About Green Valley In Shimla

Located about 10 kilometres from downtown Shimla, Green Valley features a beautiful mountain range on the way to Kufri from Shimla along National Highway 22.

Owing to its proximity to Shimla Railway Station, this attraction is easily accessible via cabs or taxis. Also known as the Hassan Valley, Green Valley in Shimla is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Himachal Pradesh. It is about 2200 to 2500 metres above sea level. The area features dense evergreen Deodar forest which is actually water catchment of nearby wildlife sanctuary in Shimla. Everyday scores of tourists visit Green Valley in Shimla to witness the panoramic view of the Himalayas.

Surrounded by verdant hills, it is an ideal place to get away from the commotion of cities and tourist crowd of Shimla. The price was higher than other providers they gave better rooms as well 2. No honeymoon inclusions were made but charged 3. Rohtang pass was 500 online but it charged 2000+ 4. The schedule given was not followed properly 5. Rooms were very far from the city, better rooms were there at the same price 6. The driver deviated from the agenda and took us to a potato research farm in Shimla which we find useless 7. Payment at the hotel and to the driver was very new, rather than taken care earlier
