Ankit's 6 days trip to Himachal

It was a very good trip to -mcloedganj-Dharamshala-khajjiar-dalhousie. We had enjoyed a lot the journey, the locations, stay and food. The weather was clear as snow fall didn't happen at the end of last year. One should visit these places to enjoy the beautiful and chill weather, snow, big mountains, local food and paragylyding. It was all beautifully arranged by scape tour and provided all the facilities. The hotel stay and cab facility was good and safe. Food was good in hotel and that stay was near to the city. Cab driver was very good polite and always available at our disposal. Never wasted our time and always listened to us. Whole trip was nicely arranged according to our needs. Scape tour agent Mr. Suraj is very polite and always available to provide assistance during tour. No hidden amounts. Special thanks to Mr. suraj on personnel level for arranging things nicely. Would recommend everyone to The scape tour!!!

A very nice and memorable trip was planned by travel triangle. Except for the hotel at Dharamsala, all other hotels were very good. Even Dharamsala hotel was good but not of four star category. Coverage of places in four days was splendid. Dalhousie and Khajjiar are wonderful places and I recommend as worth visiting.

It was a nice trip to Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, Dalhousie and Amritsar. Hotels and food were good in all places except for one place. Driver(Aman) was a nice person, throughout the journey we kept talking and discussing about many topics. The thing which can be improved: We have to pay the extra money if we want to go to places which have the snow. It should be taken care in initial package itself. One suggestion to all visitors, do your research about activities which you would like to do before the trip, otherwise you will fall into trap of buying the packages, some of them are not even worth it. I was charged to visit the Apple garden, step farming but when I went there, there was nothing, no apples at all except dry trees. Shimla Mall road, Sisu snow, Mcleodganj, Khajjiar, Kalatop, Amritsar Golden temple, Wagah border, Partition museum and local food.

Travel Agent: For custom made itenaries the travel agents must improve. While I must say our travel agent was very accommodating but at times he would have very round about answers which would raise a doubt in our minds as to whether we are doing the right thing. Overall A nice Experience and good people to deal with. But you must make your own suggestions and research so that you can improve the itenary to suit your needs. Hotels and Food: The Hotels selected were very average. May be considering the town / locality but when we roamed around we thought we could got have got better options for the same or similar price. When we were asking agent about better hotels he simply told us that price will double which became a deterrent and we went with the flow. Advice - When selecting hotels pls check room size and other compete sites to choose most feasible options. On the whole for the price range they were good hotels. Food in the hotels was ala carte and average. Simple food but very little variety. Hotel staff at each place was very very courteous and helpful and always gave us whatever we wanted so the 3 stars are actually for them. Properties were clean and rooms were decent. Car and Driver: Car was in good condition. We selected an innova crysta but for six people it may get a little packed. The Driver was very skilled and took us through the winding roads carefully and safely even with heavy to moderate rainfall and therefore happy with his service. However he was not well versed with all spots and hidden treasures which we had to explore on our and do our own research and depend on google maps to take us there. Which was a minus point. Overall he was a very good guy who took us around everywhere we wanted to go. Overall we had a good time and a decently budgeted trip. Must see places: Pal dhaba chandigarh for all foodies Sukhna Lake chandigarh Dalai Lama Temple (Mc leod ganj) Cable car ride (to McLeod ganj) Dharamshala Cricket Stadium Kargil war memorial Khajjiar Khajjiar (Dalhousie) Bejee’s Point Naddi Dal Lake Foods to try in Dalhousie Gandhi Chowk: Kulhad Tandoori chai Ban tikka Chicken tikkas Gulab Jamuns Go to Kwality restaurant the food is very good

Overall trip was fine. Transportation and taxi services were good. Only the first hotel provided in Dharmsala was not upto the mark as the room was very small and the bathroom was smelly. After complaining they wipped the bathroom floor but it was still smelling. Finally called the travel representative and he got us a better room. It was mentioned to be a 3 star hotel but the amenities did not seem like one. Apart from this, the rest of the tour went fine and the travel representative was nice and ensured my concerns were attended to. The trip to Khajjiar & Daikund peak were the most memorable places we saw.

Our 5day trip to Dharamshala and Dalhousie in feb 2022 was organized by miss Anu. Trip was pleasant and peaceful.Great customer service by miss Anu.She accommodate all our genuine requests. This is the exactly, the kind of customer service i was hoping for.She appointed us driver named Kaku.He was very polite and timely and has friendly behaviour. His amazing driving skills made our trip so good and we did not fall too uneasy during heavy ghat roads.Although we couldn't visit khajjiar due to heavy snow fall blockade, the entire drive to destinations was awesome . Feb is good time to visit Dharamshala but March would be ideal time to visit Dalhousie especially Khajjiar. About Hotel : I have picked the hotel Dpolo in Dharamshala and Grand View in Dalhousie and Food was good especially breakfast in both the hotels .Both hotels had an amazing view ,which we really enjoyed over tea .So overall it was an awesome, unforgettable experience, well coordinated by miss Anu & thanks to our driver mr.kaku. Whenever we will plan our next trip, we will definitely contact you. Thanks Travel Talkies.
