Trip to Ootyvery good experience with travel triangle and agent (chill memories)coordinate well Mysuru & Ooty
Trip to KarnatakaI am highly disappointed with your hotel bookings for my ooty trip. My first hotel at mysore "viceroy comfort" was pathetic as it was not even close to a 3 star hotel, as promised to me by your agent. The room was not hygenic, the blanket was torn, AC remote was not working, no clean glasses and jug and even TV screen was not proper. My experience for next hotel "Castle international" was even more pathetic as non-AC rooms were booked for us, which was a fault from your end purely. I had already mentioned to your agent in the starting that I wanted AC rooms only Still he booked me a non AC room and later when I called him, he clearly told me that he cannot do anything now.Due to this I had to adjust in such humid temperature . I trusted you with my trip planning and you have spoiled my whole vacation. You had such a good name in your line but I don’t think you are eligible for any praises. This was my first experience with you and its really horrible. In continuation to trailing mail I would like to point out few more things 1. As stated earlier after about my concern for non AC room in Mysore, I had confirmed about my booking of AC room in ooty, for which your executive clearly told me that Ooty rooms are AC rooms only but once again I got a non AC room. 2. No where in my itinerary, it was mentioned that I had to purchase separate tickets for toy-train to Coonoor from Ooty, At the end, I was forced to drop down whole Coonoor plan. 3. Lastly, everywhere the driver also acts as a guide, but our driver was not only in a hurry to complete his day and leave us back at the hotel but never took any interest in guiding us through the tour. I wanted the tour to be memorable in good ways but it turned out to be otherwise. I am highly disappointed by your services and the false commitments by your executives given to attract business. Now, i am worried for my next trip.
Trip to KarnatakaJourney was very good. Driver was very gentle even hotels location was mindblowing specially in Ooty. Looking forward for more trips with travel traingle. Thank You.
Trip to OotyThe trip was good but the itenary was not at all followed by the driver there was a huge communication gap and we missed soo many spots from the intenary as we were really interested in the toy train and driver had no idea about it he was taking us to all the small spots and not the ones as planned also there was no hot water in the hotel even after complaining for soo many times no one helped. Best time was spent at the tea factory where we got to know about how tea and chocolate is made and all of us shopped together and enjoyed the boat ride afterwards at ooty lake and 7d cinema it was amazing.
Trip to OotyI went on a trip to Ooty and Coonoor through Lee vacations this past weekend. We wanted something full fledged and safe as it was just two girls travelling. Right from the beginning Ramya was very helpful in customizing the itenary to our needs. She was confident about giving us an amazing trip and my God a perfect trip is what we had. A special mention to our driver Mr. Raj Kumar. Right from the time he picked us up from the airport to till he dropped us off he made sure that all our requirements were catered to. He was very knowledgeable about the places and has a clear idea on where to go first, how not to waste time and also had immense knowledge about each of the place he takes us to. All in all, it was a wonderful trip.
Trip to KarnatakaMy yrip for first two days in coorg was amazing, but ejen we reached ooty and saw the hotel it was one of the worst, what seen on photos and what it is actually it is completely different and when we tried contacting lee vacation, they told us they will see what they can do and after that they stopped recieving our phone calls as we have paid the complete amount just before we reached ooty, further we had to see other hotels on our own as well as bear the expense of it on our own
Trip to Karnataka· My trip is great All the place and hotels were good and all the location was good. Cab driver was also very good Coonoor to otty toy train journey. Experience living in cottage at Palm era Coorg. enjoying environment from Mount and mist at ooty.

Trip to OotyHad a wonderful experiences in Ooty. Murali has taken care of everything but regarding hotel(Rosepark Residency) I was totally disappointed, it is not a 3 star Property everything was very basic. Must to say about Jagdish cab driver he is wondeful driver, explained each and every thing and site, showed us lot of animals in forest. Very Patient. In future also I request him for cab service. I expected Break fast buffet(generally in 3 star) but here we need to order they will bring us by which we cant try different varieties.
