The. hotel yangthang very good i.e. service, food and amenities. but other hotels not as per the star rating. The river rafting very good . Tea garden visit is excellent. price and quote to be accepted byTravel Triangle after visit and cross check. Because in the name of buffet system keeping only poori masala and bread. Compliment to be as per star rating given in the quote. But we are delighted by our coordinator mr kunal singh. Darjiling 2days enough to visit not.much to see. Toy train waste of. money and time because its only inside city which covers surrounded by hotels and trainage. These are all. inputs The arrangement made by Mr kunal is excellent . any issues and any time.he will be ready ro resolve mainly driver issues. The travel plan suggestions were good, the contact person mr kunal singh is excellent service, kind in nature and support given during entire trip till departure is superb. ravangala park is very nice .

Bijon's 8 days trip to Dubai

Our trip to Dubai with Transclick Holidays was excellent. The major contributing factor to this positive review is the coordinator in Dubai, Mr. Hisham Kaleem. His behavior was beyond our expectations. However, there are are some negative aspects too. On the 3rd day, we had to visit the Future Museum & then go for the Desert Safari. But the timings provided for the Future Museum was not good. We had to rush for the Desert Safari & didn't get adequate time in the Future Museum. Another negative point was the schedule for Abu Dhabi tour. We got to see only the BAPS Temple at day light. The rest of the city tour was at night & without any stoppages (doordarshan from the bus window). Even the visit to the Grand Mosque was also at night. This Abu Dhabi tour day was the worst day in our trip. Transclick should have done this in better possible ways. Other days were good & as per our expectations.

Extremely satisfied with Hermosa Trips. Driver Mr.Mansoor took care of us throughout the trip with all the tourist spots and recommending us with good restaurants. Hotels were we stayed Hotel Nissar - had some issues on power backup and heater not working properly. Hotel City grace - best hotel in our trip->5/5 Houseboat Ababeel - Nice experience. Hotel Vista - Had some issues on food and bathroom lekage which I have informed to both travel agent and to the hotel. Trip Coordinator - Hafsa Overall will recommend Hermosa Trips for a trip to kashmir. Tip - book as early as possible to get cheap flights and good stays. .

We booked a premier suite in Hotel George by saffron in Diera. It's nothing fancy. But the view from the room was good and deserves brownie points. The carpets were shabby and hallway had a constant damp smell. There was a bathtub in the washroom which was not usable. Advantage was the location. 2 min walk from Abra station and metro station. So connectivity gets full score. I was a little disappointed with the drivers except for Captain Mohammad. He was the only one who respected our time and made sure he picked us up on the exact timing that he mentioned. Remaining drivers were sloppy. 30 to 40 minutes waiting was a minimum on the mornings from hotel. We were asked to get ready and wait at the lobby at 8.45 only to be picked up at 9.30 or even later. What a waste of time!!! Also, we booked tickets to Abu Dhabi & Ferrari world, where we were not informed earlier that Formula Rossa (World 's fastest roller coaster) has been closed since January. Had I been told earlier, I would have made better plans. Visit to Yas Island was given only 5 hrs. And guide rushed us through the city tour with only one photo stop. Hence it was more of a waste of time and money both for me. For Visit to Burj Khalifa, again lack of clear information caused unnecessary delays. Overall the itinerary could have been better planned and executed.

The cab driver Ramnarayan was an excellent driver but a poor communicator . That affected the mood of travel. The language barrier was real. Otherwise it was good to have business with TT. Mr. Manoj planned our 3 days Agra and Fatehpur Sikri trip. This was especially nice because I contacted him a week before our arrival. I was informed ahead of time as to who would pick us up from Agra station at 10:30 pm and who would lead our tour. Hotel check-in was hassle free and everything was well maintained. Our stay was in Hotel Karan Vilas which is a very nice hotel and breakfast was very delicious there. Mr. Rahul who was the captain have well maintained and clean car has wealth of knowledge about city attarctions and history of city and gave us the right amount of information. He advised us to prepare for anything and gave us options on how to spend our days. Mr. Rahul accommodated us safely, made us laugh and provided a good amount of drinks and snacks.
