Trip to HimachalHotel in Manali (Lotus Inn River View) is awesum but hotel in Shimla is not at all good. Overall services are good by Walk Holiday. Driver is unprofessional he didn't know the places where he have to make us visit. Memories are good but we don't get to visit much more places as it is mentioned in the broucher.
Trip to HimachalThank you travel magazine for a wonderful experience at MANALI. The view from Super Delux room. Excellent cake and honeymoon decoration. Best setup of candle light dinner Excellent local driver. Good information about the place. Very nice treatment at hotel.
Trip to HimachalOverall trip management was good by the travel agent.i want to specially thanks to Miss Anurandha for this memorable trip. One thing I want to add that agent should ask the traveller for the Volvo Bus they are providing because the private Volvo experience is very bad and traveller please must choose only Govt. Roadways Volvo.
Trip to HimachalThe trip was excellent and everything worked with precision. Vikas was very helpful and always available in call for any help
Trip to HimachalIt was good and memorable trip. It was planned in such a way that we didn't have to worry about anything.
Trip to HimachalThe condition of Tempo traveller was not good. There was a miscommunication by driver
Trip to HimachalVolvo stand/dropping point there is not any seating arrangement. also when return journey is started Volvo bus comfort level is low/poor as per package and money pay for package. travel agents approach is always compromising and adjustment direction. also cab agent provide different cab/drivers daily.. it's too much confusing.
Trip to HimachalOverall I had a great trip. Trip advisor vivek was very prompt with replies and helps I needed. The only problem I had was with the hotel. Even though the hotel had good views and really nice family suite. 1. The staff was really casual. 2. We had to ask 3 4 times to get our towels/ bed sheets changed. And I was there for 4 days and this happened daily. 3. Food was bad. There are no good restaurants nearby so you have to rely on hotel food and it lacks taste and is over oily. 4. We did not opt for the dinner buffet, and so when we tried ordering in room. They only provided the options they had in buffet and menu was just for show. 5. After the first night they didn't even bother to cover the food with a foil or plate while delivering it to the room. Really casual staff.
Trip to HimachalTrip was very good. Hope for better Hotel experience next time. Travel Agent & Cab Driver was very good & helpful. Rohtang Pass (not in my package) & Solang Valley.
