Excuses dena like abhi season time he to thoda aisa waisa (hotel booking, cab etc) hua hein.. I’m a bit disappointed with the service of agent Advance easy trip. There were few blunders like Driver suddenly got changed and nobody including travel agent was aware that this is going to happen. They had no clear communication with Transporter. However new driver Shankar was really good and coop
erative, hence we continued with him. Agent told me to pay directly to them not to the driver but it was again a miscommunication…Driver wasn’t aware and said I did not get my payment. After my multiple follow ups with Travel agent this was sorted. Also new driver was not aware of way of Hotel…I requested agent to ask someone local who can call the driver and guide him but nobody called after my multiple follow-ups . Jyoti (agent) ko kuch pata hi nahi hota tha..Anyways Driver was very good, he managed things somehow. And Hotel service was also fine.

Overall the experience was good but not worth the price charged. One activity planned was rescheduled without notifying which apparently we had to miss. The experience in Koh Samui was amazing thank you to the whole team here in India and Ko Samui.

The person wo was handling our package was too rude and there wasnt any clarification with regards to the insurance and other details he was only in hurry to get the payment done asap. When asked him abt queries he used to revert too lately and when chased again the reply comes is mei bahar hu abhi
- Mr. MIRAJ was his name . As soon as we told him your behaviour is not acceptable you are too rude he replied with mere pass time nai hai aapse argue karne ka i have strict action is taken against him we also raised complaint but no revert which is again very disappointing. Not for 1st time international travellers as there is no clear converstion . Our package was then handled over to Mr. Lucky and that previous man happily said yes yes mei kisi aur ko handover de deta hu. Too rude too impolite no resolution on time no queries resolved on time sirf payment ke liye jaldi reply dete hai.
