The schedule given was not followed properly 5. Rooms were very far from the city, better rooms were there at the same price 6. The driver deviated from the agenda and took us to a potato research farm in Shimla which we find useless 7. Payment at the hotel and to the driver was very new, rather than taken care earlier

I enjoyed myself after compromising the money i paid to agents.

Pathetic experience with agent from Mr. Aman joshi (easy go) he convinced me stating that end stage other agencies change hotel and i believed him. I asked him before a week that he has booked hotels we agreed. He said yes. But he was lying. End momement he called me that hotel at shimla is not available. Also hotel at manali was not good. Alternate hotel provided for shimla was with lower budget than i paid for. He didnt listen and also Ms. Vanshika is useless. Not a single day she called and ask about hows journey going on. Rather in problem i called her and she said diplomatically ok i will check and update, but no update. Total waste of money. I am in dilemma to go with my upcoming tour after 15 days. Only driver Mr. Kishorilal was good remaining experience with family was 1 out of 10. Very bad service by agent of travel triangle as well as Easy Go agency. They share good reviews of their customers to trap people.

My experience before completing the booking and after was completely different. I ditched the other travel agent whom i had almost finalised on travel triangle and choose Breezy travels (for the review that they claimed to have). But, the responsiveness before completing the booking was not there later on, especially when I wanted them during the course of trip. As a traveller, I expect my travel agent to stay in touch and take feedback atleast once at the end of day. But, there was nothing from Breezy travel and infact, even till date, She has not made any attempt to check how my trip went. Thats because, She know what my response would be. Major concerns- 1. From the beginning I made it very clear that the booking is done with a condition for visiting Teetwal, which is close to LOC, which required permit. Travel agent assured me that she has spoken to concerned officials and took all our IDs. But, nothing she did. After arriving at Srinagar she told (upon checking multiple times) that the driver will handle everything. Our visit to Teetwal was not at all certain even on the day of our visit. The driver just took us to DC office which was closed because of weekend! Upon telling this she asked us to go to Kralpora police station and told driver is all aware and he will handle it. When we reached Kralpora police station the driver happily left me handle all of this and sat with his mobile phone. What a joke! I had to use my own contacts and eventually got the permit. Wasted over 1 hour due to this mishap. 2. Due to space constraint we upgraded to TT from Crysta from Day 2 and that was the mistake. The vehicle was not in condition (driver clearly mentioned this when he took the TT for getting minor maintenance done. Greasing was done and told this vehicle was idle for a long time). Really ? You took additional Rs. 8500 for this junk vehicle with which we need to travel 160+ kms one way in rough terrain?! As expected, the vehicle broke down after couple of hours and we lost almost 1 and a half hour. We ended up reaching Teetwal late, ruining our plans. 3. There was an unwanted de-tour while returning from Kupwara and instead of taking a straight route, the driver took some interior route, touched Baramulla and arrived at Srinagar. This not only delayed our arrival by 1 hour 30 mins, but also put us in a tense situation. This was completely uncalled for citing there is some religious procession when the road was shit empty. You cannot make your guest have an uncertain time. 4. The driver showed a very casual attitude throughout the trip and never paid attention to our request. AC wasnt turned on when the weather was damn hot in Srinagar (despite agreeing to pay the charges). To Breezy travels- your driver had a dedicated fan on top of him and he made us sit in hot weather. Yeah, you say no one in Kashmir use AC. But we do!. Furthermore, we ended up missing visiting few places due to his careless and lethargic behaviour. We made a mistake by being very nice to him, taking care of his stay in Teetwal and food during entire trip since he was diabetic. We get this for the care we showed. Driver should be treated as a driver!. 5. There was no clear communication on Shikara ride and when we went to the Ghat, we did not get what the lady told. Since we just wanted to be done with it, we completed the ride which was completely waste of time as they make us visit their shop for purchase even on dal lake!. Let the people enjoy their vacation! 6. While dropping us back to the airport the driver asked for AC charges and i outright rejected and Breezy travels were immediately involved. To my surprise, their statement was 'You have to pay AC even if it's used for sometime'. Madam, as communicated on call, I pay for what I get. If i ask the driver to turn on the AC, he should. If I ask him to turn it off, he should. Only then I am obligated for payment. Its not like the driver switches on and off as he please and ask me to pay for all days. It was very evident that the AC was not working properly, the temperature was not set lower than 26 degrees and we traveller's were taken for granted! The driver still took 1200 in the form of tips and AC charges. We just wanted to be done with him and paid and left. Few pros- 1. Hotel Kareem residency stay was good only for 3rd night stay since I spoke to the hotelier and got my rooms changed. Requested change of hotel to travel agent on 1st day and no outcome so took this on my own hands and spoke to hotel for change of rooms for my return stay. 2. Food in Kareem residency was very good. I understand they are running on 50% offer so all the travel agents have flocked this hotel and that is good for traveller's. 3. Driver and car given for 1st day was so good. We missed the driver (Mr. Riyaz) on remaining days and will directly get in touch with him when I visit next time. A note to travel agent. 1. Please ensure you speak to travellers during the trip. Booking the hotel and cab is not the end of your duty. 2. Even to this date; 15th July 2025 travel agent has not made any efforts to seek a feedback on the trip. I wanted for a week and then submitting this to travel triangle to seek a fair audit on service standards. 3. You are obligated to take all payments through travel triangle. Please dont insist for direct payment citing avoidance of convenience fee as travellers know what they incur.

So I booked a HoneyMoon Package to Kashmir with TravelTriangle and got an amazing deal with there travel agents GallopTravels with Miss. khusboo and Ms. Kritika From TravelTriangle. They both are super professional when it comes to performing there respective duties. The Cab driver provided was completely suitable for what I requested for the driver to be very helpful, generous Mr. Mehraj. The Only minor issue which i faced was the last day stay in HouseBoat. The decoration and HoneyMoon Cake was to be provided on the Housboat with Candle Night dinner but the Caretake failed to put on efforts with the decorations and failed to arrange the Cake or any alternative. Raised the issue with Ms. Khusbhoo from Gallop. She on her end looked into the matter but the decoration which was only 4 balloons which were hanging defalted before our arrival on Boat. one more issue which I raised with Ms. khusboo was the behaviour of the caretaker who looked on staring my wife when she wore a below Knee dress for our complimentary shikara ride which she was feeling uncomfortable because of this guy's behaviour had to change to jeans and top. And during our candle night dinner I requested this guy to not to come during the dinner If i need something i will call you but only after 10 minuted of our candle night dinner moment i again entered unexpectedly opening all the Lights spoiling our candle night dinner. If i somehow ignore this last day's stay everything was perfect. This last day is not the fault of Travel Triangle or Gallop Travels i dont blame them for the same but i blame that houseboat caretaker with such cheap/narrow mentality. Rest assured Travel Triangle is one option for me for my future journeys. Regards.

If we order non-vegetarian food, that's what we should get, but in many places we get vegetarian food. Plz tell the agency to be serious about basic services. The place is really a heaven but need certain points of improvements regarding uncertainty/ unforeseen events, safety & security, overprice/overbudget places & over tip culture everywhere despite of best services. Trip was organized fine by 'Travelancer kashmir' company via agent Iqra madam initially and then Ishrat madam, however there are some issues wrt itinerary provided by the company regarding compliances/ follow up of hotels ratings and their hospitality/ services which needs to be taken seriously further in future for other Travelers.

A group of 15 people ranging from children to old people completed the tour of Nainital from 08 June 2025 to 12 June 2025 through Back to Holidays Company under the managership of Shreya ji. This tour, booked through Travel Triangle portal, was managed very well by tour manager Shreya ji from booking till completion of the trip. Shreya ji's words, behavior and management are praised everywhere. Our journey started from Bareilly Railway Station on 08 June 2025 and ended on 13 June 2025 at the same railway station with bittersweet memories. Back to Holidays Company had made arrangements for stay on first and second night in the name of Nainital at Hotel Polomax situated at a place called Bhujiaghat, 24 kms before Nainital (just 8 kms towards Nainital from Kathgodam Railway Station). Hotel Polomax was very good and its breakfast and dinner were very tasty, however, due to the distance of 24 kms from Nainital, the time for night visit was not utilized properly at all. The tour package company had booked Durgesh Resort in Ranikhet for the third and fourth night's stay. Here I would like to harshly criticize Back to Holidays that a group of 15 people ranging from children to elderly had to climb a total of 86 to 100+ hill stairs to reach the room at Durgesh Resort which was quite painful. Back 2 holidays booked very low class and unhygienic room. No other property adjecent to this. durgesh resort is suitable only for youngsters . Food quality was fine here. Manoj Bhaiya was managing all three of our cabs. The drivers of all the three cabs were very good natured. Apart from the tour package, they also took us to see Nainital's local deity Golu Devta at their own expense. My senior citizen father fractured his leg after slipping while visiting the golf course ground in Ranikhet. Manoj Bhaiya and his colleagues helped him a lot in his first aid and in finding a room for him away from Durgesh Resort. We are all very grateful to them for this. Tour covered maximum visiting points as per booking. I would like to give Back to Holidays company a rating of 2.5 stars for this trip but due to unavailability I am forced to give it 3 stars. Had a good trip with family. Cab driver was good. He behaves really well throughout the trip. No complaints. Let's talk about some points which I want every travel company should share with their prospective client. 1) The hotel was under construction 2)Breakfast and Dinner options were very limited in comparison to buffet 3) No restaurant in hotel (only Room service) 4)Room cleanliness is a major point.(How we got to know iwas trying to find one of my thing I went on my knees to check under the bed and what I saw the floor was dirty. I immediately call the reception area and told them the floor area under the bed was messy and asked them to clean. 5) When an individual plan a trip the person who accompany is cab driver. There needs to be some sort of arrangement for drivers too. They are also human being. I mean No free dinner facility. No stay arrangements for the driver is something not acceptable. For future references I sincerely request the travel company to inform their prospective guest about the stay of the driver and the food options.

Hello Back2hodlidays, We recently had a trip to Mussoorie Uttrakhand with the help of Travel assistant shreya from Back2holidays. The planning and execution were done very well. We have covered almost all the places as per the plan only 2 were missed. Shreya was very helpful from the start of planning to trip till the end. She has provided all the required information what ever we have asked for.. Coming to the trip, had a really good time. Only the 1st hotel at Deharadun was not up to the mark either the rooms not the food was that great. The remaining 2 hotels for the stay were good. Stay and food in Mussoorie was nothing to be questionable, but the staff in Danaulti (The Groove Garden) were bit harsh and food was also not soo good. The driver travelled along with us was also good and no issues , but it would be really helpful if the driver allocated are locals or frequent visitors of that place, as our driver was not aware of all the places it was bit difficult for us to know the routes and were dependent on the google maps which delayed our jrny. Rest all was really good, had a great time throughout the trip. Thanks Shreya for all ur support during this period of jrny.

Food is good and hospitality, rooms are excellent. Hunder - Dowa resort — stay is ok ok and food is average Pangong - High lake retreat pangong - This is most beautiful stay in the trip. Amazing view of pangong lake . Food and hospitality is excellent in such remote place. Highly recommend this for pangong stay Hanle - The Hor hotel — this stay is not good and food is very bad. This is only bad thing in overall trip. Never stay in Hanle more than a day nothing much to see. Observatory is not much useful. We can cover umlingla and return to Leh in a day. The Hotel (Sita International) which was booked for us in Delhi was not at all Good., simply pathetic. So, it's strictly recommended not to visit or book any room at Sita International in New Delhi (Near to New Delhi Railway Station). The hotel was booked by the travel agency & the name of the Hotel is Sita International. But there is no sign of international standards & quality of that Hotel. They're using that "International" tag only for business that's it. The "deluxe room" they provided to us (Me, my wife & my 5-year-old son) is a remarkably simple ordinary one- or two-star category hotel room. The blanket they provided to us was torn. For reference please I've attached pictures of that blanket. The button under the shower in the bathroom was broken. Now after sharing all the information in reception, the hotel people behaved very casually & asked me to adjust. I informed my travel agent (Back to Holiday) regarding the issue, and my travel agent confirmed that in the evening they'll change my room but after returning from sightseeing the hotel said, "Room change is not possible because all rooms are booked". So, this is the situation I faced during my travel on the very first day (14.10.24). And in the morning The Hotel owner talked with me on the phone & told me that I made a quite simple issue into a big issue. So after paying advance to the travel agency, I faced this kind of situation. Last but not least, in the morning I found RAT in that room. And they're called it's an International Hotel. So strictly & Strictly recommended before booking anything think twice. Yes, after that remaining two Hotels are good (Gurukripa @ Mathura and Royal View @ Jaipur) & as per the standard, especially the last one (Royal View at Jaipur- 3-star category Hotel) .... Now regarding Cab. The Cab driver has a huge setting with all the guides in each & everywhere (Agra, Mathura, Jaipur) .... Directly & indirectly, he forced us to hire a guide so that he could earn a commission. And you'll not deny it because, in the middle of the tour, it's very risky & not at all safe. The driver has a very good local connection & I was traveling with my wife & my 5-year-old son. If I refused to hire a guide, he could have done anything locally because of his local connection & we're very new in that area. When at Jaipur we told that driver we don't require any guide he told me during travel maybe we'll face problems. Now in that situation what do you do? So as per his recommendation, we're forced to hire a guide as per the driver's choice, and we paid him Rs. 800 as decided by the driver (The normal government guide charge is Rs. 400).... So, if you'll travel along with your family (Like wife & son) you've got to accept all the terms & conditions of the driver because he has a strong local connection & you don't have that connection. Not only that, the driver will take you to some local shops where he has a good connection & if you buy something from that shop the driver will get a commission. Even on this trip, our driver took some local shops in Agra where he has a commission-based connection. Otherwise, he was not interested in taking you to some local shops where he'd not get any commission.

We had a memorable trip to Rajasthan booked through Travel Triangle, though our experience was somewhat mixed. The cab driver assigned to us was truly dedicated and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Every restaurant he recommended was excellent, and the sightseeing throughout the journey was absolutely fabulous. That said, I would advise exercising caution when booking 4-star accommodations through the agent. It's important to clarify that we were referring to official hotel ratings, not guest reviews. Unfortunately, the agent’s interpretation did not match ours. Three out of the five hotels had ongoing renovation work, which significantly affected our comfort. Although the agent did try to make changes to minimize the inconvenience, the replacement hotels were not of genuine 4-star quality either. The most disappointing experience was the camping stay at Juma Resort in Jaisalmer. The property was infested with crickets, making it uninhabitable. Four families, including ours, ended up leaving the resort and paying out of pocket for alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, this was not even communicated to the travel agent at the time. On a positive note, our request for a rollaway bed for our daughter was fulfilled as expected, which we appreciated. In summary, while the itinerary and driver exceeded our expectations, the hotel arrangements — particularly the Jaisalmer experience — left considerable room for improvement.

The hotels in general were not at a three star level except for Shani Vilas in Ranthambore. The hotel in Agra did not even have hot water. The initial room provided in Delhi's metro view was very bad and we had to request for a change. It would be helpful if the same driver could be assigned for the entire duration of the trip or at least for longer periods. Traffic and Local Insights: While traveling from Varanasi to Prayagraj and then to Ayodhya, the cab got stuck in heavy traffic, which was a bit frustrating. Since this was during the Kumbh Snan period, I understand that there were challenges, but it would have been beneficial if the local drivers provided tips on avoiding crowded routes or traffic hotspots. Local advice could have helped avoid delays and made the trip smoother. Positive Highlights: Apart from the challenges with the drivers and traffic, the overall experience was enjoyable. Kudos to Abhishek, the travel agent, who was always there when needed and made sure everything else went smoothly.

Overall trip was good. They followed whatever mentioned in the package. Only thing is we felt that the driver was not properly briefed. For the first day we reached Chandigarh very late hence we had to take dinner on the way other than from the booked hotel. This expense has been agreed and allowed to deduct. Appreciate for that. The hotel at Chandigarh was fine. But hotel at Amritsar was not that much standard one. Plus the dining area was not good place. Food was very good in both places. Car driver is very good. driving was perfect. But there was no space at all in this Innova to keep the luggage. we struggled to accommodate and had to keep in the seats. We all came from different places hence all were having luggage. Overall it is very good.
