We had a very pocket-friendly trip at Coorg and Ooty, thanks to Travel Triangle for arranging such a wonderful trip. The timings were perfect coinciding with the nature's intricate way of displaying it's beauty throughout our trip. We started our trip from B'lore to Coorg and reached our destination at night due to traffic along the way but the Jungle Hill Resort was mesmerizing and quite well kept with a 4-bedded deluxe room. We visited the spectacular Golden Temple or one of the largest Tibetan Monastery which is also known as Namdroling Monastery. It encompasses the large school for the young monks and bave beautiful small cafes and eateries and souvenir shops for the tourist to check out. We found it had a beautiful view of the jungle and mountain view in the morning. The food was on the expensive side but we had breakfast buffet included in our package. Abbey Falls and the views of the meadows of Mandal petti were breathtaking. At Puspagiri National Park, it didn't feel like we were in India that showcased the best views of Nilgiri Hills adorned with the Nilkurungi plants. Rest of the places to visit were good but their slight overpriced such as Coffee Plantation tour, Dubbare Elephant Camp. Our hotels rooms at Ooty were disappointing. Rooms received from Kemp's Cave at their neighbouring building called The Baron's who gave us rooms with dirty linens, broken window lock, malfunctioning bathroom door and intercom. It was difficult to communicate with hotel staff although the reception staff were fast in sending help. Only the linens were changed and bathroom door was fixed. Rest were not fixed during our two days stay. The sightseeing was very good especially what made our day was the toy train ride from Ooty to Coonoor. The whole place was standstill due to traffic during public holiday so we had to resort to walking down the hill to reach the Ugadamandalam Railyway Station in Ooty. Pykara Falls and Lake, Wenlock Downs are picturesque places to remember in this trip. We opted out to visit Tea Factory and Doddabetta Peak due to heavy traffic. Mr. Rahul Kumar from All India Holiday has helped us before and throughout our trip to customise it and with payments at every juncture to make it a hassle-free ordeal. He have been very hospitable, content and patient in managing our trip . Travel Triangle and team has yet again made it possible for us to collect the best memories from hills of Ooty and Coorg. The best part of this trip was the journey through Bandipur Tiger Reserve and Madumalai Tiger Reserve when heading towards Ooty from Coorg via Bangalore-Mysore-Ooty Highway. We were surprised to spots innumerous deers, peacock, peahens, monkeys, wild Elephants and Giant Indian Squirrels. The reserves are well maintained with strict rules that are followed while traveling through them. We were lucky to get the glimpse of this reserve twice and both the times we have got to spot the animals.

Niravhemani's 7 days trip to Kerala

Mr. Robin had planned 5N/6D Wayanad, Kerala trip with hotels and cab service from Calicut. Overall, All the arrangements were good, cab driver was decent. Areas of Improvement: Our cab driver Mr. Vinu informed us that Many sightseeing and Safari locations mentioned in the travel itinerary planned by Mr. Robin like Soochipara Waterfalls, Wayanad Muthanga Wildlife Safari, Kuruvadweep Island, Thusharagiri waterfalls were closed due to Forest Department issue. He suggested that we cannot go to these places as they are closed for many days. Ideally, we would expect the travel booking manager to inform us about such temporary closure of sight seeing areas before we reach Wayanad, so that we could have planned and booked tickets for other Wildlife Safari's and sight seeing like Bandipur National Park, Mudumalai Tiger Reserve, Sulthan Bathery. We only realized that once we reached there. We even tried to book online Safari tickets to Bandipur when we reached there, but the tickets need to be booked atleast 3-4 days in advance. The price of the overall trip (Resort stay + Cab) could have been more competitive given a lot of tourists had skipped coming to Wayanad in May 2024 due to heat wave (hot weather conditions during day time). Most people were local Keralites. Overall, it was a decent experience with hotel stay, food and travel arrangements. Mr. Robin is prompt in answering queries through call / message making an interactive booking experience.

Thank you for Travel Triangle to make it easy to travel. The agent did not provide proper information for us on travelling sites and booking opening hours. As we went to see the places and experience we didn't want to spend time in cab and hotels our main motive was to visit places and experience which we had hiccups in Mysore. We couldn't see couple of attractions because of the agent. Experience at gopal betta temple near Bandipur was amazing. Bandipur itself was very good.. and weather at ooty was breathtaking.

Very satisfied with the prompt and reassuring nature of travel agents. The hotels selected were nice. Special mention for my travel agent Jigyasa who stayed connected ever since I booked the trip. Special thanks to our cabbie/ tour guide Arun, a very warm, hospitable young man who ensured we covered all the points at Coorg and Ooty on time. We also managed a safari at Bandipur by being on time. Overall experience: excellent.. highly recommended. Ride from Coorg to Ooty via Bandipur and Mudumalai Tiger reserves. The only problem we faced was a proper plan should have been arranged from the travel agent side and not left on us to decide which places should be seen when. Due to this lacking of coordination between driver and Syed we were not able to see Bandipur National Park or Mudumalai National park, we were in the impressions that we would get a chance to see any one of the place, overall good experience, good hotel @ Mysore, and Ooty was average and good resort at Coorg. Driver Inayat was not that decent, sometimes he even drove rash, we clearly told him that we had a kid with us but he didnt listen to that and drove as per his convenience. He was not cleaning the cab on daily basis, we had to remind him for that.

Pbaldock's 6 days trip to Nepal

So one review, two experiences. SNOWYODA. 10/10 Excellent Snowyoda and Sumit in particular were just fantastic; the holiday was excellent with personal service in perfect English (turns out Sumit has a Masters from Bath Uni) well beyond expectations! They organised a superb two week tour in mid May 2020 and even after we were stranded with the Covid19 lockdown in Nepal, Sumit continued to give support, help, local advice and assistance... Invaluable in such a bad situation. Organising and planning the 14 day tour was so easy, and once there we continued to adapt and tailor the tour to suit our needs. We started in Kathmandu, then flew to Pokhara before taking the car to Bandipur and Chitwan... all fantastic but gliding down the river in a canoe at Chitwan with a cacophony of birdsong was just magical. We finished in Nagarkot with each day starting with sunrise over the Himalayas and Everest; all without leaving you bed. Great hotels, drivers, itineraries in an amazing country and a very safe pair of hands tour operator- Snowyoda. Totally recommended. Thank you Sumit and Sabu. TRAVEL TRIANGLE ... 3/10 very poor. Once we had agreed to book with Snowyoda TT were a nightmare. They sent a link to payment, but it didn’t work, wouldn’t take enough to pay for the tour, etc. So agreed to pay by Bank Transfer... sent the money (£ thousand ++) and 10 days later they hadn’t received it.... very stressful . Had to get my bank to request the money back and it turns out the TT bank account number they gave me didn’t exist, the transfer had been rejected, they did not know. I got the money back, but again they could not send a link to pay that worked....total shambles. In the end I paid Snowyoda direct and it was all as sweet as apple pie after that once TT were not involved.
