I booked the package tour before I month of my Tour. I was very excited about this tour. My tour was from Aluva (Kerela) to Munnar and Thekaddy in Kerala. It was a road trip from Aluva. I will give my genuine Feedback. I had a discussion with Mr. Digipal Jee from Travel Triangle and Mr. Ankit from t

he local travels company. I would like to say that the vehicle (Desire) which was assigned to me was not up to the mark. The AC was not working properly. The temperature was very high but anyways I managed. But my Blood pressure was high when the driver asked me money for petrol. They don't even have the communication that I have paid the entire amount to Travel Triangle two days back. Thereafter I called my so called agent Mr. Digipal Jee and Ankit Jee, thereafter the issue got resolved. This shows that they are not professionals and Poor Communication between their travel agents and travel triangle. My Hotel bookings in Munnar was at "Hotel Star Emirates" it was a 4 Star Property but here also the same issue no communication on the payment matter. The receptionist asked me about the payment and here also I called Mr. Digipal Jee and Ankit and clarified that the entire amount has been paid to Travel Triangle before two days back. My family was suffering and we waited for 1 hour for Check-in. Poor Co-ordination. Now review on Room. I stayed their for 2 Nights and till my entire stay the Intercom (A Major source of Communication within the Hotel) was not working. When I complained they just told that it will be rectified soon. But till my checkout the Phone was out of order. They gave me duty manager's contact number and asked I can call in this number if anything is required. But when my son tried calling in this number to order Noodles for him the phone was not responding at that time. I waited for 10 mins in my room but i didn't recieved any kind of response form the hotel end. It was my big mistake to book my Package from Travel Triangle. I am sorry I will never repeat this mistake once Again. They also charged me Rs. 1000 extra because my son's actual age was 13 instead of I mentioned 12 Years while booking this package. The Gentleman from Travel Triangle Mr. Digipal Jee called me directly and asked to pay Rs. 1000 extra at Hotel only because my son is 1 year more elder than what I register. My point is I managed lot of non-cooperation from the travel agent but they can't managed a single mistake from my end. Thanks Travel Triangle for all this....I will never ever repeat this kind of mistake in my life.

I have one experience that after 5.30 they park the boat near parking area, there is nothing to explore for shop to get your snacks also. you need to call your cab driver and go to main city, so keep some movie in your phone and enjoy in boat as they are having android TV, connect and watch and enjoy dinner. - Samudra Theeram Beach Resort : Rate 2.5 Out 5 : Breakfast is not not not good, hotels cleanliness ok ok. Family or couples Not recommended, Schools students, college students bulk group are coming for stay as looks like for them having good concession. ( we only utilize Hotel to Just Sleep ) no " GILA SIKVA " Cab and Cab Driver : for Cab 2 people Best ( not for 3 people as Car need some upgradation ) For Cab Driver ( 5 out of 5 ) Thanks to the giving me good cab driver ( Kabeer V M ), I can say he is best in driving, communication and guiding for sightseeing. Also he knows how to make your customer happy by listening their request and suggesting them what is good and additional sightseeing good to visit. (without any extra charges). Last But Not least, All over experience Is Good. Going to Book again with them for upcoming trip. Thanks Rinkeshkumar

y People. As compared to others rates were on higher side. At Phuket and Bangkok they could have provided better Hotels with Good view. Most of the Hotels are not providing sufficient Drinking water in the room. About outdoor activities, they must give clear instructions to the client about the activities and dress, so that we can go prepared for activities in the water. All visit to Islands were good. Candlelight Dinner was not upto the mark, to celebrate my wife's birthday. All the transport arrangements were fantastic with good luxury vehicles and decent driver. Although I spent little extra money and few hotel rooms were not upto the mark, no regrets as they took good care of us. I thank entire team for their support and Cooperation.

el. Travel agent could have apprised us about the two palaces and asked for our choice but unfortunately that didn't happened. We stayed in Hotel Hyatt Place Al Rigga which is a 4 star property. It was a good hotel serving nice breakfast but their housekeeping services are pretty slow. Need to remind them min. twice before getting anything. Marina Dubai cruise was a good experience but food served there was quite bad. So if possible either opt for a private yacht. Overall good experience

We stayed in Srinagar (Star of Kashmir)for 3 days, houseboat (akbar group of houseboats) 1 day, pehalgam(green Orchid hotel) 1 day and katra (nek katra hotel) 1 day... For me food, service & neatness matters. So i will rate as per th

e 3 variables. 1. Star of Kashmir - located in prime city of Srinagar, food is ok, their service and hospitality is great and neatness is fine we can rate 4 star for it. 2. akbar group of houseboat- located in Nigeen lake not in the prime Dal lake. Food is below average, no staff in house boat as no one is occupied, they have to bring food from another place as cooking is not available in houseboat, for neatness also full dust on bed we got dust allergy.. One good thing is one old gentleman brought khawa for us.. On a whole we rate 1star for it that too for khawa. 3. Green Orchid hotel- There are many good hotels available in pahalgam than this with beautiful view. But the neatness is ok and food is also ok but their service is just below par... As I forgot my hotel keys in my jacket thought I lost the keys.. Now the hotel staff started melodramatic and started saying it will cost around 15k for it.. Then loudly I asked for duplicate key and give me time to search then they are bragging about power supply to keep the keys into the unit.. They said whole unit have to be installed indirectly pointing towards money. Luckily I got my keys.. I saved from their looting.. And finally after the breakfast they troubled my wife for the tip as I went with car and luggage to place in it. Though the hotel is good staff are spoiling the image so I would rate it to 1 star for it. 4. Hotel Nek katra- The best hotel in our whole trip.. Good manager, good service, good food 4.5 star for it. Our driver Gowhar is a great guy.. Talks less but guided us well and perfect driving in difficult roads too.. Even though we are late he waited patiently and he only planned accordingly.. Saved our time and money in few instances.. But from srinagar to pahalgam he didn't come maybe due to his family.. His younger brother came which wasted our time and insisted not to go mamaleswar temple which is just 1.5 km from pehelgam and awantipura temple ruins as my wife is worshiper she felt upset for that. Suddenly another driver came from pehelgam to katra.. Though he is good and great like gowhar that Suddenness breaks good atmosphere. Overall the traveltalkies is doing a great job by coordinating all the hotel members and drivers.Though some mentioned things in itinerary were not followed like welcome drinks, awantipura temple visit,driver change due to religion disturbances. Few things they are lacking is once the trip is starting they just call for money not for any review nor for the trip.. Lata ji you are great. Efficiently converted the lead and made believe in your traveltalkies.
