Rama's 5 days trip to Himachal

Hotels provided were very good. Courteous staff and the meal quality was very good. Rohtang pass with extra money was a good experience. The activities at Rohtang seems to be on the higher side. Shimla-Khufri activities were a total waste of money. We were clueless about the activities in advance. Overall an OK experiene but not a great one. I am told by Cab driver that AC will have to switched off when the temparature outside was around 40degrees as we have reached the Ghat section. Normally all vehicles these days are equipped with AC and it should be by default. I would not like to go for a Cab who does not provide AC. It is the customer's wish to switch it on or not. Booking agency should provide detailed information on the activities available and how to avail them and its associated costs. Somethings are know only after enquiring and on the day of travel or the day before which leaves us very little time to think and plan. Travel Triange should curate the packages based on origin of the customer and if it is his first time then additional information on the trip should be provided.

Travel agent provided us reliable, decent and patient kannada speaking driver as requested. The places were well covered. But, I had opened my conversation to suggest places. She could have told me about longest drive over two ghat section from Ooty to Kodaikanal, which seems to be tiresome Also, no attempts were made to cancel the stay at Kodaikanal. We have to forgo stay at kodai. Overall, trip was good. Enjoyable and made treasurable moments

Imran's 5 days trip to Kerala

House boat in aleppey was a big disappointment, what we see in pictures and what we recieved is totally different. There were six families in sharing boat and the only 3 staff who don't understand English or Hindi. The food provided was bad and by the time we went for taking food some items were over . The driver: his duty of dropping at the required place was done promptly. We had a kid of 5 who was having vomiting sensation due to the ghat road, irrespective of noticing this he didn't halt anywhere. His primary duty was to drive non stop n drop us. Aranyaka Resort was good.

It was nice Kerala trip, only concern was the driving was too fast for Ghat area. Also the driver was adamant about booking boats for their settled vendor or to cancel the plan, the same happened with the buying of spices.

Ganesh's 9 days trip to Nepal

We went on a trip to beautiful county Nepal with Tripathi Travels for 9 days and it was an amazing experience altogether. PRAVEEN helped us a lot, right planning, customizing the itinerary and then booking. He Even saved a lot of money (about 30K) to us, by suggesting to fly to Gorakhpur rather than to Katmandu, as this offered us the most efficient route plan. He was very humble, helpful and transparent. He even managed our Muktinath trip very well and has very good connections with good people wherever he is operating. Our flight got cancelled due to weather from Jomsom to Pokhara and in-spite of having very limited options, his people there immediately arranged a backup plan, so that we do not lose much time during the trip. Overall, I would highly recommend him and definitely would wish to plan a trip with him in near future. Next is our highlight, our tour-guide cum Driver Balaram was exceptional. He knew a lot of languages Hindi, English, Nepali and Tamil and was a gem of a person. Very calm, respectful and Joyful person. His driving on the hill and ghat roads was very safe and steady. He cared a lot for tourist comfort and had an intent to cover as much places as possible, even if he had to drive extra for that. We did not even switch on the music for 5 days as me and my wife enjoyed a lot of his talks and joyful attitude. Highly recommended and tour guide and the best tour guide we had amongst all the trip we have done until now. We felt a big void and missed him a lot during our last 4 days, as he had to move back to his hometown due to some personal commitments. Finally, All the best to Balaram and Praveen for making the trip very comfortable and memorable and I will surely be in touch with them.

Sravan's 5 days trip to Sri Lanka

Hi, We have booked our package for Srilanka through trips.lk. Driver/guide Mr.Sisira Kumar is very friendly, informative and jovial. Driving skills are very good. Even at the ghat roads of NuweraEllia, he drove with utmost care and experience. We highly recommend him for the trip to Srilanka with trips.lk Our trip coordinator Mr.Damitha has also done a good job in planning the trip as per our customizations. Suggestion: Pls do a weather forecast for the customers stay at the time of trip planning so that they don't miss any important places due to bad weather. For example we missed dolphin and whale watching which is very important place to visit due to cyclone.
