Vandanagarg

Vandanagarg's 5 days trip to Thailand

Overall, the tour experience was good and well organized. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The Andamantra property was not very senior-citizen friendly. We were given rooms on separate floors, and one of the rooms did not have lift access, which was quite inconvenient for sen

ior citizens. The taxi service was good and the drivers were cooperative. However, most of the drivers did not know even basic English, so communication was sometimes difficult. Having drivers who can communicate in basic English would make the travel experience much smoother, especially for tourists. Overall, it was a good experience, but better attention to senior-citizen accessibility would make trip more comfortable.

We had good experience here. Nikhil was always available whenever we had a query. All communications happened in a WhatsApp group and everything was on time. Last moment inclusions also were taken care of. However, the hotel Heaton concept didn't seem like a 4 star property. It was more like a 3 sta

r one. One of the drivers was little rude and the tickets for tiger park only included walk. Rest of the things like inclusion of Indian lunch in Safari park, nong nooch garden saved a lot of effort. Rail + VR space and time cube was too expensive. Better to avoid Rail there. Alcazar show, Safari park, floating market, nong nooch garden was the best.

Reached Delhi Airport safely. Thank you so much, team, for making this trip truly memorable and amazing! Everything was exceptionally well managed—from the top-notch hotels and resorts to the perfectly timed cab pick-ups and drop-offs. The team was available 24×7 throughout the trip and was alwa

ys ready to help whenever we needed assistance. We really appreciate the excellent coordination, support, and hospitality. Thank you once again for making our trip so smooth, comfortable, and memorable!

Overall the trip was well organised and arranged as per expectations, Language has been a major problem in communication with Hotel staff especially front desk and staff in reception. Rudeness and non courteous attitude prevailed every where in the trip. The best experience we had was on Paraya Din

ner Cruise, Coral Beach trip . Airport transfers were not managed , had to wait longer time for coordination and driver assignment Paraya Dinner Cruise Coral Beach Island tour Floating market

Me and my daughter had a fantastic trip and enjoyed it a lot. The trip was very well organized and went as per the plan. Thanks, Yugal for making it memorable for us.

Shivani's 5 days trip to Thailand

Yugal was our travel agent. He was always available from the day we booked the trip till we completed our trip. He was always a call away and was helpful to resolve all the queries. His commitment was commendable. We took 4 night 5 days package. The hotels we stayed were fortunately good. Cab serv

ices were not as much cooperative as expected. I would suggest to include most imp tourist spots of bangkok/pattaya in basic package itself. Like we had a bangkok city tour in our package but reclining budha/watarun temple was not part of it. Better to have it included in basic packages which would improve customer satisfaction. But overall it was a good and hustle free experience.

Amazing's 6 days trip to Thailand

Hey Travel Trail, Dear Yugal I hope this review finds you in high spirits! I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost gratitude for organizing the most incredible trip to Thailand. From start to finish, every aspect of the journey was meticulously planned, and I couldn't have asked for a bett

er experience. First and foremost, the hotel you recommended was an absolute gem! The Golden Tulip was a true oasis in the heart of Thailand. The check-in process was seamless. The accommodation itself was beyond my expectations.I really love the swimming pool and the buffet breakfast. Beyond the hotel, the itinerary you crafted for us was diverse and captivating. From exploring the bustling streets of Bangkok to immersing myself in the natural wonders of Phuket, every destination left an indelible mark on my heart. I will undoubtedly recommend your travel agency to my friends, family, and colleagues who are seeking an extraordinary travel experience. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Once again, thank you for making my Thailand trip so special. I look forward to embarking on another adventure with your agency in the future!
