Recently we booked Vietnam - Phu Quoc Trip through Asia Luxury Travels and Ms. Joanna was the POC for the travel guidance and end to end planning and execution and she has done really great job in our trip planning, answering our impromptu questions at any time of the day and also arranged all the t
hings as per the plan.
Only drawback which I faced in the entire trip was, we need to fill the VDAC when we enter Vietnam and this was not communicated to us earlier and due to which I need to wait in the long queue for clarifications with the Airport team and fill the form and get through the immigration, else all other things really went well.
Also another improvement area which i need to give to travel agency is, please provide the tickets / cakes (in our case, my son's birthday Cake) on-time without we following up with the agency.
