About Bhagsunag Temple in Dharamshala
Dedicated to Lord Shiva, Bhagsunag temple is located in the holy village of Bhagsunag in the Kangra Valley of Himachal Pradesh and is a very popular tourist attraction in Dharamshala. This temple is situated around 2 km from McLeodganj Main Square and was constructed in the 18th Century. Because of its unique style of architecture, one can notice plenty of inscriptions on the walls and pillars of the temple. People are attracted here mainly due to the presence of a pool inside this temple in which they take a dip and relax. Among the popular tourist attractions in Dharamshala, one will surely give a visit to the nearby Bhagsunag Waterfalls. A long walk in the village leads to this mesmerizing and only waterfall in Dharamshala. There is a cafe named Shiva Cafe nearby.
