Naveen's 6 days trip to Kashmir

We embarked on a journey to Kashmir from the 1st to the 6th of October, accompanied by two other families who are our close friends. Our mode of transportation was our own cars, starting our journey from Chandigarh/Pathankot. However, for our accommodations in Srinagar and Pahalgam, we opted for the services of Kashmir Heavens. Our stay in Srinagar, specifically at K2 Hotel, and our time at the Boat House (Anarkali) were truly exceptional in terms of the quality of accommodations and cleanliness. However, our experience in Pahalgam at Riverside Resort was just average. We found the food and room quality to be lacking and not up to our expectations. I'd like to commend Kashmir Heavens as a travel agency because of their authenticity and their helpful nature. Mr. Shahid and Ms. Afreen, in particular, stood out as wonderful individuals. Despite encountering various disagreements and discussions during the trip, they handled everything with politeness and provided us with valuable assistance throughout our journey

Bhavishya's 3 days trip to Himachal

We had the most remarkable romantic tour with travel-triangle .Everything was perfect except our receiving driver at Pathankot ,he was annoying and frustrating ,he asked to change cab mid way ,dropped to wrong hotel even when he was told the right place . Else we felt, in every instance, that our guides truly cared about us, For our first trip with my fiancee this definitely has become the most eye-opening, adventurous, and stunning journey of our life ,something to remember, draw upon, and cherish for many years to come. From trekking to camping to the new heights, filled with surprises meals offered on board to culinary experiences on the mountains, every place and every new activity offered new experiences. We definitely will be back Night camping at Dhauladhar heights .

Atul's 3 days trip to Himachal

Trip started well from my home and Cab was on time. Travel agent lied to me while i was booking the package that he is going to send a local driver which will be belong to Himachal Pradesh but actually driver did't well known to Dalhousie and near about location and in whole trip he was using google map and that's not driver's fault. Agent lied to me. in whole Trip i was feeling like i have not booked a package but with Agency but it felt like i have hired every people involved in the trip separately. Driver was asking money on the way itself once he needs to do cab refuel. he asked me for cash as well while on the way to Dalhousie. In hotel they asked me to pay to them not TT. While returning to home cab agency owner called me and was threatened me that if he did not get any money from Tour Agency then he will stop the car until he get's paid and so driver did that he stopped the cab in mid way. We with my family was stuck in somewhere around Pathankot and that was scarry. This whole trip was a mess. i am not going to book again with this travel Agency and even with TT as well and will not recommend to anyone. One thing i would like to mention here that Hotel was good in everything with Staff and other services. which we have chosen from ourselves.

I booked my trip via Rocking trips overall it was a good experience of the trip. Their executive Ms Neetu Singh was regular in touch telephonically , to assure quality services by hotels/taxi. Day 1 : Morning I arrived 6 AM at Pathankot & cab was already waiting for me at Railway station. It was a 2 & half hours drive from Pathankot to Dalhausie. Checked in Hotel New Palace Hotel rooms were good & got good services.Though buffet was not there but hotel still gave good room service for breakfast & dinner.Later I visited Punch pulla. Good sort of Picnic spot for family .You can enjoy adventure rides, waterfall. if your looking for lunch here you'll just get snacks only. Day 2 : Day 2 I visited Khajjiar ,kalatop & Chamba. Khajjiar - a good place, real mini Switzerland.Enjoyed Para Gliding here.Place to relax and enjoy weather. However Chamba not a happening place as temperature is slight high here & not much of the places to visit despite few historical places like museum & palace. Better to Opt for Chamera lake for boating, which I couldn't go due to landslide. Day 3 ; was a long drive to dharamshala from Dalhousie ,but all tiredness went off after visting Dharamshala stadium.Checked in Hotel Origin.Very good rooms , but hotel was slight far from local main area. Day 4 : I visited Dalae Lama temple ,Bhagsu fall , Bhagsu temple, Monestry. Bhagsu Fall was best among all. Day 5 I returned to Pathankot. Overall great experience to book with Travel Triangle & Rocking trips. Will definitely suggest to friends & special thanks to Ms Neetu Singh who made all arrangements upto the mark. Weather of Dalhausie , Khajjiar & dharamshala.

Devendra's 4 days trip to Himachal

Package Cost me Rs 24,000/- Day 1:I was Travelling from Jammu ,The internet service was not available ,the remaining payment I had to be done by Cash mode after reaching the hotel ,It was very frustrating Night 1 :Horrible experience ,Hotel has been changed ,Skylark to some local Rosewood hotel (stay was OK but dinner we had outside) Day2: breakfast has less option ,opted for Paratha (very Bad but was hungry)but me and my wife vomited during Journey ,Places :More religious places chamunda devi, brijeshwari temple has been covered instead of Natural sight seeing, however places were nice,Kangra fort was awesome. Cab service was good. Night 2:Dinner was worst ,we are unable to eat it ,badly cooked and rotten smell is coming out.Beds were comfortable but room was dirty and not properly cleaned stained were there. Day 3:transfer to Dhramshala to Dalhousie ,in between we visited Monastery ,Dalai Lama was addressing there. It was heartfelt experience. reached to Banikhet near by Dalhousie in Hotel Grand Dalhousie. It is budget hotel Staying was good. The road trip from Dharamshala /mcleodganj to Banikhet was awesome but the nature is fragile there ,not recommend to visit during rainy season as frequent landslide occur. Night3: Dinner was good in first night as a group of student visited there to stay. Day4:Visited Dalhousie church,KhajjiarThe best place in my journey, very awesome weather, picturesque ,views and many more to be refreshed.Khajjiar is also a good picnic spot.Afterwards we went to Chamba laxmi narayan temple, which is inside city,Dalhousie to chamba to Banikhet road is dangerous. However cab driver Sameer was excellent in his work. Night 5:we were Happy to had good trip. But again Food/Dinner in grand Dalhousie was worst(I mean it). Day 6: Early Morning we left for Pathankot. The Bad Parts are : 1.unexpectedly telling me to pay the remaining bill either by Cash or Online.while I was coming from Jammu where there were not internet service. 2.Changing of Hotel Skylark to some not so good hotel Rosewood (staying was Okay but Food was literally worst).Beware if you had bad food it can ruin your trip. 3. Dharmshala/Mcleodganj (more of religious kind, temple visit) instead of more historical places ,museum, sight seeing 4.hotel was in Banikhet not in Dalhousie, the weather & views in Dalhousie is awesome and not same as Banikhet. 5.Food was worst. The Good Parts: 1.The cab/Private vehicle service was very good, comfortable.Driver was experienced, drives smoothly ,well mannered ,gentleman and assisted us where he can. 2.Dalhousie ,Khajjiar ,Monastery ,Kangra Fort visits are memorable part. 3.Temple visit were also fine but not so exciting. 4.Staying was normal,as these are budget hotels. 5.The hilly road drive was awesome. Note:However ,I felt that I would have chosen government approved & 3 star or above rated hotels ,not the travel triangle or other website rated 3 star hotels for comfortable STAYING/SLEEPS and for quality FOOD.

Ravi's 9 days trip to Himachal

They convince you by saying that they are himachal specialists as they are local. Companies from delhi wont know much about Himachal. However, I dint find anything extra ordinary in the trip. I went to Himachal 15 years back as a kid through an Ahmedabad based travel agent. North INdia travels made me see the same spots one more time. Nothing extra ordinary as they say.. Everyone should avoid Shimla as a whole. Nothing extra ordinary to see. Not even suitable for good photos. The staff in Shimla hotel was not welcoming. They were behaving as if they are doing something great for us. Rooms were not as awesome as it looked in photos. Food was good although We stayed in Manali for three nights. Hotel was good. liked it but again you come to hill station to enjoy the view. Here we were taken to temples and couple of museums.. Dint find it amazing as they say. I wanted my trip to start from Pathankot but agent told me to start from Ambala or Delhi. Because of that the road travel increased by 300 kms. My wife got ill due to so much of road travel on hill roads. We cut shorted our trip and so so so happy to be back at home. Might not recommend Northindia to anyone..
