We undertook 4 nights trip to himachal covering all the major devi temples. It was a great experience. Totally satisfied with the service provided by them. Our travel agent Mr. Jagdeesh customized the whole trip as per our needs and was in constant touch with us for the whole trip. Driver was equally good and pleased with his attitude. He also showed us places which was not there in the itinerary plus he was on time arrival for pickup each morning. I was earlier skeptical of Travel Triangle as it was my first time booking with them. But I have no regrets, it was worth every penny. Had a small issue during the trip but their executives ensured that we were not troubled and it was resolved in a short span. The hotel accommodation was good and everything was as explained by the executive. Overall 5 stars to the whole team who planned our trip and ensured that it was a memorable experience for us. The level of satisfaction can't be explained in words. I have travelled with different travel agencies but by far this was the best. The executives really connected with us and were there to help out or suggest as per our needs. Hope to use their services real soon and would definitely suggest all to use their services. For all those first timers with Travel Triangle don't think just book with them. You won't have any regrets for sure. Finally once again a special thanks to our trip advisor and planner - Jagdeesh and our driver for the trip.

Himachal trip was execllent . Hotels they have booked in terms of cleanliness and responsive and quality food. I Have planned for Dharamshala & dalhousie (10th dec - 14th Dec). Dharamshala climate was cool and present. But Dalhousie was thrilling, we were surrounded by Ice and got to see Snow fall at its besr. Only thing travelling was not happening , no nearest airport connectivity. So, prepare yourself for 8-9hrs travel via road. But overall experiance was good. Travel agent was also very co-ordinative and resposive. Note: I would suggest, If you want to experince Snowfall and can able to survive in -4 to -6 degree temerature then planned in dec-Jan. Or else best time to visit after Jan to Mid April.

Package Cost me Rs 24,000/- Day 1:I was Travelling from Jammu ,The internet service was not available ,the remaining payment I had to be done by Cash mode after reaching the hotel ,It was very frustrating Night 1 :Horrible experience ,Hotel has been changed ,Skylark to some local Rosewood hotel (stay was OK but dinner we had outside) Day2: breakfast has less option ,opted for Paratha (very Bad but was hungry)but me and my wife vomited during Journey ,Places :More religious places chamunda devi, brijeshwari temple has been covered instead of Natural sight seeing, however places were nice,Kangra fort was awesome. Cab service was good. Night 2:Dinner was worst ,we are unable to eat it ,badly cooked and rotten smell is coming out.Beds were comfortable but room was dirty and not properly cleaned stained were there. Day 3:transfer to Dhramshala to Dalhousie ,in between we visited Monastery ,Dalai Lama was addressing there. It was heartfelt experience. reached to Banikhet near by Dalhousie in Hotel Grand Dalhousie. It is budget hotel Staying was good. The road trip from Dharamshala /mcleodganj to Banikhet was awesome but the nature is fragile there ,not recommend to visit during rainy season as frequent landslide occur. Night3: Dinner was good in first night as a group of student visited there to stay. Day4:Visited Dalhousie church,KhajjiarThe best place in my journey, very awesome weather, picturesque ,views and many more to be refreshed.Khajjiar is also a good picnic spot.Afterwards we went to Chamba laxmi narayan temple, which is inside city,Dalhousie to chamba to Banikhet road is dangerous. However cab driver Sameer was excellent in his work. Night 5:we were Happy to had good trip. But again Food/Dinner in grand Dalhousie was worst(I mean it). Day 6: Early Morning we left for Pathankot. The Bad Parts are : 1.unexpectedly telling me to pay the remaining bill either by Cash or Online.while I was coming from Jammu where there were not internet service. 2.Changing of Hotel Skylark to some not so good hotel Rosewood (staying was Okay but Food was literally worst).Beware if you had bad food it can ruin your trip. 3. Dharmshala/Mcleodganj (more of religious kind, temple visit) instead of more historical places ,museum, sight seeing 4.hotel was in Banikhet not in Dalhousie, the weather & views in Dalhousie is awesome and not same as Banikhet. 5.Food was worst. The Good Parts: 1.The cab/Private vehicle service was very good, comfortable.Driver was experienced, drives smoothly ,well mannered ,gentleman and assisted us where he can. 2.Dalhousie ,Khajjiar ,Monastery ,Kangra Fort visits are memorable part. 3.Temple visit were also fine but not so exciting. 4.Staying was normal,as these are budget hotels. 5.The hilly road drive was awesome. Note:However ,I felt that I would have chosen government approved & 3 star or above rated hotels ,not the travel triangle or other website rated 3 star hotels for comfortable STAYING/SLEEPS and for quality FOOD.

1 Hotel was not in dharamshala it was in nearby village approx 7km from the city. 2. Modifications in the plan could have been handled in a much better way like hotel price can't be refunded for 27th but tha cab facility could have been kept till the last day 28th as planned . But we received a single statement like its not possible now and no refund/cancellation charges/modifications are accepted. 3. Location to visit could have been more clear in the shared itinerary. 4. Even on paying the amount on time we faced the issue at hotel regarding payment. Hotel staff received an email from your side stating take the amount from the customer and we have been asked for the same twice in a day.

Planning and coordination was good. I would like to mention special thanks to Mr. Rakesh, admin at HOTEL SAMDUPLING in Dharmashala for taking care of us at his best. Also all service men at the hotel was pretty good. Another hotel in Dalhousie where we checked in was HOTEL NEW PALACE, there is a lot to improve right from front desk to servicing. I found front desk people bit harsh. Our cab driver, Mr. Naresh Anand he was at his best in driving.

The journey was terrible in the beginning. When driver reached near Karnal he asked me for money Rs. 5000. I said him that I had already paid all the money. I called Summit ji. He talked driver I didn’t know what he said. After 2-3 hours again driver started asking for money. Again I called Summit 8-9 times. But this time phone wasn’t picked. I called some person Balbir whose number given for cab. He picked phone but was rude and said give the money to driver we will settle I had no choice . I said I have only 2000. Balbir said give him for diesel. I gave for diesel Rs. 1700. After that driver said give me 800 more because he has to pay for Toll tax. I gave him more Rs. 800. Later I came to know no money was given to driver for travel. He was in impression that I had money in balance to pay And one of the hotel (Hotel Monga Dalhousie) was not booked. I came to know when I asked through email to hotels. I immediately reported to Summit ji. Then he confirmed that hotel room was not booked. What If I had not confirmed and I reached with my family. Then later he booked SS resort in Dalhousie by saying I am giving you upgrade (I don’t know was it upgrade or not ? but hotel was good and originally I asked for this hotel but they booked Monga). So this was my journey.

Had booking for Kerala, Travel Vichar Representative Shivani Singh offered good package and chooses preferred rooms. Shivani Singh's listened my requirements and planned the tour accordingly. Apart From that Hotel was not up to the mark (food and distance) Cab driver was good and informative. But Trip doesn't follow Itinerary as informed.Boathouse was good. Overall Travel Vichar service was good, but would have been better if they communicate with cab driver and follow the itinerary.
