In Shimla the hotel room was very tiny and the bathroom too not able to turn also. Except Shimla other location rooms were good. And the driver did not know any places we took initiative to find places in Google and requested him to navigate there. Our eternity details were not shared with driver to take us to those places. Cos of that we missed some of the places mentioned on the iternity. Also charged extra for taking near atul tunnel saying it’s not in iternery. While planning they should have informed about no snow in solan valley if so we should go near Atul tunnel that’s not done. Atul tunnel snow games were most memorable Wagah border event

Trip was fantastic. On Time pick up from Delhi. Smooth Journey all along from Delhi to Shimla to Manali and back to Delhi via Chandigarh with experienced driver. Smooth check in at all hotels. Hotel Rooms and Services received at Manali were excellent. Special thanks to Ms Shilpa our travel coordinator who was constantly in touch with us to make our trip smooth and memorable. Visiting the Solan Valley and then to Koksar Snow Point was awesome. Passing through picturesque Solan Valley was great experience. Adventure activities at Koksar Point was most enjoyed by all family members.

Hotels except 1 the Highland manali were not as per expectations. The food of hotel Neo classic was worst. The experience with the cab driver Mr Goldy was very nice and we gave him tip too Experience at Rohtang pass, solan valley and Manikarnan gurudwara was awesome

The Hotel in Shimla The Royal Jarden...was a excellent experience. The hotel staff was very caring and friendly. The food spread was very tasty and mouth watering. Excellent arrangements. Value for Money. The cab was neat and tidy. But there was no boot space in the car left because of its CNG gas fitment. We thought that since we have booked sedan, we could accommodate our baggages in the boot. But we end up in tying our bags on the carrier provided top of the car and end up catching dust in our luggage. The MAIN SAFETY ASPECT OF THE TRAVEL WAS NEGLECTED BY THE DRIVER. He was continuously on mobile phone while driving. He has neglected even our repitative requests not to use phone while driving. Driver has short closed our visit to The Mall, Manali without any reasons. Zero stars to him. Lastly, the hotel in Manali The Rockland Inn... was a mess. 1. The hotel lift was not working due to power disturbance. 2. The food served wasn't even warm. Everytime it was cold. Since there was drop in temperature at night, one expects their food to be served hot. 3. There wasn't hot water facility in the hotel. There were geysers fitted in the bathroom. But it was taking nearly one hour to get heated and it was suffice to one person at a time. We end up in skipping our bath for 2 days because of time constraint. There were better hotels / accomodations available in Manali. But this hotel was a big disappointment to us. Hotel stay at Royal Jarden.. A trip to Solan valley... Tasty food at Royal Jarden...
