"I want to mainly put up the exceptional assistance of wise Yatra team throughout our whole trip planning, with patience and great attention to even tiny details. We wouldn’t be more satisfied and happier with their services. From start to finish, everything was smooth and hassle free only because of their detailed iternary planning and great suggestions! I think this is one of the best team and agency I have ever come across as a traveller. All the hotels which they booked from their end was perfect be it the room wise, comfort wise, food wise, and mainly close to all public centres and transport which made it more easier for us to travel intercity, it saved time. The locality was too good. And I would suggest to go for the hotels which they recommend because it is very safe as well. Their pre booking assistance for all major attractions and activities was a great use to us. Everything was planned and organised perfectly by the team. To conclude, be it a group trip, or a solo travel, Wiseyatra is much recommended for anyone planning their trips!

Saharshjain's 8 days trip to Europe

"A thousand thanks to wiseyatra first for making our trip so memorable. Still everyday I miss Paris and switzerland. We found WiseYatra via travel triangle and were in initial discussion about Paris and switzerland trip with them. We took passport and land package from them. I must say they are very professional and quite cheap when compared to other tours companies. Discussions: We had very long calls and frequesnt changes in plan regarding days and which cities or places to visit, they entertained all of them and made better plan on every change. We called them lot of times for testimonials and changes and they were happy to do it. They didnt force us for anything infact suggested better places than what we had in mind . Itinerary: simply the most detailed itinerary I have ever seen. Pictorial representation , bullet list of monuments. Hour wise itinerrary to make you aware of time because you will get lost in beauty. It was a long itinerarry with alternate mode of transports for every connection where possible. Properly given timetables of the trains and next trains that are availabel from your route. They also include scenic/panoramic trains and trust me those were really mazing. That itinerary is solid for few years of travel easily. Their itinerary is so flexible that we could sip or add few things or shuffle and still cover almost all the things. Hotels: We absolutely loved their hotel choices, very close to nature and close to transport places. In all 6-7 cities we had to walk hardly 100 meters for our hotels. In grindelwald we had to 5 steps for railway station. Not sure how they do it but they find the best and closest hotels with amazing view. In lucerne the hotel owner also gave us chocolates. Some of them had bath tub as well and amazin view of street and lakes. Trust me you will love them, close to market, close to transport system and inclusive of breakfast. In paris hotel we got free hot chocolate and sparkling water. Tickets: I must say all tickets we got were flexible and we had to shift paris boat ride to next day due to leg pain from walking. But all tickets were very good and do not forget to take a printout of each ticket. Mt.Titlis or Jugfrau all were flexible so incase weather is not good then also we can go next day. similarly the Swiss Pass was amazing as it gave us free pass to ride anything at any time which helped us in making good decision if something wasn't available or we had some time to kill. Support: WY was available for support at all times, they helped us with us for small queries as well like cash, card, disneyland metrsos, trains to Switzerland etc. Overall very supportive. Prices: The prices were quite cheap considering the trip to one of the most expensive countries in world. When compared to the time we spent and fun we had the price was super cheap. Plus since everything is pre-booked we didnt have to spend anything other than metro and food. I would definitely recommend wise yatra over any other travel service because we were free to do anything in the itinerary other travel we connected with offered us group tours for same rate where we were not able to spend time on a monument as per our wish. I would really recommend them. Infact for our next trip also I am going to go with them."

I wanted to share feedback on our recent trip to Europe, organized by your team. Overall, we had a well-managed and memorable experience, thanks to your thoughtful planning and clear communication throughout the process. Your assistance with visas and other travel arrangements was especially helpful and made the planning much smoother. With our busy schedule we wouldn’t have managed to have fine planning so well. That said, we faced a couple of challenges during the trip, particularly given that we were traveling with a young child. The itinerary felt quite packed, with long travel hours and ambitious sightseeing schedules. For instance, we often arrived at new destinations around 3 pm but were scheduled to visit attractions that closed as early as 4:30 or 5 pm. Having more information on these timing restrictions in advance would have been very useful in helping us navigate and plan accordingly. Thank you for your efforts in making this trip enjoyable and memorable. Your team did a great job, and we look forward to planning future trips with WiseYatra with these considerations in mind."

"Wise Yatra organised an amazing 8 days trip to Paris and Switzerland for us. We were traveling to Europe for the first time. Team provided a detailed customized itenary after discussing with us multiple times and considering our preferences. They chalked out a detailed documentation which takes care of every minute details like transportation availability, timings, nearest stations, google map links for sight-seeing and connectivity. This saved lot of our time in figuring out logistics. We appreciate their attention to these small details. Before the trip they had scheduled a call with us to walk us through the itenary in detail and cater to doubts if any. They were also available on whats app for guidance throughout the trip. The tour was meticulously crafted which included not only the popular destinations but also some other places which we would have not found over the internet otherwise. Apart from the actual trip, team helped us through the Visa Process and documentation as well. All accomodations provided by them were good and as per commitment. Overall a big shout out to the team for this amazing trip. Will definitely plan more trips with Wise Yatra and would recommend others as well.
