I will share my true experience in a bit detail: Pros: - What made me choose SPSV travels in the beginning was the polite and convincing tone in which they explained me the process of booking. - Then I found them extremely accepting for the many changes i asked for in the itinerary - Their SPOC "Krishna" was also very soft spoken - The prices quoted were also optimal and genuine. No extra charges were added. -- The ground team (in Thailand) was good and planned and organized the activities really well (barring 1 or 2 glitches). Cons: - There knowledge of Thailand itinerary is very standard. They do not have in depth info about off-beat or non-standard locations/activities which tourists can do. - Most of the research about good hotels and spots had to be done by me. Their recommendations were not very apt. - The ground team in Thailand is completely another agency who SPSV has been partnered with. - As a result the itinerary is actually finalized by them and not SPSV. SPSV has very little say in deciding the sequence of spots. - Once you reach the destination, SPSV is almost absent. Everything is in local team's hand But overall the joint effort was good and we had a pleasant holiday.

This time we did a tour of Thailand with Travel Triangle. As it's a international tour, third party agent (Tripoholic) haas been chosen as per quotation suits. But the service was not at par. When we reached tiger kingdom we realised Tripoholic has asked high charge. The local agent Pum was nice but one another person Renu was very rude, didn't want to listen to us properly. Overall I would rate 3.5 out of 5. The scenic beauty, beach experience, dolphin show and tiger kingdom are some of the best memories...

Had an amazing experience on my trip to thailand. Ms Parul right from the start worked with us closely and planned an amazing trip which had lots of memories worth remembering for a lifetime.The cabs provided for local transport were excellent, and the drivers were always punctual, arriving at the hotel reception exactly as scheduled.Hotels provided are also good which includes buffet breakfast.Also special thanks to sunny ji and tarun ji for coordinating in bangkok and phuket throughout our trip Had an amazing experience on my trip to thailand. We had an amazing trip planned to Thailand. All payment cycles and timelines and our agent were great. No hassle at all. Very nice arrangements and EMI options with zero interest for payments made the trip affordable. Overall, it was a good experience. The Agent "PLAN B TRAVELS" is quite sincere and reliable. I am very pleased with the recent tour experience. The entire trip was well-organized, and I felt supported from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Thailand. Nikita had carefully planned the itinerary for the 4 places - Pattaya, Bangkok, Krabi & Phuket. She even accommodated our request for a family show in Phuket at a later point of time before starting the trip. Her senior Tarun also helped in a couple of situations where we faced minor glitches during the trip. Pros : 1. The places selected as part of the itinerary were very scenic and we had a fabulous time in all these places. The islands in Krabi were beautiful and picture perfect which we thoroughly enjoyed. 2. The choice of hotels were very good, specially the one in Phuket where the room had direct entry to swimming pool from the balcony. 10/10 for this. 3. The support and responsiveness received from Nikita while planning the itinerary. She was very patient, listened to all our queries patiently and tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible within the budget that we had agreed upon. 4. OnTrip app had all the details day wise for the itinerary which helped us to keep a track of everything. For all the support needed during the trip, it helped us to reach out to the concerned team on time. 5. The private vehicles assigned during the trip was spacious and comfortable for us 5 adults and 2 kids. It was also neat and clean and we faced no issues during transfers from one place to another. Couple of feedback that I would like Navigatio to consider and accommodate in the future. I won't exactly call these points as Cons, but merely feedback to make their services even better : 1. We didn't have lunch breaks for couple of days when there were internal transfers from one place to another during the trip. Upon informing the driver, he refused to stop for lunch stating they have not been informed to stop anywhere for lunch. We had two small kids aged 4 and 7. This is something that can be planned better as part of preparing the itinerary for families with kids. 2. We had an internal flight to catch from Bangkok to Krabi early in the morning. The driver who was supposed to pick us up, parked his vehicle at the fag end of the hotel parking lot and we were not aware whether the driver has arrived or not. He should ideally have informed of his arrival in the reception. We were a bit confused for sometime searching for him. Finally we located him after sometime sitting inside the van with doors and windows closed. We informed this to Tarun who took cognizance of the same and ensured we didn't face any more glitches during the trip. Barring the above couple of minor glitches, our overall experience was smooth and we had a very good trip with lots of good memories for a lifetime. Hi, I'd like to thank Travel Triangle for making our Thailand trip a memorable one. We enjoyed it a lot. The Island journey was awesome! Food was ok ok. Hotels were decent. However, I would suggest if any one more itinerary was added to Bangkok day trip was added, it would have been perfect, as we had to plan Ancient City visit on our own. Otherwise, the whole day would have gone wasted. We had booked our flights in such a way that we cover most of the places. All together, it was pretty budget friendly trip. Communication was very transparent and the agents were really friendly. Looking forward to planning the next trip soon with you! Thank you!

It was an amazing trip. We enjoyed a lot. Everything went as per plan and there were no hiccups. We got one pf the best services from eazyatra and travel triangle to make this Thailand trip memorable. Also eazyatra coordinator was soo helpful and he helped in booking flights and sharing other details about Thailand. Phuket was amazing. We did all of the water activities and spend best time with the best hotel deal vs the location. It was just amazing.

Good Singapore is one of the best and all the itineraries in Singapore are best comparatively malaysia.
