LUCERNE Tour Packages

I have recently connected and booked a European holiday package with a travel agent that Travel Triangle publicize very highly, Hashtag Journey owned or run by some woman by the name of Priyanka. I have previously booked a trip, about 2 years back through Travel Triangle to Singapore and everything was perfect, however our most recent trip to Europe was the exact opposite extreme. It was not a holiday; however, it was a trip that put my family and I at significant risk and the agent has not shown one humane sign of wanting to hold responsible for her actions that caused us such despair. Have you ever been to a baker where the baker tells you he is the best baker and can make a really fancy cake, but when the time comes, he bakes you a cake and then tells you here is the icing and decorations, go finish presenting the cake the way you want. This is exactly how Priyanka did for my family and me for our trip to Europe. She put a big dashing iterinary, slapped a big fat price of about 5Lacs for it and then we ended up doing everything on our own and most of all everything offered was far below a standard of 1 star. She made big promises in her offering and the “majority" of it were false hopes given to us as travelers. I was travelling with my 2 minor kids, my wife and son. We were hoping to have a good vacation however it was a disaster. I had far lower offers as quotes, however I went with the highest in the hopes that Priyanka would not compromise on quality or standard. Instead, the hotel options and visitation options were very poorly planned. Worst of all her response time on all our queries never happened on time. We have to send constant follow ups before we receive any acknowledgement or feedback from her side. Once she got the money, she abused all her power to cheat us by providing us substandard services and most of all put my family at harm. There was never any solution she provided to our problems. We encounter problems and when we reach out for her help, she finds excuses to get out of the problem. She never advised us in advance of things to be aware of and what to do in the event of any unexpected issues, nothing from her side. She was more like a bus conductor who gave the tickets and told the passenger ride. Whether you sit, stand or miss a stop is none of her concerns. All of this is evident in our correspondence with her through WhatsApp and Travel Triangle Chat. Not once she picks up the phone and try to solve our issues. Scope A: Let’s start with the hotels in the 3 locations, My WhatsApp messages to her were to arrange, 3 - 4 star hotel and I was put up in some cringy God forsaken place. I paid to get a 3 - 4 star hotel and I got a dump worse than a lodge in Dharavi Mumbai. 1- Hotel in Paris - She put us in a hotel that was unclean, unsuitable for kids, middle of a gang of drug peddlers and prostitutes roaming around after 8 PM and most of all no ventilation. We slept for 3 days in a 36 degree temperature in 2 separate rooms significantly far from each other. Priyanka did not even have the courtesy to ensure our rooms were adjacent to each other. When we told her that the place is bad and it’s hot, she asked us to sort it directly with the hotel. We asked the hotel, and they asked us to open the window and they could not provide a fan or sort the AC. This hotel was significantly far from any place where we could get food. We put up with it for 3 nights and the price we paid for it was unreasonable and unacceptable. 2- Hotel in Lucerne - She again put us in 2 separate rooms significantly far from each other. 3- Hotel in Zurich - She put us in a hotel far from any decent place to eat and near to the airport so she can save on airport transfer cost and gain from it. We had aircrafts flying over us 4 - 5 hours every morning shaking the whole building and keeping us awake. Worst of all the hotel had spiders and my younger daughter got bitten by one. This hotel was significantly far from any place where we could get food. Scope B: Next let's take a look at the eventful moments Priyanka set us up for my family and me to attend: 1- Big Bus Tour through Paris - Went fine, however I was told by Priyanka that the Big Bus would issue me the Eiffel Tower tickets. However when I went there Big Bus team told me that they don’t issue tickets for the Eiffel Tower and what is presented in the attached Big Bus Ticket looks like a fraud. I immediately called Priyanka and after 2 attempts I got her and then she told me to get on the tour and she would arrange the ticket. So we went on the Tour 2- Eiffel Tower Entry - As per Priyanka and the entry passes she provided my family and I were supposed to go up the Eiffel tower at 8:30 PM as what is stated in the ticket, however Priyanka came with another time and we were on the Big Bus tour in a different location and were not able to make it to the Tower on time, at which point they refused entry. 3- Disney Land - Went fine, however she had the option to recommend something better 4- Mt. Titlis - Went fine Scope C: Now let's talk about the transfers 1- Paris Airport to Hotel - Went Fine 2- Inner Paris transfers - "Bake your own cake" We did everything on our own. No guidance whatsoever that this would not be covered till I brought up the topic with her a few days before we were to travel. 3- Paris Hotel to Train station - "Bake your own cake" We did everything on our own hauling heavy luggage. 4- Swiss Pass - Went fine 5- Hotel to Airport - Went fine Scope D: Now let's look at all the false promises / unfactual stories put on our iterniary 1- Big Bus Tour - Was told that we could visit so many spots in France over the stops Big Bus makes. Ideally it cannot happen in a day. After personally going through it, I can tell you that it’s not possible to do it over an 8 hour tour on the places she claimed we could see 2- Visit to Interlaken and Grindelwald. There was no way we could make it based on the timing of our transfers and changes from one city to another. Trip to Interlaken is 2 hours and to Grindelwald is 3.5 hours one way. That is half a day gone. The last train from these places back to either Lucerne / Zurich is 4 PM. We had no way we could go with her suggestion, and she claims she is an expert however recommended some free trips which would not cost her anything. 3- Visits in Zurich on the last day. More than half the places she recommended required us to have a ticket to enter and we were able to just walk past the places she mentioned. 80% of her iterinary was not something you want to offer as a vacation solution, when Priyanka claims she is a solution provider. Priyanka continues to throw her weight by not being accountable for what she did. I need to be refunded for the poor service provided, I did things through your channels to have little to no administrative hassle, however I ended up doing all of your agents’ work at my time and my cost. This was not a vacation I paid for and I am entitled to be compensated for the hardship Travel Triangle and their phony agents advertised. Its one thing if I had not paid the asked amount on time or did not do my part, but to sell me a low-grade solution for a vacation is unacceptable. Travel Triangle does not vet any of its agents and if the customer suffers, they care less. I am passing this message because any of you out there are keen on travel, try to reach out to agents you know very well because both Travel Triangle and Hashtag Journey are a scam and I intend to take this matter to the consumer courts to get justice. If you are ever a victim of similar incidents, take pictures, keep records and file a complaint with the consume courts else you will be scammed just like me.

I am writing this thank you note for Shubham for organising a very detailed tailored made tour to Switzerland and Paris. Day wise itinerary was so perfect that we could cover maximum places around Switzerland and Paris . My personal thanks to Shubham Sagar for providing constant support throughout booking process. Eiffel tower is always a special destination for couples and I was overjoyed by seeing the full paris view from top of the tower.Disneyland was a dream destination and I was thrilled to visit both the parks as provided in itinerary meeting lot of disney characters and enjoying roller coasters rides based on Disney and Avengers theme.Switzerland will always be special. it was my first ever holiday . Lucerne was amazing, I call it the city with lake and mountains. Walking through old town admiring each building is truly an amazing experience. A walk along lake Lucerne holding hands with my wife was truly romantic with the sun setting in the background. Mt titlis was beautiful and the air gondola gives you a 360 degree view of the surrounding Swiss Alps. You cannot resist the Swiss chocolates and cheese . Thanks Shubham for such a wonderfull trip . The best memories would include Top view of Eiffel Tower, the Fireworks show in Disneyland and Top of Mount Titlis.

It was third time that we were dealing with Travel Triangle. With very good response and prope & in time help , we could enjoy all three international tours. 6 to 14 April 2024 - 2 Nights Amsterdam and 6 Nights Swiss Customized tour - Thanks to Travel Triangle, especially Mr Maulik sir for untiring help and quick response. He was all the time ready to guide when needed. Flight, hotel and Swiss travel pass booking and Visa help were properly done. Suggestion - 1. As one plans customized and travels for first time, travel agent can suggest changes with his/ her experience about that particular place. Ground level facts may be different. 2. In Amsterdam though Tulip Experience was included in plan, it was not shown ( which we really needed) Please see that travel agency there do what is planned. 1. Trail walk in Grindelwald and Lauterbrunn. 2. Cruise trip in Lucerne with accidental ( unplanned) visit to Mt Riggi. Enjoyed Mt train.

This trip was the best trip of my life yet. It couldn’t have been more beautifully executed. :) HubHolidays did a great job! My mom and I started our trip from Mumbai, went to Prague, Vienna, Lucern and finally to Geneva and everything went perfectly well. Kapil and Prashant made sure we boarded our trains/flights/buses/cabs on time and went out of their way to accommodate two-three spontaneous requests of mine (which was so courteous). As mentioned in the vouchers, bookings for hotel,train,bus,cabs,rides were confirmed and serviced as per the itinerary . Every detail as communicated in the bookings was taken care smoothly by your travel partners without any intervention from your end during my entire trip. I remember the exhaustive discussions with Shubham during the planning phase to perfect the itinerary.Thanks Shubham for taking the pain to revisit the plans and making innumerable changes so as to ensure that my demands are well accommodated and that too within my budget. Suggestion - The bus trip from Lucerne to Venice was definitely a memorable experience with a majestic view of the countryside . However, trains are recommended for any journey exceeding 3-4 hrs as these are the fastest and most comfortable way to make longer trips. Keep up the great service ! I don't know how should I start but from the planning of the trip to the come back to India you guys(especially Yeeshu@Hubholiday.com and Prashant@hubholiday.com) helped us a lot. We faced visa issue from the France embassy as they held the wife's passport for an unknown reason that made us worried about the trip but with the support of your visa assistance team we got that in time. The trip was very well planned. We explored the Paris(the whole city With Hop On Hop Off, visited Eiffel Tower (Amazing experience), Disneyland), Lucern, Bern(as we got the spare day that we utilized), Zurich in and had a very great and memorable trip. A big Thanks to Yeeshu, Prashant and your team for providing the excellent arrangement and support throughout the trip. I would love to have another trip with HubHoliday in future.

We have planned a family trip to Europe. We got an offer from Hubholiday.com through Travel Triangle. Mr Rohit of hubholiday suggested an appropriate itinerary to suit our time and budget. We spent 3 night each at Amsterdam, Paris and Switzerland (2 at Lucerne and 1 at Zurich). The itinerary was optimum and comfortable. The hotel stay was awesome. Location was very near to Metro/ public transport at Amsterdam, Lucerne and Zurich and at a reasonable distance at Paris. We have enjoyed the stay and Breakfast at the hotels. Sightseeing at Amsterdam and Paris was provided through the pre booked tickets, which was quite satisfactory. At Switzerland every part was covered through the Swiss pass. Drop and Pick-up to/from airport was timely in comfortable and spacious cars/Vans. Plenty space for the luggage. Selections of the international flights and internal travel arrangements were trouble free and seamless. Timings and selection of flight/train was very satisfactory. And finally Mr Rohit, the tour master, was very active and very keen to listen from us throughout the preparation and tour duration. He was always available and open to short out the issues, if any. Overall the experience was nice and vacations were memorable. A K Bist Mumbai.

Europe - Amsterdam, Paris & Switzerland (Lucerne, Interlaken, Zurich). The trip was for 10 Days and 9 Nights. We got a very competitive offer from Hubholiday.com through Travel Triangle. Mr. Prashant from Hubholiday suggested a very good itinerary to suit our time and budget. The best part was the freedom to customize the itinerary as per our convenience and liking. The provided hotels were very good and were centrally located - all near / in the vicinity of the Metro stations. He was kind enough to provide us Flight and Hotel upgrades without any cost implication 5 days prior to our departure. Though the hotel in Paris was a bit compact, the one in Interlaken, Switzerland was just superb. From the sightseeing point of view, almost everything was covered with pre-booked vouchers - with all the details provided. In Switzerland, the Swiss Pass covered all the local transport (buses/trains/boat rides) including the Mount Titlis Tour. Prashant Ji from HubHoliday was available round the clock for solving any problems and assisting us with our queries (even in the middle of the night - we always wondered when he sleeps :P) His knowledge of the place helped us plan and travel better including the choice of the hotels. We can't thank him enough for all his support and guidance. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. I highly recommend you give these guys a chance to plan your next holiday and you won't be disappointed :)

Our Honeymoon trip to Europe which includes Paris and Switzerland was curated by travel triangle (HubHolidays). Our agent Mr.Shubham designed an itinerary and patiently listened to our suggestions and customized it according to our needs. He also helped us in gathering the documents for the visa and we successfully got our Schengen visa within a few days. Before our trip started, we had cleared our never-ending doubts with Shubham & Prashanth and they answered all of them without any hesitation. Hotels were arranged in Paris, Lucerne and Zurich. When we landed at Paris airport the agent arranged the best cab to reach the hotel. The driver was really helpful and guided us on Paris city & must visit places in the city. We then went for the Paris city tour by boarding the Big Bus Hop on Hop off and saw the remarkable monuments like Opera Garnier, Arc de Triomphe and Louvre museum etc., Also we had a great night view of the Eiffel Tower and the tickets were arranged by the agent till Level 3 through Elevator and a great view of the city. We went on a Seine river cruise and had great views of the entire Paris city. The second day of the tour is the wonderful picturesque journey from Paris to Zurich. It's TGV Lyria train which travelled at 320 kmph speed which is a beautiful experience. We then took another train to Lucerne. We must admit, Switzerland is THE best place when comes to remarkable landscapes and Wallpaper worthy locations. Switzerland also has perfect travel by train, bus and tram. This will all be covered in the Swiss pass, which is also included in our package. From Lucerne, we travelled to Mt. Pilatus by Bus to Kriens, then by Cable car, Gondola and returned to Alpnachstad in World's steepest Cogwheel train. The next day, we had to Visit Matterhorn Glacier from Zermatt. However, from Lucerne to Zermatt is a long 4hr journey. By the time we reached the Matterhorn boarding point, we are past the last cable car time and had to return. Last day, the Zurich detour included Rhine falls, Lake Zurich, and the Lindt chocolate factory tour - complimentary. Overall, the trip was wonderful and will be etched into our memories lifelong. As the package doesn't include cab services other than airport pickup, We had to explore the city trains and buses using Google. Trust google and the timings. you will never be dissatisfied. One feedback we want to give to the agent is, to provide the timings and detailed pieces of information like restaurants, and tips on the tourist attractions, as most of the attractions and hotels, will be closed in a stipulated time. We kept asking a couple of doubts with Shubham and Prashanth during the trip. I thank both of them from the bottom of our hearts for arranging a wonderful trip.
