Recently we went to Thailand (Pattaya (Coral Island), Phuket (Phi Phi Island & James Bond Island) & Bangkok (City Temple & Safari World)). Whoa, not sure where to start. My trip to Vietnam, which was arranged by ASIA AUTHENTIC TRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED, was beyond fantastic. They went above and beyond from the beginning to the end to make sure that every part of the trip was meticulously planned and carried out. Above everything else, the tour operator's guides were excellent. Every conversation they had was infused with their expertise and love for their nation. They gave us great historical and cultural insights, but they also gave us the impression that we were traveling through Vietnam with a close friend. Their personable and amiable demeanor added to the overall pleasure of the encounter. We would especially like to thank our 50-year-old guide at Hoi an, who was like a ball of energy. She understood all of our demands and even allowed us to spend an additional two hours in Hoi An. however, The guide in Ninh binh was in a hurry to finish the tour given that we had a lot to see and it was mesmerising place. The people in Vietnam are soo helpful, Humble and warm. The places we went to were really astounding. Every location, from the busy streets of Hanoi to the tranquil serenity of Ha Long Bay, had something special to offer. The travel agency designed a schedule that let us experience every aspect of Vietnamese culture, from tasting delectable street food to touring historic sites. Every day was an exciting journey full of remarkable experiences and stunning vistas. Not to be forgotten, Rossie, you were incredibly helpful with the entire reservation process, especially with securing the last-minute accommodation for us in Hanoi. In addition, Shubham and Eric kept in touch with me the entire trip, even though it was Chinese New Year and you two were on leave. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this travel agency. Initially hesitant due to my lack of prior experience with the agency, I ultimately decided to proceed based on intuition, a decision that proved to be judicious. Navigatio provided exceptional guidance in crafting my itinerary, offering tailored recommendations that took into account the needs of my 3-year-old child. Their suggestions surpassed my expectations, surpassing alternatives I had considered based on internet research. I am particularly grateful to Parul for her invaluable assistance in optimizing my travel plans. A standout moment during my trip occurred upon arriving in Phuket from Krabi, where we encountered a significant challenge with our chosen hotel, included in our itinerary at our insistence. We were denied check-in due to purported payment issues with the travel agency. Promptly contacting Mr. Tarun, he swiftly intervened and resolved the situation, albeit at the cost of our evening plans. Mr. Tarun's proactive involvement and subsequent meticulous follow-up exemplify the exemplary service ethos of Navigatio Asia Holidays. Despite initial frustrations and misgivings, Mr. Tarun's comprehensive explanation and continuous support throughout the remainder of our trip alleviated any further concerns. Furthermore, Mr. Tarun provided compelling evidence demonstrating the hotel's unjustified actions, attributing them to opportunistic behavior during peak season. In a gesture of goodwill, Mr. Tarun extended our half-day tour to a full day, compensating for the inconvenience caused by the hotel incident. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Navigatio Asia Holidays for their meticulous trip planning and dedicated problem-solving approach, delivered with personalized care and attention. Without hesitation, I will choose Navigatio for my future travel endeavors.
