Krishna's 6 days trip to Himachal

This was our was first trip-planning with Travel Triangle, and we got to connect with Ms Urmila - our travel agent from The Ideal Tours. She is very sincere in her approach and designed the itinerary nicely. Travel Triangle was also very much cooperative and kept their commitment. Our full trip was awesome, we ( myself, my husband and our son) enjoyed a lot, We visited Amritsar, Dharamshala and Dalhousie. Visited the much awaited Golden temple and Wagha Border parade. Enjoyed the mesmerizing scenic beauty of nature , including the life-time experience of paragliding. The hotel room in Amritsar was congested and lacked in proper ventilation, though the staffs were very amicable. They served 3 bottles of free mineral water to us while we checked out, The hotels in Dharamshala and Dalhousie were very nice , with picturesque beauty and amicable stuffs. All thanks to our trip guide Sunakshi Sharma from Travel Triangle and our travel agent Ms Urmila. Our Driver Mr. Kanhaiya was cooperative and guided us throughout the trip. Our car was having some problem with the AC. When this problem was reported to Ms Urmila, she took this matter seriously and replaced the car at Dharamshala, which is much appreciated. They were always in touch with us during the trip. Kudos to the team. We would definitely recommend Travel Triangle - The Ideal Tours to our friends and relatives. Thank you. - Krishna Ghoshal

Diksha was our travel agent from travel triangle who planned the iternairy, she was quite flexible to accept our change requests based on my needs. We were given multiple hotel options to pick and choose, she also followed up the entire tour to check if we are doing fine and enjoying the trip. We enjoyed the trip, the hotels were good with good scenic view as demanded. Food was also very good at the hotels. Only issue is tourist places are far off and you spend more time in travelling . I would suggest to book for 6 night and 7 days incase you are planning for Amritsar, Dalhousie and Dharamshala

We planned 4day trip to Dharamshala & Dalhousie. The travel itinerary arranged by Travel on Ease was too good and hassle free. We stayed at Buddha House in Dharamshala and at Jade Mountain in Dalhousie. Both stays were awesome with quality food. Staff was humble and cooperative at both the hotels. I am happy to rate 5 star for complete trip coordination to the travel agency. Booking details and vouchers were shared on time before travel. Cab reported on time each day. The driver was well versed with the places and cooperative. Overall we had a great experience and will choose Travel on Ease for future trips.

1) Hotel Stay at Dalhousie ( Hotel The Jade Mountain) was excellent. Room cleanliness, Staff Behavior, Food Quality were excellent. Only thing lacking was the absence of balcony in the provided room. 2) Regarding Hotel Stay at Dharamshala ( Sky Bhagsu): Room was good and clean but the bathroom was very smelly, I told the same to housekeeping but that was not improved. 3) Hotel at Shimla Aranya vilas was excellent specially Balcony and hill view. Early breakfast (30-60 mins) may be arranged due to onward journey at the time of checking out.

Pardeep's 7 days trip to Himachal

The trip was good as there was pre planned bookings. But if we review the quality of rooms the First (Mountain Valley View at Shimla) and last hotel (Moonglade at Dalhousie) was great. But the Hotels at Manali i.e. The Spruce Mention and at Dharamshala i.e. Sky Bhagshu was very normal class. Please not that the Staff at "The Spruce Mention" will try to become very nice at the time of check in but while checking out the room they try to mug the people with families by charging for various things even like bed sheet cleaning as well. And for Hotel at Dharamshala the hotel Sky Bhagshu is located in a vary crowded area and the rooms are as small as store in normal houses. We got a normal room after we argued about the room quality, otherwise they have provided a room that will end within 3-4 steps. Please update the hotel quality at the sites as we can't say that these two hotels can provide services like 3 star hotels. And about the Cab driver, we felt that he have some arrangements with various activity guys at various locations. We have booked various activities at a difference of 2-3k at various places from the guy he initially introduced us to book the activities. But the experience with Mr. Rishu Ji was nice he was supporting at every instances whereas Mr. Nikhil Rathore, who initially booked our tour package wasn't even picking up the calls. Not he ever called back. Please allow only those people to contact the customers who will support them during their trip not only just to sale their packages.

Me and my wife visited Himachal for a one week vacation arranged by Travel Talkies. Manisha Thakur helped us with our bookings and itinerary. She was prompt, available and patient with us. Deeply appreciate the service provided. The hotels were great. Quartz hotel in Dharamshala in particular was amazing. Hotel Jade Mountain in Dalhousie had an elaborate dinner spread. Our driver Monu Dogra was always punctual and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Thanks to Manisha and her team at Travel Talkies. Will surely recommend their services to family and friends.

Hotels in Dharamshala and Manali were good. Hotel in Shimla was not very good, room was in fourth floor with no lift or dressing mirror. There was no water in first day for 1.5 hours. Hotel in Amritsar was in a very cramped gully. Driver was so much money minded and was very moody when we asked around for a new short trip also. Hotel in Dharamshala had a very good view. Gramphu vist suggested by driver was good.
