The travel agent should have told us that you need not see those places as you had a stay at heevan . Our day ,time and money all was wasted because of that. We could have left pahalgam in morning itself and could have taken an evening or night flight and saved one day. Overall for the travel agent to stand out he should plan and communicate the iteirnery which is feasible and actually worth watching for the tourist( e.g zero point at sonmarg had nothing to see, outrightly waste of money and time.)

ing till completion of the trip. Shreya ji's words, behavior and management are praised everywhere. Our journey started from Bareilly Railway Station on 08 June 2025 and ended on 13 June 2025 at the same railway station with bittersweet memories. Back to Holidays Company had made arrangements for stay on first and second night in the name of Nainital at Hotel Polomax situated at a place called Bhujiaghat, 24 kms before Nainital (just 8 kms towards Nainital from Kathgodam Railway Station). Hotel Polomax was very good and its breakfast and dinner were very tasty, however, due to the distance of 24 kms from Nainital, the time for night visit was not utilized properly at all. The tour package company had booked Durgesh Resort in Ranikhet for the third and fourth night's stay. Here I would like to harshly criticize Back to Holidays that a group of 15 people ranging from children to elderly had to climb a total of 86 to 100+ hill stairs to reach the room at Durgesh Resort which was quite painful. Back 2 holidays booked very low class and unhygienic room. No other property adjecent to this. durgesh resort is suitable only for youngsters . Food quality was fine here. Manoj Bhaiya was managing all three of our cabs. The drivers of all the three cabs were very good natured. Apart from the tour package, they also took us to see Nainital's local deity Golu Devta at their own expense. My senior citizen father fractured his leg after slipping while visiting the golf course ground in Ranikhet. Manoj Bhaiya and his colleagues helped him a lot in his first aid and in finding a room for him away from Durgesh Resort. We are all very grateful to them for this. Tour covered maximum visiting points as per booking. I would like to give Back to Holidays company a rating of 2.5 stars for this trip but due to unavailability I am forced to give it 3 stars. Except for two issues; one, when I was offered with Heritage Juma camp in Jaisalmer, I had told her I had not liked the property and I want it to be changed but she insisted that it is good and it turned out to be a nightmare. Terrible property,

unhyginic with people screaming like fanatics past midnight. I didn't even get a courtesy call from Back2holidays or Preeti even after giving this feedback. Shows how much they care about the customers after the booking is done. Second, I had paid the booking amount before the GST cut was done and my stay was post the cuts came into effect. I confirmed with the hotels that the GST levied was less owing to cuts but Back2holidays refused to refund the amount. This is outright cheating. Will I go with back2holidays again? No, for the above two reasons.

I faced issues with co-ordination of travel agent, After reaching I have discussed the itinerary with travel agent he changed the plan a bit and evening as per it there was leisure time for shopping but i was not able to go because of barricades kept then i tried to reac them but he didn't receive

call. He would have informed me other options of transportation which was available. They have not informed properly to hotel management about my check in time so I contacted travel triangle also they told not to pay extra at hotel but hotel didn't allowed me to check in at that time. Next day we faced issue at CNG pump we were waited there about 3 hr 30 min just to fill CNG that time also I called travel agent but he told we can't run vehicle on petrol u have to wait there. Because of that I was not able to cover single spot of jodhpur on that day we reached jodhpur around 5.pm. In whole trip I missed 4 spots which was in itinerary. They would have communicated properly at right time I would have covered all the spot. This was purely mismanagement. Hotels were really good. I missed the chance of roaming on the streets of Jaipur when it was decorated even though I was in Jaipur itself.

For the first day we reached Chandigarh very late hence we had to take dinner on the way other than from the booked hotel. This expense has been agreed and allowed

Car driver is very good. driving was perfect. But there was no space at all in this Innova to keep the luggage. we struggled to accommodate and had to keep in the seats. We all came from different places hence all were having luggage. Overall it is very good.
