Trip to HimachalMy agent who had planned the trip had left the company and also did nt properly guide me . I was new to the place. My hotels were in aloof area especially aplin hillden. I was travelling with my 2 kids aged 4 faced a great difficulty. The one in Manali was gud hotel. I had to skip breakfast even though included in my itinerary as we had to start early for sightseeing which was again nt communciated and informed to me . I had always had smooth communication with nisha, tarun and anjana. These ppl made my lyfe easier . These ppl always helped me whenever i had querries and difficulties. Special thanks to these ppl

Trip to HimachalIt was a beautiful experience. Travel triangle is best at service. Big thanks to Anjana who made sure we get the best. She was in touch throughout. Hotels were comfy and cosy especially the one in manali holiday heaven. The worst part of the trip is travelling from delhi to shimla and manali. Be ready to throw up.. Rest assured one will have the best time.
Trip to HimachalThere were quite a few glitches to be sorted out, specifically the driver who slept on the way and was also playing solitaire game while driving,so dangerius, hotel and food in shimla below average manali better though Overall a memorable one
Trip to HimachalThis trip through drift 9 travel zone went well and our family enjoyed this trip very well. Praveen, Reema took care of all our travel and stay in this trip.. Thanks for this memories..
Trip to HimachalAs the trip was extremely good. the hotel staff was also good. The view in shimla and manali was extremely superb.
Trip to HimachalWe just finished a 5 day trip to Shimla & Manali and here is my review. What went well - 1. Liked the way Himachal Hills travels & Rohil behaved through out the tour. They were approachable, humble and good listeners 2. Hotels booked were also good in their services, the staff in both the hotels were excellent in customer management (Apline Hilden in Shimla & Woodbine in Manali) 3. Driver provided was good to us and managed to meet our expectations What can be improved - 1. Communication - Though I see trip to Rhotang pass in the exclusion in the quote but it still reflects in the itinerary which contradicts each other. I had to pay Rs.6200/- extra just for the Madi permit (Rhotang was closed, so we had to go to Madi) and their separate car which was never communicated before nor I ever anticipated 2. Itinerary - The itinerary could have been better managed for Manali. We need to understand why a customer visits Manali during summer? Obviously to see the snow and have some fun but this itself was not included in the list. As a travel agent we could strike a deal with 2 or 3 such vendors who can provide Permit, snow suits etc at a reasonable cost to your customers that's where you can do a better job then any other travel agency or you can deal with these permissions on your own ahead of time for the customers and that would be a "wow factor" and a customer delight 3. The Car AC - While we didn't realize this during our onward journey from Delhi to Shimla and then Shimla to Manali, the return journey was pathetic and tiring since the AC wasn't working. Post we crossed Manali though the AC was ON, it was not cooling at all and driver said he has to service the AC as it is not serviced for quite some time. My wife and kid had to suffer a lot because of this (vomits & weakness) Overall - The trip was nicely arranged and we would cherish these memories lifetime. Thanks to Rohil who have been on top of things to get the best of our journey. I think you need to have a team who can coordinate all these for you instead of you getting into every small things, you just need to oversee things and fix issues in pockets for customers Best Regards, Sandeep
Trip to HimachalIt was a perfect trip for my parents it was awesome enjoyment for their silver jublie. Everything was fine and good hope will get in touch for further trip.
Trip to HimachalWe did our trip to Manali-Kullu. We got the best quote from Ms Deepa, Thanks you very much Deepa. It was an awesome experience for my parents. The trip was very well managed by Mr. Neeraj, who was very helpful and supportive during our journey. Also thank you for Mr. Bhanu, who provided the best drivers: Mr Ravindra and Mr. Raj for our sight-seeing tours @ Kullu-Manali and Snow point respectively. Hotels were good and arrangements were proper. Enjoyed each moment of trip. Solang valley and Madi, Snow point I enjoyed the most. Thanks to North India tours for making my holidays memorable.
