Our time with Turn on vacation was fantastic. We planned for a trip to manali and shimla. Everything was very well planned by Anju. Ashapuri village resort in Manali and hotel Grand welcome in shimla were both nice. The driver was amzaing.. Overall it was great experience  

Amazing experience with Turn on vacation. We booked their cab Ertiga for 5 days from Delhi to Dharamshala and Dalhousie Tour. Cab was brand new with all amenities. Driver bhaiya was very polite and helpful. He have great knowledge of area. Very safe and efficient driving in hills. We definitely recommend them to our friends and would love to travel with them again. Well organized trip and professional service by Ms Anju.

It was a good trip arranged by the Kashmir heaven tour and travels. All agreed tour itinerary was completed. The driver was polite and helpful.

And in my bookings all the services are very good like Hotels,House boat and specially Food is very very good in all the hotel's. And special thing is that on every day min. Two calls we get from Sana man for taking care of all my family's members. Also We are very thankful for Taxi service in whole trip and My Driver (Khalid bhai) he is very expert in driving and very helpful and polit in nature. Unfortunately my wife having stone sevior pain but Khalid bhai on a very urgent basis move to the hospital and taking all the formalities on Avery fast basis in local language and give best treatment. Next 1 hour she is relief in pain and again we start our trip with good memories. And last again we very thankful to Breath taking holidays, Sana Mam and Khalid bhai.

I have a wonderful experience with Tripgo Travels for my Honeymoon from 24 April - 28 April at Kashmir. I was a little bit sceptical at first but the way Miss Saba handled my entire trip is worth praising. She took care of minute details of our trip, from informing about the weather and the things needed for the trip. She made the last moment booking of Gondola Ride on behalf of us . It was a wonderful ride without it we would have missed the snowfall. Hotels are of requisite quality and standard. Complementary Cake of Houseboat is mouth watering. Hotel room was too small in 2 hotels. Basic things also needed to request 2- 2 times. Cab driver was good in skills, so travelling was safe. But no points covered which were on d way. It could have been easily accomodated in same route. Overall good. Beautiful Nature!

I'd like to share my recent experience with Travel Triangle, but first, let's rewind a bit. Back in 2019, I planned a trip to Himachal through MakeMyTrip, not knowing about Travel Triangle at the time. The entire experience, from the hotel to the cab and sightseeing, was fantastic. It left a lasting impression on me, setting a high standard in my mind for any future trips booked through similar travel sites. Fast forward to April, a friend suggested Travel Triangle for my trip to Mussorrie. After some deliberation, I decided to give it a try. Despite a bit of back and forth, the trip was booked, including a cab from Dehradun. However, there was a bit of confusion with the drivers – three called claiming they'd pick me up, but it was the fourth who finally arrived. In comparison, MakeMyTrip had promptly shared driver and cab details soon after booking. Let's talk about the present. The cab that arrived in Dehradun was clean and well-maintained, and the driver was courteous. Though there was a minor hiccup with payment, it was swiftly resolved. I even gave the driver some money for fuel, which he promptly returned before dropping us back in Dehradun. Our journey to Mussorrie was comfortable, and we reached by 10:30 am. We were pleasantly surprised when Adventure Mania, the travel company, accommodated our request for early check-in. However, upon entering the room, it didn't quite match the deluxe room with a balcony that I had booked. The view from the balcony was disappointing, facing a garbage dump, and the washroom was average at best. The food quality at the hotel was excellent, though. Breakfast choices were limited, but the quality made up for it. Now, onto sightseeing. We explored Mall Road and Gun Hill Point on the first day, and on the second, we used the cab to visit Kempty Fall and Company Garden. While the ride quality was good, the driver lacked the enthusiasm we had experienced with MakeMyTrip. When we requested a visit to Landour, known for its famous bake house, the driver suggested renting a two-wheeler instead, citing difficulty for a cab. However, upon renting one, we saw cars coming and going to Landour without any issue. In conclusion, my first trip with MakeMyTrip set a high standard, and perhaps Travel Triangle wasn't able to meet those expectations. There were some hiccups along the way, but overall, it was a decent experience. Also, I want to emphasize that while I've shared my feedback, I don't have any complaints about the cab, driver, or hotel. I'm simply sharing my experience in the hope that it may provide insights for improvement.

Sukham raasa was the hotel given for us in rishikesh, I would not recommend this place as it is very far from main rishikesh area, secondly the place is quite dirty ( rooms were dusty, water leakage under the sink, plates were dirty) MV Acosta was the room in mussoorie which was good, beautiful valley view, clean room and spacious, breakfast was served hot on order and taste was good Driver Bhopal was a nice person, kept the car clean, driving was good

We had a great trip of 9 days at Uttarakhand. We finalized package from Adventure Mania team. Our Stay, food and travelling was great. Hotels and their service and food were good. Driver Rakesh Kumar was great with good driving skills. We had to travel long journey(around 300kms at a time) in mountains but his driving skills didn't made us sick at all. We and our baby enjoyed travelling and his company. Thanks for the great service. Just payment method was not proper. We were asked to pay at every hotel and also to driver, so in this we ended up giving 1100 rs extra (apart from the card charges) from the finalized package amount.

This was the best trip I have ever been on. Starting from Jyoti Mam's amazing knowledge and preparation and making updates as needed to Manish ji's perfect driving and gentle and happy attitude and awesome tips as to where to go and what to do. It was an amazing trip arranged by mountain heavens. Harshita co-operated with us & shared the itinerary as per the customization that we needed. She even called us during the journey to check on us if everything was going well. Above everything, Tarun who was our driver, guide, friend everything during the entire 9 day trip & made our experiences at every destination even better. He guided us correctly, he kept checking on us if we were comfortable or needed anything. And also had fun with us like a friend. Highly recommend Tarun for every trip planned by mountain heavens.

Overall experience is good but driving is very poor

CHD helped us plan our 7 day trip to Uttarakhand (Mussorie, Tehri, Nainital, Jim Corbett, Haridwar). Had a good discussion during planning, quoted price was reasonable so we went ahead. They messaged driver details before the trip. Our driver (Vinit) was very helpful and friendly and was with us for full 7 days. His driving was safe and car was comfortable Only thing for improvement is the plan for each location mentioned all possible locations to visit which was not possible in the given duration. You will need to discuss with driver and decide what are the possible options to visit in given time. We had a great and enjoyable trip overall and would like to thank CHD for their help.

we had a wonderful holiday in leh this is our 2 trip through traveltriangle. Last we had been to andaman. Everything was arranged perfectly how we had asked. Great experience for about 5 days in leh, nubra and pangong. There isn't much interaction with the leh ladakh tour operators but the way they handled our itinerary was excellent. Bhawna and Sushant were very helpful to accommodate us in good hotels as we started our journey in eary April where it was very cool. It was a great trip, only thing is that the driver didn't have much knowledge about all places ex he didn't have much idea about baby taj so we couldn't visit baby taj.

Over all experience was good but first we got a driver car was not appropriate and driver was driving very easily and after I gave a complaint they changed the driver...Everytime we had a great experience with Travel Traingle but this time in the start of the trip itself we were disappointed on Day 1..After that we had a driver who was very much interactive and had a good trip after that. Delhi and Amritsar trip was great but because of the first driver in Delhi airport to Agra we were not that happy

I intentionally made a decision to take tour with Back to Holidays though I knew that I’m paying way more because I’m taking my mother with me. The coordinator Homendra is very good in assisting us but the cab driver who was rude and tried to skip a lot of places. The hotel SunStar in Delhi was pretty decent. There was a hot water problem and when contacted the receptionist, he said we will have to managed for a day with normal water which was very cold in Feb. They did not provide us welcome drink also. The Regal Vista hotel in Agra was good enough. Driver kept trying to make us to take guide in every place to get him a commission. The very last day, for the drop to airport, the driver himself arranged a local taxi which was in pathetic condition and the taxi driver was also rude in communicating with us.

All in a good trip. Driver prompt at airport and hotel good. Nice food and service Seeing a tiger and sloth bear in the wild

Amritsar driver was very good. Second driver at rest of the places was not at all good. His driving skills are good. But he doesn't know places & raids. Many places, we had to skip because of his inefficient knowledge. In both cases, drivers were unaware of our date & day of our arrival. Agra hotel was pathetic. All rusted hard taps on bath. Unrepaired walls, doors . Wifi was not functional in any of the hotels except Ramada.

It was nice experience with the trip. Me and family enjoyed a lot and cab drivers are so friendly and flexible Visited Taj Mahal after being it in our bucket list for long

It was a wonderful trip and excellent support from Mr Chanchal Hadda. Swaroop Vilas Hotel in Udaipur was good. But not really Lakefacing. It overlooks tha connecting portion between Pichola lake and one more lake. This portion is narrow and dirty, Lakefacing is not worth it. Chacha Inn was again a wonderful stay with excellent service and ambience. Thanks

After booking also , Sandeep is very help ful . and cab and cab person arranged by him was very freidnly and polite. Entire stay was awesome. We were unable to visit city palace at Jaipur due to some local festival. It would be great if the travel agency have such information and inform tourists in advance so that we can plan our day itenary accordingly. Rest all is good

The stay the Jaisalmer desert was very bad. The agent hadn’t made the payment at Jaipur and we had to wait for 1 hour during the checkout. Other than that the other stays were good and had good time with family.

Only one hotel is good which is in jaipur. Agra and Delhi hotels not meant to be three star hotel at all

First three hotel stays were not good. The bathrooms were not clean and were stinky. Camel ride was awesome.

Took an amazing journey to Udaipur-Mount Abu. Driver Santosh Kumar, being a complete professional, provided perfect trip experience with complete trip itinerary completion and even more. Not to mention the mouth-watering in-between lunches in near perfect restaurants. Overall a perfect journey thanks to Aapkatripwala. Hoping to travel again with them in the soon-to-be next trip.

It was Ok , no complaints could be better . My fault for not doing a comparison, other agency were covering the tickets for the Sound and Light show in Amber . In fact there were a lot of inclusions that was not covered but were covered in other agencies . So my bad I need to d my homework!

It was a great journey.Hotel stay in Varanasi was good. Good breakfast was provided.Cab drivers reached on time and was helpful. But hotel in Ayodhya was completely new and undergoing construction works . Initially find it difficult to find the hotel but later it was fine. Over all a gokd experience so far.Only suggestion is drivers can be a travelling guide and accompany us on the places we are visiting

Every thing was good except one day stay at Hotel in Ayodhya Faizabad, where we badly suffered for one night due to bad hotel and food. Inside the hotel dogs were roaming and we were very concern about saftey of our children due to which we complain it to the company and the provided an alternative hotel. But due to this all harassment of shuffling our 2 days get spoiled. We asked 2-3 times before booking the package that the Hotels and rooms should be good and suitable for family there must be buffet breakfast but all these promises get broken.

yeah the trip was excellent .the planning part with the help of travel agent was best. The cab driver was also good but did tried to skip few local places tough. travel triangle was very responsive and helpfull. U can surely book through them. there were some glitches overall trip was good.

It was a wonderful experience touring with one of Travel Triangle's associated Tour Operator "Wild Lotus". the services were great. Special thanks to the Tour Manager Rakesh Gilly for being so cooperative. He has been always there for any assistance. The Hotels were as commited just had to compromise a bit with food at some hotels. Hotels provided at Shimla & Dharamshala were the best anyone can get at this price. Hotels at Manali, Dalhousie & Amritsar were also fair enough if compared to the price they charged. Even the car which was provided for local transport was new & in good condition as promised by Rakesh Gilly. The driver was very humble, professional & deciplined. The itenerary was very well planned by Rakesh Gilly & covered almost every tourist spot. In all it was a great experience & from now Wild Lotus will be my preferred tour operator when it comes to touring North India. Thanks again Rakesh Gilly.

Overall trip was good. They followed whatever mentioned in the package. Only thing is we felt that the driver was not properly briefed. For the first day we reached Chandigarh very late hence we had to take dinner on the way other than from the booked hotel. This expense has been agreed and allowed to deduct. Appreciate for that. The hotel at Chandigarh was fine. But hotel at Amritsar was not that much standard one. Plus the dining area was not good place. Food was very good in both places. Car driver is very good. driving was perfect. But there was no space at all in this Innova to keep the luggage. we struggled to accommodate and had to keep in the seats. We all came from different places hence all were having luggage. Overall it is very good.

Total Holiday package deal was done in a transparent manner. Every quarry was resolved/clarify by travel adviser. Vehicle Service provided by Guruji Travels was excellent. Especially Driver Mr. Sandeep Kumar has made our journey safe and enjoyable. His Driving was the safe and excellent command on vehicle driving in Hilley region as well as on the plain road. He was so cooperative and polite with us. He has tried his level best to maintain our schedule.
