We have booked through travel triangle and our agent was topical Ceylon. Let me start with the good things: We got an exceptional service by our chauffeur'Chanaka' , he made sure that we had the best of experience. He was always with us be it trekking to the hills or be near the beach ensuring our safety. By far the best chauffer we came across. The hotel and food in Colombo, Habarana and Kandy were good. However the food was pathetic in the hotel of Nuwara Eliya. Coming to the hotel in bentota, we have been told that we will be getting the hotel in Bentota but when we reached there we found out that it's 25 km away from the place. The rooms were ok but the food and other service were far from what was promised! We got a contact from 'Topical Ceylon' but the person's number was not reachable. It wasn't a good experience with 'Topical Ceylon'. Would not recommend this agency to anyone.

My tour was of 10 days with my better half . The service level provided by the agent was excellent, all the commitments made with me were done in an excellent manner. All the bookings , river safari, wild life safari to Yala National park were memoriable n awsome . The Tour agent Mr. Nadesh is very genuine and helpfull person , he made all arrangements as promiced before tour . The guide Susanta was also very much genuine helpfull person who was all times available for any type of help . He guided time to time like to whome all intercation should be avoided in public places . I stayed 10 days in Sri Lanka and the whole tour with better half was too much awsome . In personal also will recomend to go with Nadesh and Susanta both are very much genuine persons who guides the best . Will recommend this agency where you can trust blindly , i also did it and got the awsome memoriable tour . 1) Stay at Habarana village by cinnemon & village tour there. 2) Sigiriya rock visit 3) Yala wild life safari - This was best experience 4) River safari 5) Very much interative and helpfull nature of the Mr. Nadesh and Mr. Susanta ( guide). 6) Stay at Marino Beach hotel, Colombo. With infinity pool , Ocean view breakfast andmany other .

All the facilities were provided as promised. Stay at Habarana and Ramboda were mesmerising. Whale watching at Mirrissa was very adventurous and if you have sea sickness then this one is not for you. Also not to forget Mr.Uppali our driver and guide for his patience and calm behaviour. Overall it was a memorable trip and all thanks to Gihan. The tour itenary was good and services provided by Justin and driver was great. Their behaviour was very good and that gave us a safe and comfortable trip. However travel itenary could have prepared with more care and involvement. As this was our honeymoon trip itenary should be prepared accordingly. Ours was a little tiring and towards end of the trip we got exhausted. Expect one hotel, other 3 were perfect choice for a couple and complimentary dinner was icing on the cake. The evening and early morning at The Other Corner Habarana was the best memory of our trip!

We traveled to Srilanka organised by Travel triangle during 16th to 21st December, 2017 with 14 family members and friends from Bangalore, Karnataka. It was a memorable moment for all us. The coordinator Mr. Niraj Kurmar organised the tour very well and has been responding to all our queries through out. The Guide Mr. Dilshan and the driver were very friendly. The hotel accommodation at all the places were superb. Among the hotels we liked very much Oak Ray Elephant Lake in Habarana, Oak Ray city Hotel in Kandy and Ramboda Falls hotel. Rmboda Falls Hotel is situated in unforgettably beautiful natural surroundings. and falls. The food in hotels are also good. In nutshell, we enjoyed the tour and keep in memory the beautiful Srilanka.

Great trip. Dilshan(of Direct link) our driver was excellent. The vehicle assigned to us was clean, spacious and comfortable. Dilshan was driving very responsibly, hence we didn't feel tired after having travelled long distances. Initial booking process was also seamless, but you have to get things promised on emails or else last minute there may be issues. In spite of a minor miscommunication regarding hotel and itinerary, Niraj at team travel triangle was very supportive and was constantly in touch with us. All our concerns were resolved timely by Niraj. Dilshan knew the roads and places of attractions very well. He also provided a lot of info about the history, culture, flora and fauna of different cities. He was honest trustworthy and a true guide in every respect. Joe Habarana - stay was good, food was average Waterfall villas- excellent location, good food, room conditions were average Grand safari resort- great experience and good food. Citrus Hikkaduwa- Dissapointing rooms (although they faced the sea, view was restricted). Rooms were old, furniture was wornout and ambience was dark and gloomy. Certainly not a 4 star accommodation. Food was good. Some best memories.. Climbing sigiriya rock Kithulgala rafting Sita Amman temple View from waterfall villas Safari and stay at Udawalawe Madu river safari Turquoise sea Galle fort

we have just came from srilanka trip from 7th to 14th. it was most memorable one. the srilanka is most beutiful with neat and tidy in all cities and the roads are excellant. being a hilly country and lack of plains for roads, with more vehicles on road , it was everywhere too congested in day time. evening and night travel is smooth. we have covered, colombo, pinnewala, habarana, sigiria, polannuruwa, dambulla, kandy, nuwaraeliya, ella colombo - not much attraction for tourists -you may skip colombo but for international air connectivity - pure indian veg restaurant shanmugas near ramakrishnan salai, beach is xcellant. pinnewala - must see to the playful elephants - habarana is wonderful calm well maintained town ideal for stay and visit nearby sigiria, dabulla - sigiria is wonderful rock fort with beautiful scenery - must visit - polannuruwa - excellant buddhist monuments - wonderfully laid out ancient city. - dambulla - nothing great if anybody seen the ajanta and ellora caves - dambulla very small - beutiful paintings retained well - not worth for the very high entry ticket - kandy city is ancient and neat - ancient buddha tooth relic preserved in dalawada temple. nice and peaceful temple complex. way from kandy to nuwaraeliya is extremely beautiful with lots of tea gardens and estates. nuwaraeliya is like ooty in india and chill weather always - neat and well maintained city. to ella has natural beauty. sita temple is newly constructed and well preserved. rawana falls is amazing. for future travellers suggest. on alighting colombo airport take suitable train to kandy - finish all your trips from kandy - take retun train which will be convenient and less tiring. half day sightseeing in colombo is enough. there are negomo, bentota, galle beaches though excellant, we have not visited due to paucity of time. though srilanka is similar to our kerala in india in every aspect, climate culture etc. the cost of living for both tourists and locals are extremely expensive. comparably three times the cost in india. though all the items are produced in srilanka they sell at exhorbitant high cost. cost of entry to all sites are also very expensive. the hotels, local traveling, food cost are most negative factors in considering trip to srilanka. but when you visit the island we are mesmerised by the beauty and the neat and tidy everywhere . hats off to lankans who keep their place neat - a lesson for us.

Mr. Nolan Parrera is best throughout Srilanka tour. We are pleased with his driving skills and ability. He was very helpful all the time. He was like chauffer come guide come family member. Whenever I was facing shortage of local currency I had borrowed from him and later paid him. Such people are very rare. Thank Shanil for such accompany. Room service was awesome at Joe’s village Habarana, Kent Hotel Tissamaharana, Comfort Bunglow Nuwara Eliya, No room service like tea/coffee/sugar/milk bags at Hotel Travel Nest Kandy, River side araliya Bentota, Rani beach resort hotel. Hotel River side araliya Bentota had excellent food quality. Chef had customized diner for me. Very much delighted with his Indian style cooking. I was expecting candle light dinner over here as we agreed but no such arrangement was done. So it lets me down. Rest hotel had average or below average food quality. As per our tour details all rooms should be provided with decoration. However only at Bentota (Hotel River side araliya) & Tissamarana (Kent Hotel) rooms were decorated. Since my departure from Srilanka to India was on 21-Jan-2017 23:40 Hour and Rani beach resort hotel at Negombo check out time 21-Jan-2017 14:00 Hour. I was told all rooms are occupied hence we won’t allow you late checkouts. But then Hotel staff demanded USD 25 for late check out that too up to 18:00 hour. This is very annoying thing that in spite of all hotel room occupancies how can one allow me till evening. Such surprises I faced at last moment. I had to spent 3-4 hours in hotel’s reception area. In terms of sightseeing, transport facility Yes Overall Srilanka was amazing tour and the reason behind is Mr. Shanil and Mr. Nolan Yala Jungle Safari, Turtle Hatchary, wood carving and gems museum visit, Srilanka cultural dance.

Habarana hotel and food was awesome. Team actually were transparent about what they are booking etc. We were given options of available hotels and we were let to choose as well. We were only 3 girls travelling so it was pretty safe with driver. He was very cooperative and caring. We planned last moment and we had prior plan to visit places same way our tour was customised within shortest time. Road trip, night river rafting, srilankan authentic food at dambulla, sigiriya trekking, arrival of elephant on the road was adventurous.
