I must say that booking with 1.5 Billion Inches (Ansh Mehta) is the best decision I took...we had an absolutely amazing time...The hotel options in all 3 locations... shimla, Kasol and Manali are top notch...Service, hospitality, food... everything is too good in the hotels you guys provided....And our driver Mr.Dilip Thakur...he is absolutely fantastic...very welcoming and showed us all places in and beyond the iternary...He never limited himself in the excuse of time or fixed itenary...he is very patient took us to every place and never forced us to come quick or something...Also he suggested good places for activites, shopping etc....Overall we had a memorable anniversary trip..Loved it....All thanks to Ansh Mehta for organizing an amazing trip

Overall it was a mixed experience. The senior sales executive at Travel Talkies tried her best to work with us during the planning and actual tour. However, she was not thorough and I had to keep correcting her mistakes. The coordinator at the Travel Triangle was helpful at the beginning but then often was non-responsive during critical time. The driver was non-cooperative. He would not make any adjustment to the itinerary without asking for additional money. One thing I recommend to do is going through their itinerary making sure all places you are interested are spelled out, rather than some leaving hanging.

We went to Goa. We had excellent trip with Turn on vacation. Hotel was good. We enjoyed a lot. Our driver aman bhaiya is very funny nice and great service were given by them. Each and every place in goa i have seen nice person he creating jokes. By the way i love this tour very much my personal experience. Thank you so much . *Trip Review* Our recent 4-day trip was a mixed bag, but overall, we'd give it 4 stars. Here's a breakdown: *Travel Agent* Roshni from Advance Easy Trip planned our trip and was extremely helpful and polite throughout. We'd highly recommend her services. *Stay/Hotel* The 3-star hotel was upgraded due to room unavailability, and we were pleasantly surprised with the better view and facilities. Although breakfast and dinner options were limited (2 main course dishes without butter roti), the good deal and location made up for it. *Budget Friendly* The prices offered by Roshni were competitive, and we verified them against market rates. *Hotel* The hotel had an electricity issue, but it wasn't a major concern since we didn't require AC or fans. The food options were limited compared to other hotels in the market (given our experience in the hotel industry). However, the views and peaceful environment were exceptional, and we'd give it 5/5 for those aspects. *Transport/Cab/Driver* Unfortunately, our experience with the driver, Sahjd Ali, was disappointing. He: - Lacked etiquette and was rude - Slept excessively during drives and denied requests - Didn't follow the itinerary and made false claims about attractions and charges - Tried to deceive us with false claims about entry fees for Atal Tunnel (claimed 1500 government charge, demanded 3000 extra) - Drove slowly to charge extra 2000 for night charges - Had a good network in Manali and prioritized meeting friends and relatives over our needs - Didn't pick up calls (14 attempts) *Driver Details* - Name: Sahjd Ali - Contact number ends with: 314168 - Swift cab number ends with: 6799 *Recommendation* While the trip was good overall, we'd advise against using the driver Sahjd Ali. Great Trip - Great Hotel, Great Cab Services, Great Driver Not so Great - Booked Super Deluxe Rooms via agency, however, the hotel staff booked deluxe due to some discrepancies in the booking. Had to change room 3 times in 3 days to adjust for this discrepancy Slightly irritating when volvo bus was for arrival and return journey was booked at the last hour.

Although faced some issues before our travel,with agent, Travel on ease-keval is so responsive throughout the trip Driver could have been better..No problem with him but he could not guide us properly

We went on a 8 day tour including Manali, Dharamshala, Dalhousie and Amritsar in the last week of March. The tour agent from 1 Point 5 Billion Inches, Ms. Ansh Mehta did a fantastic work on crafting it for us and she is very supportive and polite all the time. She was available anytime we had a query. Next, the driver Mr. Azad bhai, no words are enough to praise him. We felt as if he is our brother, he was professional and very skilled driver. Can recommend him to anybody without a second thought. The hotels given were nice, especially manali and dharamshala ones. Amritsar hotel was not good, but the agent spoke to hotel and tried her best to get the better rooms. Overall, it was a great experience. Hotel Lotus Inn, people there and the food was so yummy Sissu was heavenly Great experience at wagha border

I had previously booked a Manali trip for my brother from TT and this this I decided to book my Kashmir trip. The booking was smooth and hassle free. I got multiple quotes but going by the behaviour of the agent (Romana) , I selected Ozzo Kashmir Holidays. The rooms provided was good and all the hotel staffs were exceptionally good. The best part was the driver who was appointed to us. He was like a brother during the whole trip and will always remain so. Back with loads of good memories to cherish.

Travel Triangle connected us to a very nice travel Agent - Breezy Travels Kashmir. It was a smooth process throughout. The stay at New Good Luck Houseboat was the best out of the lot!

Hotel in srinagar ( New classic luxury) was not upto the mark, no hygiene, no maintenance, only two persons are arranging everything. Rest of the hotels are best. Cab & cab driver both are good, knowledgeable person, hermosa trip manager Ms. Farah is really good person, she is handling everything very well.

We had a great trip and all arrangements were perfect. OUr sincere thanks to both Travel Triangle & Lisanullah teams. However, we would like to mention the absence of clarity of the contractual arrangements between Travel Triangle & Lisanullah, which led to considerable concern before the visit. Though these issues were resolved, but care needs to be taken that they do not recurr.

The trip was great but the hotel at Mussoorie which we received on the first day was not good. The hotel was changed the next day and it was satisfactory.The trip went as planned and it was a good trip of Uttarakhand planned by Back 2 Holidays and their representative Shreya Chaturvedi! Improvement could be done with communication on WhatsApp or calls to check how the trip is going. And hotel choices could be improved.

One hotel among the 3 was not booked by the agent but booking voucher was shared. Then the agent asked us to move to another hotel. When we took our stand and shouted at the agent he booked the same hotel at the last moment. Apart from that the experience was amazing.

We recently booked our trip with Navicrow Holidays Pvt. Ltd. through Mr. Yash, and it was a good experience. The entire itinerary was well-planned, ensuring we covered most of the attractions while also having enough time to relax. The accommodations, transportation, and overall arrangements were seamless. We were offered another room to stay in instead of the room we booked at the hotel, even In Rishikesh, we had to stay for 1 night at another hotel instead of the one we had booked. We booked a ladakah trip. The trip was really well organised by Santa Singh. He was vigilant about our belongings and well being. The hotels selected were clean and well maintained and the driver assigned was really good.

My Leh Ladakh trip was so awesome, I was in touch with Amrita who was always helpful throughout our journey, really appreciated her service and always available on call for help with me during the trip, I was traveling with Kids but never felt unsafe. We got private car with expert driver Firoz who drove so smooth and safe always. One day while going to Pangong there was land slide and we missed hotel stay there cozof road closed but Amrita immediately transferred our stay from Pangong hotel to Nubra hotel and we did not had to worry at all, also next day she planned our trip accordingly so we can cover all the missed places in 1 day We had an absolutely fabulous time. Also, our driver Firoz was also so active and given superb service. and I have already told people about you and your service Amrita, next time where never will plan will defiantly plan with Travel Triangle only, trip was very comfortable and reasonable. Promised hotel not provided in Pangong Scenic beauty of Ladakh is simply superb

Trip Date : 09/07/2022 to 17/07/2022 Hotels and Cabs were excellent. Travelling with them around Ladakh was great, it would have been nicer if they would have started early as we were not able to stop for photographs and had to avoid many places due to time limits. As the trip was planned long ahead proper communication with the drivers should have established earlier so that our choice of places to visit could have been more clear and well informed so that they would have planned accordingly. All though not much of suggestions, but since Ladakh is a region were mobile network is very limited or NO Access to service, proper instructions should have been given to the drivers and the hotels pre-booked of our arrival and departures. Hope people reading this understand it and properly plan for the future bookings.

Trip was well planned by the agency. Ansh and team gathered the requirements correctly and proposed & planned a suitable trip.

Trip was well planned and executed, Driver Tashi was polite and always on time. Hotel oriental at leh was very good with tasty food. Hotel Organic boutique at Nubra was also good but two cockroach was in room. This may be because of kitchen in adjacent room. One star reduced for that. Regal camp at pangong was changed in last movement but 100 sky camp was very good and comfortable. Best view from all hotels and camp. Camp was near to pangong lakes 3 idiots shooting points. Trip coordinator Mr Stanzing was always available on phone call.

I first time have booked from 1 point 5 billion inches and the overall experience was great. The whole trip was seamless. Cab was great Folks assisting in our trip were really nice. had 1 problem in the last hotel booking but then they arranged an alternative hotel which was also similar to what we have opted for, just little far from our previous hotel. Will definately recommedn 1 point 5 billion inches for any Ladakh trip.

Had a great Delhi-Agra trip with Travel Triangle and Back to holidays.Our stay at 'Sita International ' was very nice. Location is perfect to avail public transport. Staffs are very helpful. Our driver Ritesh Mishra was very nice and helpful person. Overall service was very good and on time. We will be looking forward many more trips with Travel Triangle.

It was well organised trip on short duration. You set our expectations right and delivered on what you promised. Given the huge number of devotees and restrictions in place a lot of things did not work the way we wanted but such things can't be blamed on agent. The drivers were very helpful and shared right short of information, you have been extremely helpful in making last minute changes as requested. I could not have asked for more. Except for the hotel stay in Delhi, the rest of the hotels were decent. Delhi hotel was not upto the mark. Had cockroaches and food was sub standard and highly priced.

The Hotel (Sita International) which was booked for us in Delhi was not at all Good., simply pathetic. So, it's strictly recommended not to visit or book any room at Sita International in New Delhi (Near to New Delhi Railway Station). The hotel was booked by the travel agency & the name of the Hotel is Sita International. But there is no sign of international standards & quality of that Hotel. They're using that "International" tag only for business that's it. The "deluxe room" they provided to us (Me, my wife & my 5-year-old son) is a remarkably simple ordinary one- or two-star category hotel room. The blanket they provided to us was torn. For reference please I've attached pictures of that blanket. The button under the shower in the bathroom was broken. Now after sharing all the information in reception, the hotel people behaved very casually & asked me to adjust. I informed my travel agent (Back to Holiday) regarding the issue, and my travel agent confirmed that in the evening they'll change my room but after returning from sightseeing the hotel said, "Room change is not possible because all rooms are booked". So, this is the situation I faced during my travel on the very first day (14.10.24). And in the morning The Hotel owner talked with me on the phone & told me that I made a quite simple issue into a big issue. So after paying advance to the travel agency, I faced this kind of situation. Last but not least, in the morning I found RAT in that room. And they're called it's an International Hotel. So strictly & Strictly recommended before booking anything think twice. Yes, after that remaining two Hotels are good (Gurukripa @ Mathura and Royal View @ Jaipur) & as per the standard, especially the last one (Royal View at Jaipur- 3-star category Hotel) .... Now regarding Cab. The Cab driver has a huge setting with all the guides in each & everywhere (Agra, Mathura, Jaipur) .... Directly & indirectly, he forced us to hire a guide so that he could earn a commission. And you'll not deny it because, in the middle of the tour, it's very risky & not at all safe. The driver has a very good local connection & I was traveling with my wife & my 5-year-old son. If I refused to hire a guide, he could have done anything locally because of his local connection & we're very new in that area. When at Jaipur we told that driver we don't require any guide he told me during travel maybe we'll face problems. Now in that situation what do you do? So as per his recommendation, we're forced to hire a guide as per the driver's choice, and we paid him Rs. 800 as decided by the driver (The normal government guide charge is Rs. 400).... So, if you'll travel along with your family (Like wife & son) you've got to accept all the terms & conditions of the driver because he has a strong local connection & you don't have that connection. Not only that, the driver will take you to some local shops where he has a good connection & if you buy something from that shop the driver will get a commission. Even on this trip, our driver took some local shops in Agra where he has a commission-based connection. Otherwise, he was not interested in taking you to some local shops where he'd not get any commission.

The owner of the travel company that we travelled with is a person who doesn't even know how to talk with their customers. Firstly our travel agent was Preeti agarwal and when we called her to raise some complaints she was not even able to accept them and then the owner started talking to us. Who is such a egotistic person with no sense of talking to customers.

Hotel in the Jaipur is good but hotel in the udaipur is below par. Cab & driver is very good and supportive. Candle light dinner

The hotels in general were not at a three star level except for Shani Vilas in Ranthambore. The hotel in Agra did not even have hot water. The initial room provided in Delhi's metro view was very bad and we had to request for a change. The toilet flush was not working, the bathroom door did not have a latch, the door was broken etc. Please ensure that the right level of hotels are provided.

The best thing happened is the drivers in the jodpur, who resolved the messed up plan by the travel agent. Hotel Sia Resorts changed and we have been changed to different resort,which was older property. The daywise plan made by the travel agent was absurd and created lot of confusion.

We have booked a tour to Rajasthan through Trip Sailor.com. The accommodation given was really good,the itinerary was nicely curated. But the driver was not up to the mark, he was driving very rashly. The driver as a person was good, he listened to us whenever we asked for anything but road awareness and road safety is important for a tourist driver. I agree the Arrangements were good but information is not passed on properly and promised for driver being available for any extra local trips but denied post start of trip … giving all reasons about driver working for hours now which should have been discussed and not agreed when requested for the driver to be available for local trips after the promised trips. Too much of attitude and no manners on how to speak or covey things to clients. Please work on your communication

Overall Trip Experience: I had a good experience overall. The travel agent, Abhishek, was always available and responsive whenever I needed assistance. This trip was planned for my parents and grandmother, and I appreciate the effort that went into organizing it. Areas for Improvement: Cab Driver Changes: One of the major issues I encountered was the frequent changing of cab drivers (4-5 times during the 5-day trip). This created confusion, especially for my parents and grandmother, as they had to adjust to new drivers each time. It would be helpful if the same driver could be assigned for the entire duration of the trip or at least for longer periods. Traffic and Local Insights: While traveling from Varanasi to Prayagraj and then to Ayodhya, the cab got stuck in heavy traffic, which was a bit frustrating. Since this was during the Kumbh Snan period, I understand that there were challenges, but it would have been beneficial if the local drivers provided tips on avoiding crowded routes or traffic hotspots. Local advice could have helped avoid delays and made the trip smoother. Positive Highlights: Apart from the challenges with the drivers and traffic, the overall experience was enjoyable. Kudos to Abhishek, the travel agent, who was always there when needed and made sure everything else went smoothly.

It was a wonderful experience touring with one of Travel Triangle's associated Tour Operator "Wild Lotus". the services were great. Special thanks to the Tour Manager Rakesh Gilly for being so cooperative. He has been always there for any assistance. The Hotels were as commited just had to compromise a bit with food at some hotels. Hotels provided at Shimla & Dharamshala were the best anyone can get at this price. Hotels at Manali, Dalhousie & Amritsar were also fair enough if compared to the price they charged. Even the car which was provided for local transport was new & in good condition as promised by Rakesh Gilly. The driver was very humble, professional & deciplined. The itenerary was very well planned by Rakesh Gilly & covered almost every tourist spot. In all it was a great experience & from now Wild Lotus will be my preferred tour operator when it comes to touring North India. Thanks again Rakesh Gilly.

Overall trip was good. They followed whatever mentioned in the package. Only thing is we felt that the driver was not properly briefed. For the first day we reached Chandigarh very late hence we had to take dinner on the way other than from the booked hotel. This expense has been agreed and allowed to deduct. Appreciate for that. The hotel at Chandigarh was fine. But hotel at Amritsar was not that much standard one. Plus the dining area was not good place. Food was very good in both places. Car driver is very good. driving was perfect. But there was no space at all in this Innova to keep the luggage. we struggled to accommodate and had to keep in the seats. We all came from different places hence all were having luggage. Overall it is very good.

Total Holiday package deal was done in a transparent manner. Every quarry was resolved/clarify by travel adviser. Vehicle Service provided by Guruji Travels was excellent. Especially Driver Mr. Sandeep Kumar has made our journey safe and enjoyable. His Driving was the safe and excellent command on vehicle driving in Hilley region as well as on the plain road. He was so cooperative and polite with us. He has tried his level best to maintain our schedule.
