Trip to KangraManali was the best place to visit. Raveendra Singh from the Getz was very helpful. He kept in contact with us the whole trip and gave us the contacts of the Cabs and hotels on his own initiative. We will definitely choose Getz again as our travel planner. The driver Shekar was the best, he took his own initiative to show us places especially in Rohtang pass. It was heaven on earth. Truly want to visit Manali again because of the Hotel Golden Apple Resort and the Shekar from the Cab team
Trip to KangraExperience was amazing.... I enjoyed every moment.... arrangement was good...liked the accomdation.... Overall it was a wonderful trip with a good experience... Best of the memory is when the trek got cancelled due to mis-communication within the travel agents and then when Shub Karan made arrangements for a next day trek to Triund. This was the happiest moment.. Also the cab driver Mr. Chaman Kumar was very helpful in assisting and made the journey very smooth. Rest all the arrangements and facilities provided was good. Thanks again to the Ashu who helped in making the best quote for the trip.. Regards, Rajeshwari
Trip to KangraEntire trip was a great memories for me. We will definitely keep traveling with this agent again.
Trip to KangraShimla hotels were the worst .unclean ,unhygienic , poor service
Trip to KangraI would have given 5 Star rating, But at the end of the trip went bad. I have listed out the pros & cons below PROS:- 1.) The entire trip is as per Itinerary 2.) Hotels are clean & hygienic 3.) The cab drivers will not charge you anything extra. 4.) Cabs will come at the exact time. 5.) The entire Getz destination team was supportive & helpful especially Renu Gautam mam. CONS:- 1.) Rohtang pass is the major place near Manali but it will not be in the Itinerary. Please try to include it in the Itinerary. 2.) Volvo vendor is the worst. They have rescheduled the bus timings but not informed us. We were literally running in the new city to catch the bus. At last the travel agent spoke with the vendor and made the bus wait for us.
Trip to KangraHotels at Shimla, Dharmashala and Dalhousie were truly good. Shimla the services of the owner and the crew were really amazing. At Manali, the bathroom was stinking and also after repeated requests to correct the TV it was never done nor given a solid reply on whether it is possible or not. Food was good at all places. Hotel services at Dalhousie was also really commendable. Regarding the agent, Ashish was very accomadative and helped me to plan a tour within budget. The travel to Rohtang pass was already discussed but I had to find it myself. Driver was saying he will arrange till last min, and there was a lame excuse the owner not available at hotel. Then we got a proposal at very high rate. When we go through an agent we are expecting them to help us. We give a business to you and we expect you to be genuine to us and help us out. We find ourselves a driver which can be believed at low cost for Rohtang journey. Jitendar never called or enquired through out the journey. If any issue, I used to call him. Services of agent can be improved by enquiring how the customer service is each day. As he never called we never bothered to call him as well. Manali sightseeing was poorly planned. Driver was not at all helpful in this and we had to find the locations ourselves. Coming to the driver and cab, cab was quite good and not smelly. Driver was good to travel between locations and he ensured we reach each location within stipulated time and we were also safe ( Expected from the agent that is why we book through agent). Driver can improve very much on his customer service, he was always negative in his remarks and we thought the whole trip is a waste as there is nothing to see anywhere as per him. He was overly enthusiastic to know the money details I handled with the agency and had always his own way. We were by end of journey even afraid to talk to him. Even after several notifications of not wanting to hear Punjabi song, he was forcefully putting it. We had to find places to see at Manali and he was trying to convince us not to visit there. But it was one of the beautiful thing we did in our whole trip. 1. Stay at Paradise Resort Manali 2. House ride to Kufri 3. Jogini Falls Manali 4. Enroute to Rohtang Pass 5. Visit to Tibetan Temple 6. Stay at Dalhousie 7. Paragliding at Khajjar
