How to Reach Robbers Cave in Dehradun

To answer as to where is Robbers Cave, this point of interest in Dehradun is located near Sahastradhara (thousand fold spring) at Guchhupani. This natural rock formation is accessible from the main city covering the distance of around 8 kilometers passing through the area called Garhi Cantt. The way to the cave is beautiful and is laden with lush greenery all around.

How To Reach Robbers Cave

You can take your own car to the cave. There is a car parking located 1 kilometer before the cave area. You can walk up to the hill after parking your car. Carry your picnic essentials along to have a great time.

You can also hire a cab or a taxi to get to Robbers Cave location. There are many options available at Dehradun Railway Station to inquire about the state taxis. You can also book with TravelTriangle as a part of your package.

    Firstly, Mr Sunil Kumar Panda from Navicrow convinced me to make this trip as I contemplated what to do during the second week of my holiday. He gave me a good itinerary and helped me close in on the trip. I went to Nainital, Kasauni, Saraikhet and Jim Corbett from Delhi. Firstly, Navicrow formed a
    WhatsApp group to assist me which I felt was very reassuring. All the initial hiccups were amicably sorted, especially with the cab, which turned out to be a bit of a surprise. Navicrow managed it well, but the driver and car that they sent were outstanding. Hotels-wise, I was extremely delighted with the choices provided in Kasauni and Saraikhet. There were not many choices in Nainital. But it could have been a lot better in Jim Corbett. Thanks to Navicrow for arranging a great trip. Wish them well.

Good cab and driver service...travel agent was prompt in resolving queries and concerns..little disappointed with hotel in mussoorie which was bit unhygenic, wifi, mobile phone and intercom all three were not working..had difficulties with connecting people..     1. The experience with Navi Crow was satisfactory, with the exception of one aspect Northern Himalayas. 2. Staying at Night Campen in the Northern Himalayas would have been problematic due to the unsanitary conditions; it is advisable to avoid recommending this location to families, particularly th
    ose with young children seeking a comfortable overnight stay. 3. All other accommodation arrangements were commendable; however, it would have been even better to have options closer to the Ganga River or Triveni Sangam for attending the aarti and enjoying quality time for seating and meditation without extensive travel. 4. The quality of food across all hotels was satisfactory; however, an increased variety of options would enhance the dining experience. 5. The chauffeur demonstrated commendable skills, yet he appeared somewhat discontent with the management, which created a slight discomfort during our travels; nonetheless, there were no personal grievances with him. 6. The vehicle provided was spacious and comfortable, contributing positively to our overall experience.
