    We booked our tour through Taking a Break Holidays, and overall, the agency did a great job. Ramiz was incredibly helpful with planning our itinerary and was very accommodating when we asked to switch some of our hotels. The other hotels they booked for us were exactly what we asked for. However, we had a major issue with Pandawa Beach Resort. It was nothing like the online reviews—there was virtually no staff, no functioning kitchen, zero hygiene, and no food available. I really wish we had asked Ramiz to change this hotel for us as well. Additionally, while our driver was excellent and very professional, the car provided wasn't very comfortable. Good service from the agency, but definitely avoid that specific resort!

    1.The Banana Boat activity should not be offered, as it appears to be risky. During our ride, the boat overturned and three customers, including us, were thrown underneath the boat, which could have resulted in serious injury. 2.The last night’s accommodation should ideally be arranged closer to the airport.
