It was a nicely trimmed plan from Kerala Travel Trotters. I thank Mrs. Simi for that. The man without whom the tour would not have been enjoyable upto that extent was undoubtedly Mr. Renny, the guide. Within these few days he becomes a good friend and he was always ready to offer helping hand even in the smallest issue. A big thanks to him. The hotel quality offered was very good. (though there was some issues regarding quality at the hotel at Kovalam, Mr. Renny quickly comes up for a rescue). The car offered was also good. We can definitely recommend KTT.

Hotels: While other hotels were decent, experience at The Lighthouse in Jaipur was bad. First they tried to push us to some other hotel and we had to be at reception for several minutes. Then quality of linen was bad. It was dirty and we had to request to change entire set. Sheets and covers weren't washed and stinking. Rating for Jaipur hotel is 2 out of 5. Hotels in Agra, Mathura, Udaipur and Jodhpur were good. No complaints. Cab: Cab was in decent condition and driver was polite. But driver was inexperienced in tourism. He didn't know the routes and was trying to drop us far before the monuments, while other vehicles were going much closer. We had to walk a lot with small kids. Travel Agent: Travel Agent was decent. They created a WhatsApp group and responded to our needs in timely manner. Jodhpur and Agra were good.

In Shimla the hotel room was very tiny and the bathroom too not able to turn also. Except Shimla other location rooms were good. And the driver did not know any places we took initiative to find places in Google and requested him to navigate there. Our eternity details were not shared with driver to take us to those places. Cos of that we missed some of the places mentioned on the iternity. Also charged extra for taking near atul tunnel saying it’s not in iternery. While planning they should have informed about no snow in solan valley if so we should go near Atul tunnel that’s not done. Atul tunnel snow games were most memorable Wagah border event
