Overall trip was really good. But some places in the itinerary were not upto the mark. Places like beaches in nusa penida were not the places to be excited about. The kintamani view of batur mountain was not very exciting either. Sometimes driver try to convince us for activities outside the itinerary. The behaviour and timing of driver were good. You need to add more happening places in itinerary. There needs to be more clarity in inclusions and exclusions. Like cost of photos or lunch or dinner. No one was there to provide on spot addition of new activities. The itinerary was exceptional as it was well managed. There is room for improvement though. All in all I will definitely recommend others to choose travel triangle for their travels. Gillie T is one of the best places I visited during the trip. The aston beach resort is awesome. It should be two days in itinerary instead of one.

First we want to thank Travel Triangle and of course spacialy Mr Shashank Sharma (WE MUST TRAVEL) for presenting such a nice and comfortable package for two senior citizen. Though there were some issues initially which were inconvenience for us, but the tour agent and local agents have tried their best to resolve the issues. Programs were nicely set and well managed. Car and the driver (PUTU CHITRA) both were very good and well matched. We were very much comfortable because all the agents (we must travel and local) are continuously monitoring the tour. Bhoomika provided good details and helped in selecting a suitable package and also answerable on phone to the queries. 1 St driver speaks English so I didn't faced any problem 2 nd driver doesn't speak english where I faced problem rest he is good too Nusa penida island driver doesn't know English and he didn't came along with us like other drivers and didnt assisted in the que 1 major issue I faced in this trip is on the day to Bali swing wrong timings informed to me, please check the itenary in both the screenshots on day 4. Due to this I missed kintamani and waterfalls and also just seen rice terrace from view point. Nice hotels, water sports and Bali swing.

It was excellent experience, barring the communication gap on first day of the tour. The Driver was not aware of the itinerary as to what's included and we had to struggle of our own. Still The entire trip was well coordinated, Drivers Bee as well as Rissanto, well disciplined, always smiling and very considerate towards his guests. All Hotels booked , Ramada in Seminyak, Pandava in Nusa Penida and Bali Relaxing resort in Nusa Dua , were all clean and worth the value. The team at Bali too was quick in response. However, my observations with respect to some tourist spots and activities as under, is to give fair view of what one gets and take conscious decision to opt or opt out to save on time and money : 1. The place for Lunch booked during first day of Kintamani Tour was different than what was mentioned in our itinerary, finding difficult at our level and driver too was clueless, although lateron some alternative arrangements were made. 2. The Bali Swing at Aloha was not only waste of time and money, but was worthless. Out of 6, only 2 tried. Swing was not even better than the swing at your Home. Rice terraces too not worthy of visiting. So Swing as well as rice terraces is not worth the amount and time spent. 3. While visit to besakh temple is worth, tertha Ganga can be avoided, as it doesn't have much to see. 4. Tanha Lot temple visit was overwhelming. Instead of Teertha Ganga, more time can be spent in Tanha Lot. 5. Ulun Danu Temple is worth, but nothing much to see in Uluwatu , except for Kechak Dance. 6. Nusa Penida island visit and it's all tour are not worth the visit. Snorkeling at crystal bay, is wastage of time and money,and much much inferior to the experience that you gain in Phiphi island tour in Thailand. Overnight stay in Nusa Penida Hotel not suggested as water is salty, instead day tour from Sanur can be taken if at all this island anyone want to visit. 7. The candle light dinner, arranged, was superb and we all enjoyed the evening. Overall experience was fantastic, the Team Kalpana Tours and Travels and it's counter part Indo Jaya Travels Bali, both deserve all appreciations. Our visit to Nusa Penida on the third day was another highlight, with sights like Broken Beach leaving us in awe of Bali's natural beauty. Each day brought new adventures and discoveries, allowing us to create cherished memories together. Our stay at Villa Alindra and the Balinese spa on the fourth day provided a peaceful retreat amidst our busy itinerary. While the villa was satisfactory, the spa experience was rejuvenating and much appreciated. The candlelight dinner at Holiday Inn Varuna, planned with an Indian Thali, was the perfect romantic culmination to our trip. The food was not only delicious but also served in a beautiful setting, creating a truly memorable evening for us. As we embarked on our journey back to India on the fifth day, we couldn't help but reflect on the wonderful experiences we had in Bali. Risata, Kuta property is perfect for all the Indians. They have amazing Indian food plus 5 min walk to beach. On the other hand, Ubud Ashoka Tree is peaceful place to relax and chill. But no good option of Indian food. Don't buy anything from "Krishna Mart". Instead by from local market from ubud bali, behind Bali King palace. I recommend not to start trip from Kuta start from Ubud. You can skip Gitgit waterfall and GWK total wastage of time. In Bali swing Dress is not included in package and it cost 2L IDR. Buy chocolates and souvenirs from kintamani volacno market. Everything was so good beacuse we got amazing driver named "Nyoman Suparta" guided us so well. Lastly, avoid travelling from Air Asia Airlines it cheap but serve no water and food stinkes, seats no comfortable, no check-in baggage included. Think twice to book cheap airlines like Air Asia. Places to eat. 1. Kuta near Risata resort ( Anaporna, kebab and curry) 2. Hidden Hill tour( Warung Makan Banyumala) 2 min walk to Hidden Hill 3. Bali market( Queens, Sher-e Punjab)

My trip was from 6th Dec to 12th Dec 2017 for Bali Indonesia from Kolkata. Amidst the news of Mt Agung in Bali, my honeymoon trip was looking as if it was coming to end before it began But thanks to almighty the trip went ahead was scheduled. The flight tickets were booked by me 4 months beforehand (Singapore Airlines) to and from Kolkata via Singapore (layover ~3-4 hrs). I carried along with me ICICI (Visa) forex card having 500 USD and 600 USD cash and a Matrix sim. I was received at the Bali airport by Mr. Agung, he was the one point contact at Bali. I must say he was a gem of a person. His behaviour, driving skill, punctuality, understanding was appreciative. In our itinerary we visited 3 places of Bali (Ubud, Lembongan and Kuta). are in the order of the visit. Ubud: After the doldrums and festivity of our marriage, I found it to be the best place to relax. Our stay was in Alam Puisi villa for 2 days. Great place, food was good and price was moderate,nice washroom and private pool was good but it was a tad unclean. Still no harm after hours we spent on the pool. The tour of Ubud (first day) was nice. The visit were more to the commercial places except the rice terraces. Kintamani village tour was good except the restaurant for the lunch.However yhe view from the restaurant was awesome. Lembongan: The highlight of the trip. A sail of 2 hrs from Benoa Harbour in a beautiful Catarman boat to Lembongan island. Great stay in the beach huts, clear water beaches and beautiful landscape. Mesmerising view of the beaches along with the contours during the day and at the night. Kuta: Ulluwatu trip, Tanah lot trip and visit to the dreamland and padang padang beach. Enjoyed to the fullest the 2 day visit of Kuta. Though the visit were tiring.Almost 10 hrs of sightseeing on both the days. But It is as per your wish u can neglect few of them. Almost all the people I interacted in Bali they were very warm and genorous.While doing financial transactions. But one should bargain to get the best price (mostly for water activities, garments and souveniars from local shops, beach activities). Trip to Lembongan in a Catarman boat with stay at beach huts. The view of the crystal clear water and from every way. Refreshing wind with lazy posture.

first of all i am not happy with als destination travel agent (sandhya) after i booked the package she was almost invisible ,she included free SIM in the package but they didn't gave me .next comes ALS Destination itinerary it was horrible they are not able to make itinerary according to my stay for eg. we were in kuta and the sightseeing was for ubud (grand zuri to kintamani 70kms) around 5 hours we wasted just to visit kintamani and back this could have been placed when we were at ubud from there it was 30 kms less than half the distance, this killed most of our time in traveling ,next they had included many places in their package per day which is impossible to visit we have to run from one place to other as cab is available only for 10 hours ,if you are including so many places you should increase cab time to 12 hours at-least, we couldn't visit many places mentioned in itinerary because of less time and bad management ,on day 6 around 6 hours out of 10 we wasted inside cab traveling even though we skipped many places. so i will not recommend ALS destinations to anyone, they created a whatsapp group also where if you post any issue someone will redirect it to other person and by the time they will reply your probably would have solved it by yourself . Now comes to the good part i.e our stay and cab, the stay was fabulous ,the food was good and Lambogan island was awesome one should not miss that ,i learned little surfing and snorkeling as well enjoyed stay at Hut .cruise was superb ,then the villa at ubud was also so beautiful and romantic their service was excellent .the best part of our trip was Saill our guide and driver, he was very humble and a good person from heart he helped us choosing the places to visit and was very punctual he even helped us at many places .

Bali feedback : Our trip was for 9 days in which we stayed in 3 properties 1. Ashoka tree ubud We stayed in Jr. Suite room category I wouldn't recommend this,it's not at all a 4 star property. The rooms are quite ok not great as they look like in photos . Bathtub in our room was very dirty and on complaining also no action was taken neither the room was changed. They don't provide any room amenities like room slippers(since the floor is quite cold ) , then no shower caps or other necessary bathroom kit that normally a 4 startl hotel should provide. You will see variety of small ants of creatures everywhere and they just give an excuse of its jungle area surrounded rather than maintaining it. Moving to hotel breakfast , they give very limited and less breakfast and rest all is chargeable. They won't even a give one slice of extra bread in the breakfast option if you ask ,you need to pay for it . There TT table is not functional as they don't have balls and snooker table looks like ancient item. So it's a big no for ashoka tree. 2. Asvara Villa We stayed in villa with private pool and jacuzzi and also had our leisure Day here. As soon as you enter the room you get the luxury feeling and whole stay time was amazing. Hotel staff was very quick and efficient. Here also the complimentary breakfast is limiter still it's enough compared to the ashoka tree resort. We had an amazing time here chilling in pool and spending quality time. Highly recommend 3. Grand Mirage We stayed in Ocean View premier room here. This was the best property amongst all we stayed in Bali. View from room was just mesmerizing and hotel amenities were also good ,let it be breakfast or indoor games or pools. Itinery feedback. We just had a major goof up on Day 2 of the trip, wherein due to some wrong planning of the spots by the team we missed the kintamani volcano as well as our included lunch. They took us to local village shops which took time although we didn't spend a lot of time there as we didn't want to do shopping on our day 1. So it could have been planned more nicely. Rest all the days were planned nicely and we covered all the spots .our ticket booking were either advanced or the driver was ensuring to take it by standing in queue. Driver was nice and helpful. The stays were comfortable and even nusa penida trip was very exciting. Our driver even helped us to take few places off the itinery and we were happy to cover those. Overall it was a nice trip.
