After my multiple follow ups with Travel agent this was sorted. Also new driver was not aware of way of Hotel…I requested agent to ask someone local who can call the driver and guide him but nobody called after my multiple follow-ups . Jyoti (agent) ko kuch pata hi nahi hota tha..Anyways Driver was very good, he managed things somehow. And Hotel service was also fine.
