Read on to find out why our customers love us!

Snowfall in Manali in December, especially around Christmas and New Year's Eve, is common. It is rare to see snowfall in Manali in November or October.

Manali has quite a few markets that have very specific items that you can buy. At Manu Market near Mall Road, woollens are available for sale and are quite nice and quaint. There is also the Old Market that has a lot of souvenir items for sale. The Tibetan Market is a place for Tibetan handicrafts and jewellery. You could also pick up a jar of apple pickle, as it is local and delicious.

The local language spoken in Manali is a dialect of the Pahari language called Mandiali. However, Hindi works everywhere in Manali as well and most of the locals do understand and speak English as well.

The best time to visit Manali is between October-February, during the winter season, when the whole town is covered in snowfall. This is also the ideal time for honeymooners. Summer is also ideal for trekkers as some of the higher trek points become inaccessible in winter.

There are quite a few options to go trekking in Manali. The most mainstream yet one of the best treks is the trek to Hampta Pass. This trek is ideal to see thick pine woods and serene valleys.Tourists of all ages can go on the trek to the origin of the river Beas, also known as Beas Kund

If you want to travel by air, the nearest airport is the Kullu-Manali airport at Bhuntar. You can get a taxi from there to take you to Manali. However, due to the climate, it's not the most reliable route to Manali. There are several buses from New Delhi and Chandigarh. There is also an option to drive there which goes through a very scenic route.
