I recently availed a travel package from 7C Destination - Ranjith helped us book the package, and while most of the experience was positive, there were a few drawbacks that I would like to highlight. Positives: Cab Driver: Sudhish, our cab driver, was exceptional. He was not only professional but also incredibly helpful and down-to-earth, making our journey smooth and enjoyable. Hotels: The hotels included in the package were excellent, providing great comfort and hospitality. Negatives: Houseboat Experience: Unfortunately, the houseboat experience was a major letdown. Not a single sightseeing activity was covered during the houseboat trip. The houseboat remained docked in a village where the crew seemed to be engaged in other work. Before the trip, we were promised a village tour, an optional powerboat ride, and then a return for a night stay. However, the crew moved at a very slow pace, and we ended up spending the night in the same village without fulfilling the promised activities. To make matters worse, we were dropped off early the next morning without any sightseeing. I hope 7C Destination takes these concerns seriously to ensure a better experience for future travelers.

Hotel Rooms & Houseboat Quality: Unfortunately, the hotels and rooms selected did not meet expectations. Considering the price paid, the accommodations were below standard. Additionally, there was a discrepancy between the pictures shown during booking and the actual rooms. The rooms were not as clean as they should have been, which was disappointing. Overall, I appreciate the efforts made by Travel Triangle, but there are areas for improvement to ensure a higher quality experience for future travelers. While I appreciate your efforts in organizing the trip, I found that the itinerary was not as well planned as expected. Firstly, the places to visit in the selected locations seemed poorly organized. Some of the destinations mentioned in the itinerary like Dam in Coorg and Sakleshpura didn't exist or may not be operational and waterfall in Sakleshpura is a private property that we cannot visit without permission. Additionally, the sequence of the places was not ideal. The travel flow felt disjointed, and there were long travel times between certain cities, which could have been optimized to make the trip more enjoyable. I hope this feedback can help improve the planning for future trips, as I believe with better organization and sequencing, the experience would have been much more seamless. The ambience was superb, location is very good. We faced some problem regarding the car and the driver. The person is very money minded and did skip couple of places. Please try to assign a young driver next time. Also, take the full responsibility to pay the amount to the transportation and the resort/hotel next time. Please assign a good car next time as we had to wait for more than 2 hours in pykara as the car did not respond because of battery problem. The entire trip was planned really well and we were very happy with the arrangements. Our cab and driver was very helpful and he ensured we covered all the locations that are planned. The hotel in Kanakumari and Pondicherry could have been better as the break fast and rooms were not expected , the best arrangement was in Rameswaram and the hotel Arjuna was really good. The only challenge which i see is i did not get the trip invoice requested for claiming my TA and did not get any support from the agent. It would have been a great if i was supported on this front.
