About Karol Tibba in Solan

Karol Tibba trek is a short, easy, 11-kilometer trek that commences from Chambaghat and continues till the temple of Goddess Kali sitting at the top of the peak. The trail of this trek showcases a perfect amalgamation of varied terrains. The trail starts with a man-made brick surface, followed by beautiful grasslands, and ends with paths in the middle of a forest. The track passes through the oldest and the longest cave in the Himalayas, Pandava Cave. It is believed that the cave was built by the Hindu mythological characters, the Pandavas to reside during their exile. Trekkers are allowed to enter just 200 meters into the 28-kilometer cave. The dark, damp, and narrow cave is in itself enough to satiate the adrenaline rush of the visitors. The Karol Tibba trek is for anyone and everyone with the difficulty level being easy to moderate.

Being the highest peak, Karol Tibba Solan allows travelers to witness some of the most beautiful panoramic views of Solan city, Shimla city, and Churdhar peak. With the floors covered with pine grove trees, this mighty mountain acts as a perfect respite for the city dwellers and tourists alike from the busy, monotonous life. I opted EasyGo Vacation for HP trip of 12 Days, And I was right in choosing Aman joshi from easygo vacation. He has been very helpful right from the first day i interacted with him. He was willing to change the itinerary and make adjustments just the way I liked it to be. The selection of places and the hotels with good view under a budget is what Aman good at. He is also good at explaining his thoughts. Our trip included Cab and transfers along with Hotels. And Driver - Goutam Sarkar was really nice person. He used to suggest time to leave the hotel each day before went to hotel at night and be ready 10 mins before we come down. he used to call us 30 mins before to make sure we get ready too. Hotel staff in all the locations were more than willing to help and accommodate our request. A pleasant family experience.! The rating can nothing be short of Extremely likely, because of Aman and Goutam. They were really nice persons to have interacted with. But there is small scope of improvement which I have brought to notice of Aman and hope he improves upon them for future tourists!

Yes, Karol Tibba is a short and easy trek without any dangerous features added to it. Although, it is advised to complete your trek before nightfall as the forest is the natural habitat of animals and one can encounter the wildlife after the sun sets.
