We had a disappointing experience during our trip to Kashmir in the first week of April. Though the agent helped us create an itinerary, they couldn't justify the price. However, the driver was well-mannered. We stayed for one night in Pahalgam, two nights in a hotel in Srinagar, and one night in a houseboat in Srinagar. The hotel stays were good, except for the houseboat. The food at the hotel was good, but at the houseboat, it was not up to the mark and was not sufficient. Moreover, the cost of the hotel and houseboat stay was very high. If you're planning to visit Kashmir, it's advisable to research activities and prices in advance. Locals may try to overcharge, so it's best to be aware of prices beforehand. You can skip Pahalgam if you're planning to visit Gulmarg and book a gondola ride in advance online. There isn't much to see in Pahalgam, so it's better to stay in Srinagar and explore local places and try their authentic cuisine. Wherever you go from Srinagar, you'll find snow. Therefore, choose your places wisely, as you'll see the same thing everywhere. It's essential to be careful since hotels are expensive, and locals may try to indulge you in different activities at high prices which aren't worth it. Although Breezy Travels helped us plan the trip better, I find Kashmir overrated compared to Himachal and Uttarakhand.

Upon booking we immediately asked whether we should try ourselves for getting Gondola tickets. We were told no need and the agency would take care. Near to our travel date, and after the bookings are closed we are informed to try on our own leading to no Gondola tickets. Poor advise in terms of what we can achieve or not on a trip. We had to use our own judgment and with the help of driver amend the plans as required. The agency vouchers were issued that were different to that issued by Travel Triangle. When questioned why there is no mention of Doodhpatri, it was just plugged in for the last day when we were to return from Pahalgam to Srinagar. The driver advised it would not be possible to do justice as we have to do Shikara ride also and left off Shalimar Garden. We amended and went to Doodhpathri on the day we cancelled Gulmarg plans due to no Gondola tickets. . Overall we feel shortchanged as we could not go to Gulmarg while we paid for that part of the trip. The driver saved us from lack of proper planning and advice from the agency.

1) Agent was polite and continuosly followed up for the same which I liked. 2) One hotel booked was good while the second one (Star of Kashmir) was totally a a disaster. Food was pathetic in the later one. 3) Driver was very good and interactive. He kept us telling about the prime locations. He has a very good driving experience. We enjoyed the journey with him. One issue we find was that wherever we were stopped by the driver at the locations for further rides, like Pony or union cabs, those prices were way too higher as compared to the normal ones even after bargaining when we discussed with the other visitors. That is a place of disappointment as we spent more than Rs. 25k in such things which I guess is way beyond the limit. So, as a tourist I expect to be dropped at a point where nominal rated are given since tourists don't have any idea about the prices. They are trapped most of the times. Kashmir itself tops my bucket list of travelling since my childhood. I always had a curiosity of visiting the valley and interacting with the locals. So, that dream of mine came true. As per my expectation, it was beautiful. People were warm. They were good at serving the tourists. I found the Sonmarg 'The Best'. Its picturesque landscapes with the snowcapped trees made be spellbound. I couldn't find the Baisaran valley as per the expectation. I guess it wasn't the right time to visit there. But the lower meadows and valley of the Pahalgam was just beyond the words. It was so so beautiful I can't even spell. I wish to visit Kashmir again very soon.

House boat I found average in service, ( no welcome drink, no bisleri water in room. Food good, staff friendly . Hotel in Pahalgam, V Good, food excellent, staff friendly, Unforgettable trip, with good service.

Overall good experience . However hotel in Pahalgam was out of town. Could have been better if it was near main town. Doodpatri, Sonmarg & Gulmarg.

This is our second trip with travel triangle however it is very strange that no one bothered to check if everything was in order during our trip .Now what is the use of sharing details when the issues needs to be addressed while on trip .during this trip we had issues with hotels in pahalgam,there was no bookings in the hotel that was given to us .we had to shift to a hotel whose room was just a pigeon hole .It was not even appropriate for a single occupancy where as we were asked to accommodate as a triple occupancy.Then the house boat ( Ababeel) again did not have our details not booking .again we had to relocate to another houseboat.Although staff were very nice and helpful but I don't think it gives a pleasant experience when you are in vacation.We had same issue with you when we visited Andaman.You should atleast call and check on your customer if everything is fine after all ,you are charging for services .

We had a worst experience with amazing India routes. We were told that hotels are 4 star but was given 1 star or 2 star. Hotel in gulmarg dining area stinks. Hotel in pahalgam was even worst(Woods resort) it is a old building with no safety at all. See the view from hotel as attached here. Hotel in Srinagar was better but I had book my hotel seperately as I didn't want to stay there. Travel company has no idea about requirements. They totally messed it up on my anniversary.
