The look and the facilities at the houseboat was better than us for most of our fellow traveller's and was at a lesser price. However, the self cooked food served at the houseboat was amazing. For dinner they didn't provide what is mentioned in the website. In the morning breakfast we had only Idli Chutney and Sambar. That's it. When I asked, only Idli and sambar is prepared. No morning 8 to 9am ride also.

The only issue I faced was at the Hotel when I arrived at Thiruvananthapuram, because I was not told about the check in time of the Hotel, because of which I had to pay an extra amount of 1k for early check in, Travel Agent did help me in this. Alleppey Boat house was also not up to mark it felt very ordinary for the price we paid, it could have been better in same price.Other than this it went smooth for us, our cab driver was very nice and professional. #You can also add some local food cuisine itinerary in the packages.
