Thank you, Travel Triangle, for yet another well-organized and memorable travel experience! Thanks to Kunwar Ujjwal of Travel Triangle for his exceptional support. As always, we had a fantastic experience with Travel Triangle and are extremely grateful for their safe and well-planned travel arrangements. From the moment we booked our trip, the team ensured that every detail was meticulously handled, making our journey smooth and stress-free. The coordination between Kunwar Ujjwal and the service providers was seamless, ensuring that our trip was completely hassle-free and thoroughly enjoyable. Thanks to Travel Triangle, we had a truly memorable vacation, and we highly recommend their services to anyone in search of a trusted and reliable travel partner! We had an amazing experience with 'Back to Holidays', all thanks to Shreya, our travel service agent. From the very start, Shreya was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to every detail of our travel needs. She ensured that our trip to Matheran, Lonavala, Mahabaleshwar, and Pune was flawlessly planned and executed without a single hassle. Shreya was always available to answer our queries and provide valuable suggestions whenever needed. Her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. She went the extra mile to ensure we had a reliable and skilled driver, making our journey smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to Shreya of Back to Holidays, we had a stress-free and truly memorable vacation. We highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a well-organized and delightful travel experience. We had the pleasure of having Mr. Pawar as our cab driver arranged by Back to Holidays during this tour to Matheran, Lonavala, Mahabaleshwar, and Pune. His patience and professionalism were truly commendable. Despite the multiple destinations, he remained calm and accommodating throughout the journey. Mr. Pawar's driving skills are excellent, particularly on hilly terrains. He effortlessly navigated the steep slopes, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride for us. His expertise in using Google Maps to locate various places added to the convenience of our trip. Overall, we felt completely safe and well taken care of with Mr. Pawar. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled driver for their travels. Thank you, Mr. Pawar, for making our trip enjoyable and stress-free! Improvements that can be done: Back to Holidays can enhance their service by giving drivers clear itineraries to cover locations systematically based on customer preferences, whether historical sites, temples, viewpoints, or game zones. Additionally, sharing details like toy train timings, temple pooja schedules, and ticket information would help ensure a well-organized sightseeing experience from morning to evening. We had an amazing time exploring various destinations! Riding horseback to the viewpoints in Matheran was an unforgettable experience. At Lonavala, we enjoyed visiting the Ekvira Temple, Karla Caves, Bhaje Caves, Mapro Gardens, Bushi Dam and Narayani Dham Mandir. Mahabaleshwar was breathtaking with Lingmala Waterfall, Mahabaleshwar Temple, Needle View and other scenic points. The Mapro Gardens at Panchgani added a delightful touch to our trip. In Pune, the Ganpati Temple, Sinhagad Fort and Aga Khan Palace were memorable. It was truly a well-rounded and enjoyable journey! Thanks to all.

Prajakta's 5 days trip to Singapore

Singapore was on my list of destinations for my kiddo ever since he was born. Now that he turned 6, we decided to travel to Singapore . We searched and found "House of Travellers" through Travel triangle , and our adventure began. @Richa was super helpful right from the start. Listening patiently to my needs, giving great suggestions wherever needed, booking my flight as well as making all the other plans, it was a totally smooth transaction throughout. The visa took a really long time, and was making me nervous, but she kept her calm and assured me constantly that it wouldn't be a problem at all. I finally got our visa just about 5 days before our departure! Our journey began from Pune airport itself, and Richa and her team were in constant touch with us. A WhatsApp thread was started by her with her team in Singapore and all the pick ups and drops were on time. The planning was perfect, and we got enough free time to roam around a bit on our own, as well as see all the tourist attractions. My son absolutely enjoyed every minute of the trip! We were there for 6 days and not a moment was son was bored! Thank you Richa, we'll be doing more trips with you for sure!

Anju's 5 days trip to Maharashtra

Good things: 1.) The good part for this booking was the co-ordination and customization provided by Himani madam. Very polite behaviour and hear out customer s very well. 2.) Itineary desinged according to requirements so able to cover the whole itineary. Average things: 1.) Trip was booked well in advanced, but driver and cab details were not even shared 10 hours before start of trip. We clearly told at time of advanced booking that New model of Innova is required, but at the very end moment they provide very old model of Innova which was not comfortable, basic radio/FM was not working. 2.) Driver behavior was un-friendly. He was not at all aware of our route and itineary. We guided him the whole journey through Google location on our phone. Good part somehow, we were able to cover full itineary. 3.) Hotels for Pune, Aurangabad and Ahmednagar were very good but in the end the hotel boooked at Nashik provided the worst experince. Basic facility provided in room were not working but anyways with good support provided by Himani madam, things got managed.

Ankur's 8 days trip to North East

We got our holiday to Assam-Meghalay done via IMITY Travels. Priti Pathak was our agent for our trip. Good Part 1. Imity/Prity was very approchable and remained in regular touch with us. Though we never met in person. 2. CAB Driver for 7-8 days HIRAK was very huble and polite. Drove exceptionally well on the tough terrains of Meghalaya. 3. Prity worked out the itineray and helped us with slight modifications. 4. We could call her at any point of time and she always replied courteously. PainFul Part - There are MANY 1) The HOTELs booking - it was almost never confirmed in all the places of Guwahati-Shillion-Cherrapunji . We got a shock of life when on landing in SHILLONG after 24 sleepless hours of journey from PUNE - Sapphire Hotel (Shillong) receptionist told that there was no booking in our name. After lots of arguements with PINKI-NARGIS (imity) it was somehow done - eating away 2 hrs on the road. 2) All hotels - we had horrible time in getting a BIG FAMILY room as we were 2 Adults , 1 14yrs Son and 8 yr old Daughter - This was told upfront but every where we given small room and only after multiple arguments we got what we needed. 3) Very Basic hotels - Specially in Shillon , CherraPunji the quality of hotels was below average - Not sure what do you call a 3 or 4 STAR hotel.. the hotels given to us were very basic BUDGET hotels. I felt cheated for the price we paid verses the hotels given to us. 4) We had booked the package 1 mth in advance (in 3 APRIL) but we found that NONE of the BOOKING were actually done. All were done when we LANDED at the door steps of HOTEL. This is highly unprofessional of IMITY . 5) Imity travels never shared with us any confirmation vouchers of any hotels - they have shared only a document listing the hotel names. We kept on asking for BOOKING confirmation - but it was never SHARED. 6) We changed 3 hotels in SHILLONG - Imity trying to adjust the COSTs and covering up their BOOKING GAPS - we suffered lifting our luggage and fighting for bigger rooms all places. 7) CAB Quality - A very BADLY maintained HYUNDAI ACCENT was given which broke on the very first day of our trip from GUWAHATI-SHILLONG. Then it was repaired day after. Still the CAB was in very bad shape. Driver never cleaned up the CAR for the entire 8 days. Given a choice WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND IMITY TRAVELS to ANYONE. Even though Prity tried her level best and was very supportive - her sheer lack of experience was EXPOSED big time. We noticed the same with our fellow TOURIST of hotels in Guwahati and Shillong as well that this unprofessionalism is faced by them as well Only Saving grace was our Driver HIRAK, who was very supportive and behaved nice. Always on time. Only thing is - driver could be more enterprising and should work with torurist to understand their taste and what works for them - rather than just sticking to a DEFINED ITINERARY.
