The travel executive, Sameer, was also available on call whenever guidance was needed, which we truly appreciated. However, a few promised add-ons were not ful

filled as committed — specifically the arrangements for Kathakali, Kalaripayattu tickets, and the Munnar photoshoot. We had to manage these ourselves and pay from our own pocket. While the amount for Kathakali and Kalaripayattu was eventually reimbursed after multiple follow-ups, the photoshoot expense was not reimbursed. It would be better if such add-ons are either fulfilled as promised or the relevant refunds are processed promptly on the first follow-up. Multiple follow-ups affect the overall experience and mood of an otherwise well-planned trip.
