability of the room on the provided dates. He played smart, keeping us in dark and had the audacity to threaten us to cancel the trip in nurwa eliya upon complaining when it happened for the second time in nurwa eliyya. So technically we cut short 3 destinations, paid more than the initial quotation and switched rooms every single day for 8 days pretty much adding to the discomfort. Secondly, considering my wife’s pregnancy in mind we preponed the trip by one day without any change in the itinerary thereby adding extra day in colombo to rest and readily paid extra for one day accommodation plus airport transport( that was covered in trip). Travel agent said his service is from airport to airport so if we are coming one day before we’ve to pay extra for airport to colombo transfer. We paid without arguing but we strongly feel this could have been avoided. Thirdly, travel agent always increased the price by 10-15 usd saying the economic conditions in srilanka isn’t good which is clearly unprofessional. Moreover he provided the wrong booking name in all four hotels adding to the confusion.

Ceyathra Destination had quoted the highest price (about 50-60 USD more) than its counterparts for a 6 day 7 night trip in March 2020. However, we stuck to Ceyathra because Gishan interacted personally and solved each and every query that we had before the trip. He was available 24*7 and was quick with responses and feedback. He showed amazing flexibility in making changes to the tour schedule and made sure we had a comfortable and fun filled experience. He and his driver Chitra had made sure that our 88 year old father who was travelling with us was comfortable too. Right from picking up at the Colombo airport, to dropping us back Ceyathra Destination offered immaculate service which came in form of Chatura the driver. Not only did he took personal care of all of us but also made sure we got the best Forex rates while buying the local currency. He not only drove us safely and showed us a number of places, but also went out of the way to get us good discounts. His wit came as a bonus for all of us. I'm very glad i chose Hellow Travels for my 9D/8N (28th Dec 2019 - 5th Jan 2020) family trip to Srilanka. Mr. Dhanuka Prasad is a very knowledgeable and friendly person. He was available 24x7 round the clock and helped me a great deal in finalizing my itinerary, getting me ETA(visa) and clarifying any doubts i had. I was travelling with my parents (60+ yo) and an infant (3yo) and hence i specially asked Dhanuka to provide me with a very caring driver. He totally did his 100% in this matter. We were allotted a Tourist board approved Chauffeur Mr. Ahamad who is GEM of a person! We felt very safe with him all through the tour and he went out of his way to help us all through the trip especially in getting good deals at sightseeing/activities and finding decent indian restaurants for lunch and dinner. He also very punctual and made sure we covered the entire itinerary and a few extra sightseeing places too! We visited Colombo, Pinnawala, Sigiriya, Trincomalee, Dambulla, Kandy, Kitugala Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Galle, Bentota. The White water rafting at Kitugala, water sports at Bentota, Zipline at Ella were highlights of the tour. Mr Dhanuka booked very good hotels offering breath taking views from the hotel rooms/windows and a very tasty breakfast in a decent budget. He even managed to get 6 train tickets for us on the Nanu oya - Ella train which was a beautiful train ride offering amazing views of tea plantations and waterfalls. This was the first international trip to 4 of my family members and Mr. Dhanuka really made it a memorable one for them. I would 100% recommend Hellow Travels to any one planning to visit Sri Lanka without a second thought. Lastly, at the time of booking the tour, travel triangle executive informed me that they will contact me everyday during the tour for any feedback/assistance which never happened! So it would have been good on their part if they really kept up their promise.

Definitely made our trip very comfortable and value for money! Feels like we dint expect so much to happen in just 7 days of time! Would definitely recommend Accru Travels from TT! Well planned and loved the way it actually went! Too many! Difficult to specify... few of them would be: elephant orphanage visit and experience, Madu river boat safari, Dambulla cave temple, sigriya lion rock, water rafting , also two important points to be mentioned: 1) Accru travels tried it best and provided us with whatever best they could do! Special thanks to Asik for making us understand and clarify doubts! Gifting a surprise last minute was the sweetest gesture! 2) Our guide cum driver and now a good friend Mohammad, understood our taste buds within no time and stopped at the perfect lunching places and we could have the best Sri Lankan food !! Also he was very cooperative and shared so many things about the country’s culture and lifestyle!

Great service by Damitha and Neel. I was searching trip quotes through various platforms and ended with Travel Triangle. Three quotes were presented initially from three different tour operators. I was convinced with Tripslk and wanted to go with them. Damitha was very co-operative and we had to modify quote couple of times until we finalized. Damitha gave us very good hotels(5* for three nights and 4* for 4 nights) for a good price. When landed in Colombo, we met with Neel(the tour guide/driver). Neel is about 70 year old person. We were little skeptical whether Neel would be able to take us through our trip. I called up Damitha and he gave us confidence. As the days went on, I realized I was wrong about Neel. Neel has about 40 years experience as tour guide/driver and we were very fortunate to go with Neel. He is an excellent driver and enthusiastic man and this made me realise "age is just a number". With so much of his experience, he shared with us a lot. We were able to cover almost all the places listed in the Itinerary. We did tour of Colombo, Kandy, Sigiriya, Dambulla, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Yala National Park(safari), Mirissa(whale watching), Hikkaduwa(water sports including diving), Bentota. Not at a single place they deviated from the Itinerary and this is called being professional. I have a feeling of contentment by going with Tripslk. I would definitely recommend Tripslk(Damitha and Neel) to my circle of friends and acquaintances who are planning Sri Lanka tour.

Hotels were overall good. Hotel staff was helpful. We were promised car with sufficient boot space to accomodate luggages as well as baby stroller. However, it was a struggle to fit eveything into the boot of the assigned car. Travel time was way too long compared to what was mentioned in the itinerary. Due to which, there was hardly any time left to explore cities Kandy/Dambulla on the day of arrival. There wasnt a single day that we left hotel after arriving which means driver was free after 5/6 and we managed dinners on our own. The driver was reluctant to bring us out for dinner and suggested to take an auto-rickshaw. Price list shared for attractions was not latest and verified. When questioned, we were told that those are non peak rates. Why would you provide non peak rate list to someone who is travelling during peak period. We liked our hotels especially at Kandalama , Yala and Bentota. Nuwara Eliya hotel could have been better.

I must say the trip and all the arrangements were really up to the mark. Given that it was a rainy season and we wasted our first day in hotel because of rain, we were still able to cover most of the scenic points. Sigiriya rock, Dambulla caves, Kandy buddha temple, Galle fort, Bentota and Colombo. I couldn’t have asked for more in a 4 days trip. Our driver Imendra was very helpful and SHA travels did their best in arranging the trip. I’d recommend them to anyone travelling to SriLanka. Sigiriya rock, Madu river safari, Galle fort

We were visited Dambulla, Kandy, and Bentota cities, all places are good. Dambulla hotel was not up to mark , remaining Amaya hills and pandunas resort was good. Driver Mr.Manjula was cool and good guy. Totally trip was superb. Special thanks to Mr. Gautham , he was coordinating with me from booking date to trip end.

We were visited Dambulla, Kandy, Nuwara eliya and Bentota cities. All hotels are good about location. Point 1 - We got best treatment in all hotels except Skyloft hotel in Kandy. I will not recommend it any Indian as they treated indian people secondary. We had our dinner for almost 1.5 Hrs as they gave primary treatment to other that Indian people(i.e. European or American). Point 2 - Advice to travel triangle is that when people are believing you and your suggested best itinerary, so please give rough idea about ticket cost in US currency. We were always asking about currency exchange, water sports cost to our travel agent. You people should be proactive and mention all the necessary things should be done by us in advance. Because some people have their first international trip and don't have much experience about new country culture, travel and so on. The good things are cultural dance show, turtle hatchery, Madu river ride. So overall experience was 2.5* out of 5.
